Adagio is a very quiet community. We have been here for 4 years and have never had any issues. Grounds are always kept clean, during winter snow is plowed timely and sidewalks are cleared. Any issues we have the maintenance staff is very polite and quickly attends to your issue. Office staff are always very friendly and helpful. We have never had any bad experiences while we were here.

It has been a great community! The staff on the property are amazing and so kind and friendly. The maintenance is amazing as well! They complete everything so fast and perfect the first time! They're great!

Quiet and pleasant living. Nice facilities. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Maintenance and grounds maintained year round. Great place for anyone and very pet friendly. Year round gym and hot tub.

Love this place. Location is perfect, lots of shopping options and easy access to the highway. Staff is nice and community is very well managed. I'm glad with my decision to rent here at the Adagio Draper.

apartment with great pet friendly location. close to schools, dog park, children's park. My neighbors are great and the building maintenance people are addition to the rental price being good for the location and space.

If there is ever a problem, they are very quick and knowledgeable at getting things fixed. Customer service is always very friendly. They clean the grounds regularly. trash, debris, dog poop are usually cleaned up very quickly

Very good attention from the administrators are 100% recommended excellent apartments very well designed, well located parking lots, gym fulfills its function is not of the latest generation, it was very easy to move the appliances work perfectly washer dryer and central air all good

Very nice area. Very close to I15. Safe area all around. Pet friendly place, though people around don't clean up after their pets. Family friendly place, though all the kids around leave their toys, bikes, and scooters. The did redo the outside of the building but just did the "landlord special" by painting over any impurities including spider webs??. Walls are really thin. You can hear everything. There is water damages in the apartment but if you want it fixed you'll just see more paint. Other then those things it is a good area to be in.

Apartment is appliances are not maintained properly.kitchen cabinet drawers are not replaced with new ones and the appliances like dishwasher was not clean when we moved in.Refrigirator is a very old and dryer is not up to the mark.overall appliances are not good

We moved in and have terrible neighbors. They smoke a bunch of weed and the odor seeps down into our apartment. We're moving out asap. Not to mention when we moved in the shower heads didn't work. I do not recommend this place.

It's a great community! Office staff is amazing! Maintenance staff very knowledgeable! Beautiful community love the duck pond! Close to shopping and schools parks,skate park, and dog park! Restaurants nearby!

I like this apartment. Expect for spiders there are no others. Because its close to the road & the windows are bad its loud. Its easy to go to the highway so when we go to work its faster. When theres a problem, the staff fixes it easily because of that im happy
