Apartment is clean, newly painted & maintained. All staff have been prompt in obtaining any answers or help desired. My only complaints are that during summer months yards have been flooded with too much water & unit was advertised as having wooden floors as well as carpet. The floors are not wood floors but perhaps linoleum with a wooden appearance which was disappointing as I was charged a higher rental amount for receiving wood floors.

Nice community, lots of space for walking dogs. Plenty of parking and quiet. Staff were helpful with any immediate issues we had, and the location is conveniently Located near everything we need including schools.

Everythig goodI really like living here in Adagio, it is quiet, the gardens are clean, I am very friendly and the maintenance workers attend to problems very well. Thank you for everythingI recommend to my friends and family that they need a good apartment.

Maintenance is phenomenal and really do a great job. Neighborhood is fairly quiet for how close it is to the freeway. Apartments are very clean and in great shape. It has a great location since it is right off Bangerter. Close to shopping and groceries. Perfectly placed next to a dog park as well as skate park and splash pad.

The apartment is spacious and well laid out. Maintenance has always been very responsive. Its a great neighborhood, with good schools, and access to all conveniences. Overall, no cause for complaints.

The apartment management is very professional, they are responsive and the maintenance crew are friendly. These apartments, while a bit older are clearly taken care of and the level of care that is taken to ensure they're in livable shape is evident. I'd recommend Adagio Apartments to those seeking a clean and family oriented environment that feels as safe as apartment living can feel and convenience of proximity to local schools, stores and restaurants.

Adagio apartment is a low cost rent one. Easy to access anywhere from here to city. Convenience to shop like dress, vegetables & pharmacy. Major car dealers available near to 3-4 miles only. Overall good one.

I love the apartment, I dislike watering schedule it never fails it is always wet every where and hard water on vehicles, water puddles in the drive ways. just frusterating. the girls in the front office are amazing. the pools and gym hours are rediculous even with the pandemic not open on sundays its my only day off to enjoy.

I like it here. Good nieghbors for the most part and good service. Cost is reasonable and the area is beautiful. I love the fireplace. I love the balcony. I am grateful the community is so pet friendly.

I'd never recommend living here to anyone. The apartments are old and poorly maintained. We've had everything from leaks, mold, weird smells, and heating and air issues. Maintenance takes the cheapest route which is frustrating cause it's never fixed properly and we continue to have issues. For example, we put a request in for the weather strip to be fixed the winter we moved in and it's almost a year later and it still had not been fixed.

I've never been disappointed living here at Adagio. The management and staff have always been very polite and courteous. They are quick to help if any problems or concerns arise and their communication skills throughout it all are impeccable.

Management was great to work with! We did everything online which was convenient during Covid and work schedules. Everything was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend these apartments to family and friends!

Staff is very friendly. Any maintenance issues were taken care of efficiently and promptly. We have loved it here so far. We love the community and how close it is to everything. The elementary school is highly rated. It isn't family and pet friendly.

This has been a great place to make a home with my family. We enjoy all the amenities. The pool being opened during this pandemic has been a highlight for my kids. The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend living here.

It was supposed to be a family community which ended up being the opposite drinking outside by neighbors all day and night. Smoking by residents the corridor to your entrance to the point you had walk through a wall of smoke coming and going daily. Maintenance was the best part of living at Adagio.

The apartments are well maintained and have many amenities available and near by for family friendly fun including: a pool/jacuzzi, duck pond, splash pad, ball park, skate park, and dog park. Within walking distance to Harmons shopping Plaza.

Good overall, had a few issues with large dogs and neighbors but resolved quickly. Beautiful sea area close to everything. Very safe for children my grandkids have stayed with me for weeks at a time during covid

Awesome place to live. Quiet and clean. Really happy that most pet owners here clean up after their dogs. Common areas are really nice. Maintenance and office staff are really great. We just happily renewed our lease!

My over all experience was wonderful the only hard part was moving from the truck to the apartment the movers seemed to get irritated because it was so far the garbages always seem to be full and parking is far

So far, everyone has been incredibly friendly and the staff has been very helpful. I wish my upstairs neighbors were quieter, but other than that, I have no major complaints. It has been easy meeting new people here

Great atmosphere. Lots of amenities. Tidy and clean place. Friendly management. The grounds are well kept. 2 swimming pools at different sites of the apartment complex. The gym is a great bonus. You get to know your neighbors.

I just moved here. It has only been a week, and I already love the support I receive from the staff regarding the old appliances in my unit. The staff are professional, and they actually seem to care about my concerns. Most of all, so far they follow through.
