Having just arrived at Adagio at Canyon Corner last week, the couple of minor maintenance issues we found upon moving in were addressed and corrected immediately. Quite impressed! This is a more mature facility than some but clean and well maintained.

Great apartments. Fast process and friendly management. Appliances work great and it's a big space inside of your apartment. The neighborhood is great. With parks schools and grocery. If you have kids the community is great for them

Staff is always so helpful and nice. The appearance of the complex is always clean and taken care of. For the most part I feel safe while out walking. During the summer it would be nice for the sprinklers to not come on so early. Because they water stinks and it makes it hard to get into the apartment without getting sprayed.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance does an amazing job of keeping the property clean and safe. Very good at communicating anything happening on site or in the community. The staff really cares about about the residents and apartment community

Terrible would not recommend this place to anyone. The amount we pay here at this complex is not worth it. The grounds are always covered in ---- cause people dont clean up after their pets. Maintenance says they fixed an issue but its never actually fixed.

I love living here. Staff is friendly. Community is clean. Apartments have fireplaces. Apartments have their own washrooms. Apartments have archways. Lots of fun things to do. 2 pools, skate park, dog park, jungle gym in the complex and across the street, splash pad, basketball court, and volleyball court.

This place is the best place to raise a family, hands down. With all the amenities anyone could ask for, and if that isn't enough, the park across the street has everything a kids could want. Baseball field, skate park, spash pad, dog park, basketball courts, and the school is right beside it. So lots to do. Safe well lit courtyards for bbqing with gazebos and even a large pond with wildlife on property. My only regret is not finding this place sooner.

I lived at Adagio in Draper and found it to be a comfortable and well-maintained community. The apartments are spacious, and the on-site amenities like the fitness center and pool are a nice bonus. Management and maintenance staff were generally responsive when issues came up. The location is convenient to shopping and freeways. Overall, I would recommend Adagio for renters looking for a well-kept community in Draper.

The apartments are well maintained. There is easy freeway access. It is a safe community to live in. There are good schools close by. The dog park is across the street for pets. The pool and hot tub are great.

Maintenance does a great job of taking care of the property. Amenities are nice as well, jacuzzi is well maintained during the winter. Front office staff is helpful for the most part. Neighbors are usually friendly.

Staff are really nice apartments are really nice and rent is great in a great location, it's close to snoops and shopping centers. A quiet community for me and my son. We've only been here a week but so far so good. It's well maintained, beautiful, and maintenance is fast and friendly. The only "issue" was during the application process. The system they use is pretty clunky. The office staff are super great and helpful, even with all the questions we had during the application process.
