A very nice experience. The complex is special and there are all services close to it. All the workers in it are special and serve you anytime you need help. Great staff that care especially the maintenance team (Pedro and Nick). It's a generally quiet apartment that feels safe. I love that there is plenty of parking available at all times. I wish the gate code worked. Smart package system seems to lag for hours before I receive my access code.

My experience at Westover Oaks has been wonderful. The staff regularly hosts resident events, and invites food vendors. The community feels safe and close knit, as it is primarily comprised of families. The grounds are kept clean and well maintained. I couldn’t be happier to be a resident of this complex!

I love living here. The apartment is nice and cozy. The parking is great and the staff is always helpful. They regularly bring food trucks to the complex which is nice. The apartment is a smart unit so that makes it very convenient for us. The mail service is great too. They use lockers for big packages instead of just leaving the packages on the doorstep. This adds extra security

I really enjoy it here. I love having the food trucks visit and having community events on the property as it makes the monthly charge of the community bundle more reasonable. Would love to see more resident parties and events this year, and even have some variety with food trucks. For example, we have Rude Food visit a lot, but would love to explore other businesses and have them visit our apartment complex. Would also love to have variety in times for events and food trucks. Sometimes 3-5 or 5-8 is a hard time to be off work as not everyone has a 9-5 schedule.

I like being here. Everyone is nice and a safe place to live. The staff is great. Maintenance even reminds me to clean my air filter by given me a new one even when the time is not up to replace. It just small things that make a big difference. That why I like living here.

This is a truly awesome place to live in and I honestly cannot say anything bad about it. My apartment is super nice, the staff here is always friendly and attentive, and the maintenance team are competent and do their job well. I would strongly recommend Westover Oaks to anybody looking for a nice apartment to live in that is close to shopping areas and a large mall as well.

Everyone rocks my socks!

LISA: She comes to serve both the community and her wigs! She stays snatched in her personal presentation just as well as her professional abilities. If it wasn't for Lisa I would have never moved to Westover Oaks. Oh you were in a bad mood? You're sad? Don't worry, any interaction with Lisa big or small will leave you with a big smile on your face. With her you will leave feeling understood, considered, and assisted. Her kindness, humor, work ethic, professionalism, and caring/personable character convinced me to call this complex my home. She has been and continues to be proficient in all information in pertinence to her job. I have never met such an amazing Better Living Consultant in all the competing complexes in this area. There is an obvious and profound difference between her and those in other offices I have toured in every way imaginable. Waiting on her assistance is never an issue because she never fails. Lisa works quickly with her tasks and delegates to her teammates appropriately. She deserves all the respect, recognition, and above all else, a raise for all the amazing qualities and actions that she has exhibited in my time of knowing her. She is quite simply, THAT GWORL. Period. EVELYN: She is usually busy in her office but manages to be intuitive and attentive to those who enter or are entering the office space. She keeps track of who is already being helped and who needs help. Evelyn goes out of her way to come out of her office to lend a hand or delegate your needs to others. It's never an issue waiting on her assistance. Her kindness is always welcome and appreciated. NICK: The standards that he holds himself to are not only great but professional. He came in to replace pieces in my water heater and cleaned up the mess he made. I personally have always been left with the mess that other maintenance people have left. Nick's work ethic and consideration were and are greatly appreciated. He is great at making conversation while he fixes things in the apartment which is appreciated. PEDRO: He is super kind and a little bit goofy (funny). He exhibits great knowledge in his profession, and always arrives quickly to get the job done. He is considerate of pets in the apartment by making sure they don't run out. He is always down for friendly conversations while fixing things in your apartment. If you see him out and about he goes out of his way to give you a wave and a smile. Pedro's positive attitude is infectious and appreciated. VANESSA: She is a great manager. She looks out for her team and the residents in the community. Vanessa is regularly busy at her desk but if she is able, she comes out to make sure that whatever you need is handled by herself, or one of her team members. She takes charge and delegates tasks quickly.

