Clean complex, good service staff, overall has been a good experience. Most of the people here seem friendly and courteous. Good light in the unit, large windows and very little wasted space. Comfortable and tight.

I read many reviews about the Adagio Apartments before renting and was a bit worried but my experience has been nothing but great. The staff have all been wonderful and even called me back when there was a mistake with my rent on my lease to let me know I was quoted a lower price than I signed for and they didn't want to over charge me and wanted me to come back to get it fixed. I would definitely recommend them.

Very helpful staff. Was able to complete everything online or through email so we didn't have to keep driving from 2.5 hours away. Apartment was very clean and in great shape. Rarely do we hear noise from other residents.

Love the quiet surroundings and the nature attracted by the waterway. The view is wonderful and peaceful. Neighbors are respectful and friendly. Everything a person needs is close by within walking distance - selection of markets, shopping and healthcare. The Adagio is a great community.

The amenities for the price cannot be beat. The staff is very attentive and willing to help out in any way they can. The location makes it ideal to travel anywhere between Provo and Downtown Salt Lake City.

Very filthy with dog crap everywhere. I have a 1 pound Yorkie all you see everywhere is big mounds of crap very disgusting. People need to clean up after there pets Ive taken pictures of big dogs crapping on my grass and owners not cleaning it up.

At first it was great. Now none of my amenities (Washer/dryer, water heater, etc) really work. 7 minute showers and still wet clothes after 3 drying cycles in the dryer. I'm told that's basically how the dryer is and that if I want a hot shower then all things that require heat in the house must be turned off. Everything that requires heat was turned off and I still only get a hot 7 minute shower. The office hours are terrible as well. There isn't a box to drop off rent so if you need to turn in your rent on time you better not have a 9-5 job because that's their office hours. You can pay online but they charge you $20+ extra to do it that way. Cabinet space and drawer space in the kitchen is very limited, I couldn't even place a silver ware divider in the drawer. And larger bowls don't fit because they stick out so I have at least 3 cabinets sticking out. I will say the location is the only good part. Everything is within a mile from the complex: food, dog park, hair salons, gas, grocery, etc. I would not say though it's worth the amount of rent they charge.

Alina is my favorite to work with. She was very kind, friendly, organized, professional. I was happy with my experience with her. I hope as disappointed in the scent around the area. It was tricky to move on when there is so much dog poo all over the lawn. Not sure what can be done about this issue. Tenants NEED to clean up after their dogs.

I would not recommend this place at all. The water heater is really small, the maintenance team is not good and the complex is not run efficiently. I do no recommend at all. Make sure you do your homework before you live in this complex. It's not worth it.

Moving is is always hard but the office staff made it easy and had everything ready to go for us. The neighbors are nice and the area is quiet. So far we are enjoying our new apartment and thankfully have not needed to have maintenance go over.

We have been living here for about 2 months. We love it here! The apartments are nice and clean! The ONLY thing that is a little discouraging is those with pets do not always pick up after their pets and the ducks poop everywhere. Otherwise, we love it!

My experience from tour to move-in has only been positive. Their staff has been responsive to my requests, the pool and grounds are beautifully kept.I moved in on April first, "April Fool's Day". Good!

Very responsive to maintenance requests. Friendly, helpful staff. Apartments are spacious and easy to clean. Heating is adequate. Windows are nice. Carpet could use a change because it shows stains rather quickly.

So far the community has been good. However, we have only be living here for 1 month and only time will tell the true out come. Our experience with the apartment itself hasn't been the best. There has been multiple items that needed repairs or replaced upon move in.

So far it's been pleasurable. There is a large dog community here - however not everyone is courteous enough pick up their animal leavings. I have mobility issues and have to use the lawn to get down to the carport.

Clean groundskeeping. Landscape is beautiful. Plenty of parking. Residence is very loud. There are always unsupervised kids at pool, being dangerous and very loud. Experience with poor maintenance. Problems not getting fixed the first or second time.

Jonsey with the maintainance was so kind and courteous. He noticed another problem in my apartment and addressed it while he was in fixing something else before I even noticed. Andrew in the office helped me move into the apartments and made sure I was comfortable. He was a pleasure to talk to when I signed months in advance and made sure I was comfortable and prepared.

Though I've only been here a short time, I'm really enjoying it. The apartments are spacious and well kept. The master bath has a nice garden tub that is great to soak in. The residents are nice and respectful. There is a large park across the street with a splash park being built across from it. My kids are going to love it! Lots of shopping close by. It's everything I need.
