We moved in June 2020. From the get go the staff had our back and was able to answer any questions we had. The amenities here are sweet. There is a really nice pool that I take my daughter to nearly every day. My wife uses the gym and says it is very nice. I love it here!

Overall very good! However our upstairs are very noisy and loud until late at night/early morning. There is also a lot of noise coming from those around us. So sometimes it is hard to be able to go to bed at an early time

Great time overall spent here. Very friendly staff willing to work with you to resolve any problems that arise during your stay. Quick and timely maintenance any time I had to put in a ticket for a fix. Nice amenities in and out of the apartment for a comfy experience. Assigned parking is great to have when nearby spots can be limited while working uncommon hours. Close enough to 410, Military Drive, and 151 to get where you need to go quickly, but far enough to not have to deal with the noise of heavier traffic.

Incredible! Always on top of things. Community is pretty and clean! Easily accessible to major shopping centers and highways! Great for dog owners! The apartments have good storage, appliances are well working! Bathrooms are so nice! Even the smaller master bedroom fits our king sized bed, two nightstands, dresser and bassinet very comfortably!

It is a very nice & welcoming community! This the by far the best move in experience Ive had yet. I would definitely recommend to a friend. The people are the office are very informative & professional, they helped me understand my leasing agreement.

Great communication from the community. Staff just wonderful care for tenants. Love my family chose to live here wonderful experience. Would reccomend to anyone in search of a home. Westover oaks is the place to be.

I have enjoyed living here very much. The staff are friendly and helpful and the apartments are very nice. Very dog friendly. Neighbors usually keep to themselves but are nice as well. The amenities are great.

Best apartments in San Antonio! I wouldn't live anywhere else! I have lived at Westover Oaks for two years and I definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great maintenance team.

The staff is super nice, the apartments and super nice overall everything is awesome and I can't really complain, has a washer and dryer in unit and their trash pickup system saves me a ton of time, I love this place.

Have only resided here for a few days but find the maintenance crew and office personnel very pleasant, helpful and professional. The residents are friendly and seem to follow the rules with their pets. I am very comfortable here!

My fiancé and I love it here. From the leasing process to actually moving in has been so easy and smooth. The leasing staff, management and maintenance obviously care about the residents and we could not be happier here. Grounds are well kept and the location is perfect :)

I moved in August of 2019 and I love living here, especially my dog Kobe! The dogs parks are always keptEd up and cleaned, the pool area is beautiful, and the staff is wonderful and very helpful, if you are looking for a new home come check out these !

Westover Oaks is such a lovely place to live! We feel very safe and the community is very homey. The move-in process was so easy, thanks to Nicole. The community is also very military friendly, which we love. Were really looking forward to the rest of our lease here!

All good, except I do no like having to pay for curbside trash pick-up when I don't use it, I hate that some residents won't pick up after their pets and I feel some residents don't pay pet fees because you don't know they have pets. They get them after they move in. Just my thoughts.

We have been living at Westover Oaks for a month now and could not be happier. The office staff is amazing and the property is simply amazing. We moved to San Antonio from Houston and did not know anything about the area or city. I am so happy that I found this complex. No regrets at all!!!

Its peaceful, beautiful, and safe community. Staff always have a smile on their face, and payment for rent is so easy, and easy to access. Applicaces are new, updated, and countertops are just so high end. I LOVE IT HERE.

Great property to live at. Very solid in all aspects, really liking the new paint job. The only issue I would have to stay that is not appealing is having to deal with one of the leasing agents. She is rude and has a very condescending attitude. She also doesn't look very professional, could take a little time to look more presentable.
