The staff is awesome and extremely helpful. I relocated to San Antonio and the staff made the transition very smooth. Any time I have a maintenance issue its resolved the same day. The complex is clean and quiet. Im very happy that I chose to live here.

We live on an exceptional property . Friendly and caring team . Happy to help . Could not choose a better place . I have been here since 2012. I do not think about moving . Great place to live, professional staff who listen and help if needed So much to do, and so close to so many places in this fast growing area. Just moved here a month ago, and already totally sold with Westover Oaks. I would highly recommend this place, if it's in your budget, and fits your needs.

This is a nice and well maintained community. The front office staff is nice and professional. The maintenance staff is nice and responds to requests quickly. This is a safe community. The apartment is nice, updated, and enjoyable. I would recommend this complex to anyone in San Antonio, tx looking for a good place to live.

I moved not so long ago, but I’m completely satisfied with my decision of moving here. This is my first time renting and the staff was really nice guiding me through the process. The maintenance team has been awesome as well. The only thing I dislike is that my apartment faces the road and one can constantly hear the noise of cars (not a big deal, still). The complex has all good ammenities and it is near everything (super markets, malls, restaurants, etc.). Planning on staying here for a few years!

Good place to be and glad I'm living here. Very clean grounds and the structures are well maintained. Pool area is beautiful and the covered gazebo is a great meeting place for friends and family to gather.

Good. There is a gas plant or something across the way and it's noisy sometimes, also it's a little worrying to to have a gas manufacturing plant so close to a residence , but yeah.. Other than that, everything else is normal apartment living.

My husband and I have lived here for a year. We loved the complex in the beginning but it has definitely changed. The floors are so thin it's ridiculous. We can hear the people above us vacuuming and we can map out every where they walk. We spoke to the front office and they emailed them and basically asked them to keep it down. That did absolutely nothing. We tried to switch apartments like they said we can but there was a catch. Nobody should live like this. There is also dog poop all over which this is the renters fault. If you want to live here, only choose the third floor and step lightly for your neighbors. Be courteous!

The front office here has no idea how to manage a property. Property, gym, and pool gates will be broken for days/weeks without being repaired or them even realizing they are broken. Don't even bother complaining to them about problems with other tenants because they will give them slaps on the wrist time after time. At renewal rent will go up significantly due to a "market increase" while new tenants get lower rates. The only person who has truly answered a question or complaint I have is the courtesy officer which I am very thankful for. Noise is a problem due to potranco being the new San Antonio raceway. The pool is not big enough for the property and at times have had to go back home because it is too packed but don't worry, the 2 dog parks will ensure your dog gets fleas due to no maintenance in these areas. Overall I will not be renewing my lease again after shopping in the area and finding better properties with many more amenities for 3/4 the price of living here.

Great place to live, plenty of parking and a great community. Very few complaints in regards to safety and comfort, amenities are nice. I just wish there was a slightly bigger gym, and a half basketball court. Appliances are all great and the dog parks are nice. Trash Valet is nice and I'm glad the community recycles so much. All in all a great place to live if you like the price.

All around these apartments are worth it. Love the community. Have never had any issues. Recently though we have had quite a few car break-ins, and still NO security on site (I am told they are working on it). Haven't had any break-ins in a while, but still it is needed and that is my only complaint. Everything else is 5 star. Office staff is excellent, maintenance is top notch, everyone looks out for each other, apartment layouts are great, and neighbors are respectful and polite. So come join the family.