I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The only good thing about this apartment is it’s very close to my job. Other than that the complex always have dog poop everywhere and no one cleans it up. You get texts messages all day about people need to pick up their dog poops but nothing gets done so you see poop everywhere.

A Home Away From Home

The Westover Oaks in San Antonio, TX has been the best place to live. You will not find many people who go above and beyond their job to not only make you feel at home but to make you feel that you have an actual family here. The people here who work at the apartment complex do not just make it their job to help you find a home they make it their mission to make sure that you are respected, cared for, and above all, loved. When I first came here, it was raining, and my cat and I just got to the apartment by taxi. This was my first time being truly out on my own and I was clueless about a lot of things. I was not expecting Ms. Lisa to call me and make sure my cat and I were okay and that we were able to get into our apartment. I do have friends and family in Alabama who would call and make sure that I am okay, but having someone call me whom I have only talked on the phone with before coming here to get an apartment after hours to make sure I was okay was completely unheard of, especially in the world today. On the first few days, I went into the office area and started to chat with Ms. Lisa a lot more. After being there for about a week and a half, she asked me if my stuff had come in, I told her that I was still waiting for my stuff to come in and I just asked if she had a chair I could get because I did not have any seats at all in my apartment yet. I just wanted a simple chair because I was so tired of just standing or lying down in my apartment. Ms. Lisa and her husband that day did not just give me a chair, they gave me a desk chair along with a cushion and a dining table set. I could not hold back the tears I had that day and even now as I am writing this I cannot hold back tears. I was so overjoyed and just crying about finally having a place to sit, that I was not expecting Ms. Lisa to call me into the office later on that same day. When I got there I was formally introduced to Ms. Vanessa and Mr. Pedro and his wife. I was expecting to do some paperwork, based on the phone call from Ms. Lisa, but it was just a way to get me to come to the office to receive an actual “Welcome home” gift. They gave me shower curtains, bath rugs, towels, pots and pans, dishes, forks, spoons, knives, and even a bed for my cat. I could not stop crying, I was just so overwhelmed. When I came back home from the office, I told my mom and dad about what happened and even they were shocked and crying as well. A few days after all of this, Ms. Lisa and her family along with Mr. Pedro and his family gave me some outside furniture, a shoe rack, nightstands, mugs, cat litter, a coffee pot, an air fryer, with some other housewarming gifts. Ms. Lisa even extended more so that if I ever needed a ride somewhere I would not be a bother to her or if I just wanted to have someone to talk to I could talk to her. She made it a huge deal to let me know that her door is always open and that she truly cares for the people she meets. I truly thank God for Ms. Lisa, she has been one of the best people I have ever met! From the phone call making sure that my cat and I were okay to providing a place to sit and welcome home gifts, to now having someone to talk to, I cannot express enough how amazing she is. She was my first introduction to San Antonio, TX and honestly, she has made me love being here. When it came to paperwork and learning how things worked here, she did not rush me nor did she make me feel like a bother to her. She helped me to understand what was going on, treated me with so much respect, and removed a lot of the confusion I had when I first got here. There has rarely been one day where she has not checked up on me to make sure I was okay. Again, I cannot thank God enough for being here at West Over Oaks in San Antonio Texas, and for the people, especially Ms. Lisa, who have made me feel right at home here!

This is a great place and location to live at. We have never had a bad experience with the office staff or their maintenance staff. Everyone really is so friendly including neighbors. It’s a very “everyone minds their own business” type of complex and yet people will still smile at you to acknowledge you as you bump into them at the complex. Which, I think creates a friendly environment to live at. The grounds are well maintained and they do a good job at assuring that dog owners (such as myself) clean after their pets and that helps create a good and fair experience for people that are not pet owners.

I have lived at Westover Oaks for 4 years, and it is the best apartment experience I have had. The floor plan is beautiful, it is 10 minutes away from my work, and the maintenance staff is incredibly responsive.
