I enjoy living here, it is a very cozy and friendly community to live in. Great view of the mountains, and there is plenty of stuff do to do in the nearby areas, would recommend to anyone who needs a place to live.

Great community. Maintenance does a great job at responding promptly to service requests placed. The location is great for commuting into Salt Lake. The apartments are spacious and have a good amount of storage.

It's a nice place to live. The grounds are clean and the staff is friendly. My only real complaint is that the insulation isn't great. I often find myself hearing my neighbors through the walls and ceiling.

Besides the price being very high and the old appliances, the apartment is good. The biggest complain I have is my neighbor smoking weed and the constant police cars that are requested to that same area.

Living here has been an overall good experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Grounds are relatively well-kept. Would recommend to others in the Draper area. Close to a lot of shopping, parks, and recreation.

Friendly-great leadership-I have been here for 25 years. Nevar a problem. Snow removal is always done promptly. The police and fire department are always immediately available. No animal problems. Streets always clean.

Terrible Maintenance In Urgent Scenario

There are 2 locks installed on my apt door when I moved in (Not sure why they did that). The property management only gave me key for one of the lock, and I only lock/unlock that one for daily usage. Today, when I was out, Maintenance people of the property entered my unit for minor work. However, when they left, they locked both locks on the door of my unit... When I returned from work in the evening, I found I can only open one of the lock, and got locked out. I called their maintenance on duty, waited outside for 1 hr, then got call back simply asking me to find a lock smith by myself... In summary, I was locked out from my own unit in cold night, by Property Maintenance people, for more than 1 hr. I had to figure out way to get in my unit by myself. It was not their mistake that disappointed me - everyone makes mistakes at times; It is their indifferent and heartless after their mistake, that made me believe this is terrible place for residents to get necessary help in time. Be careful when you move in here - they could reply fast during business hour; But you will have to save yourself beyond their open hour, even for urgent issue that not caused by you.

It is an excellent condominium, you live calmly and in peace, I have good neighbors. I recommend this place to live. The complex has a swimming pool, gym and a lagoon, it is fantastic, life is good here, it has a shopping center nearby
