Adagio Apartments at Corner Canyon has been a great place to live for the past year. The units are well priced for the space, comfort they provide, and Draper area. The area around my unit is very quiet. The staff and maintenance crews are friendly and easy to work with. The location is great, as it is near shopping, entertainment, I-15 and Bangerter Hwy.

The Adagio staff is amazing, except for the head managers. They make no effort to develop positive relationships with the residents they serve. I would recommend better training for such roles. The apt is nice, as well as the pools & fitness center.

this is crazy I the survey is broken, it will not let me send this in and I lost the comments I had here, I am thinking the place is fine if you can get the repairs done and find me my mail key. I guess I have to ask for them. Since I am typing this again it is not as well done.

Great place other than dog owners no cleaning up after them the pond is an added bonus for those of us that love nature smith park across the street is also nice to have and nice view of the mountains as well

The experience i have is awesome. It is my 1st time to have an apartment and the staff Andrew was very nice and very helpful. He gave me all the information that i need. The tech was so friendly and nice. Love the surroundings and i guess all of it.

I've always found the office staff and maintenance crew to be very helpful,professional and dependable. The response time to getting things fixed as well the appliances they use are great. I would highly recommend this apartment community especially for the easy access to schools,freeway and stores.

As a general rule, the community is very pleasant, the neighbors are good-natured and friendly, and the staff is incredibly helpful and always do their best to assist with anything that is within their scope of assistance. Overall, Adagio is a great place to live!

I have been living here with my two kids and one dog for a few years now. The apartments are clean, maintenance and office staff are very helpful with anything that might need to be taken care of. This is a great community with friendly neighbors of all kinds... and have not had any problems with neighbors, etc. easy access to a few stores, schools, restaraunta and a few other businesses, and the freeway, Smithfield park is across the street, with one of the nicest dog parks I have seen in the greater Salt Lake area, within walking distance, and a new community water park is also being built now, as well.

We have had the best service since the first time I walked through the office doors of Adagio at Canyon Corner. The staff are very professional, yet personal. I have felt cared for, and safe from the time we moved in. And when there has been a need for maintenance, as there will always be something, the staff here get the job done quickly and to a level that continues to be above my expectations! I keep having to revise my expectations upwards! That is rare these days, and I am very grateful to live here!

Is been really great experience living in this community all the staff have been awesome and they always go the extra mile to help u giving you the extra hand when needed i really appreciate that because it makes you feel at all times you are at home!!!

Great apartments. They are kept clean and if you ever have issues, it takes less than 24 hours for the maintenance workers to fix whatever is giving you trouble. There is a playground in the middle of the apartments that allows kids to play. Adagio is also right across the street from a park and baseball field. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The price for rent is reasonable. Especially when compared to other apartments or town homes that have (recently) raised their prices.

Just arrived, everything is as it was represented. Dave did a nice job , easy to work with.the condo is just fine, it could use a little updating - drop in a new sink, new fixtures in the kitchen & bath otherwise just fine. Very convenient to shopping and stores

Despite a few issues with landscaping and noise from neighbors, I love living here and plan to stay for a while. My unit is on the corner of the building looking out at the duck pond. When I moved from Myrtle Beach I lived one block from the ocean. I was worried about having withdrawal from a body of water, but the duck pond effect has been tremendously helpful to me. Thanks to the staff for recommending this unit to me. I am really happy with it and my friends and family always comment on how peaceful my apartment is looking out on the pond. Thanks!

We have enjoyed living in our community at Adagio in Draper. We have lived at Adagio for almost three years. Every time that we ask for something to be fixed in our apartment, it is fixed promptly. We have worked with the manager Laena a number of times and she is always willing to help us and problem solve.

We've been in our apartment for a couple of years now and have never had any major problems with anything or anyone. The staff is very professional and friendly and are always willing to come fix anything when needed. Our favorite aspect of the complex is that there is a lot of open space for walking our dog around.

It's a great community! I feel safe here, the apartments are very well kept, and the management is awesome. The only complainant I have is that the wall are very thin. I can hear my neighbors conversations, TV, and music, not to mention very loud footsteps.

I love living at Adagio. The apartments are nice and big! The office staff is great, always helpful and the office has a very inviting feel to it. The maintenance guys are very efficient and nice. I never mind having them come to my home. Any time I've had to have them come over it's been within the 24 hours as they promise and they fix it right the first time. I've lived here for years and plan to stay!!

I love to live in adagio, the personal treat the Texas excellent and always that I have an issue in my apartment they come right away (in less than 24 hrs to fix it) they keep the apartment complex nice and clean and always making sure to clean the snow in the winter which I love, I definitely recommend to live in this community

I think that this is a great place to live. Nice people all around. The leasing office and maintance people are just wonderful. We do have a light by the garbage can that needs a new bulb as it's pretty dark there. I would recommend this place and have to all my friends

This is my sixth year in Adagio, it has been a wonderful place to live for us. Wonderful people, safe place for my family, close to shops, parks,library,nice schools. People in the office are nice,always willing to help, very good maintenance in the apartments!! Pet friendly.

I was hesitant to live in apartments after being in a home, but this has been a great experience for us at Adagio. The staff and maintenance crew are always helpful, friendly, fast & thorough. And it's been great with kids to have the duck pond & park so nearby. Great experience!

I just thought management should know that Dave inappropriately hits on potential applicants to the point of disgust, my friend and I were going to rent there but Dave's consistent flirtation made us both feel really uncomfortable the property is nice the rest of the staff is wonderful but if you have the unfortunate luck of having to deal with Dave and you're female, run the other way!!!

Move in process was simplified by the staff creating a nice (Excel)spreadsheet of all the charges, contact info and general info. It was a life saver and really helped. The walls are a little thin as compared to other places I have lived, but that is why you get to know your neighbors.

The apartment is clean and easy to access for any shopping that I need. However, the floor is thin and I can heard everything that my upstairs neighbor do. hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahaha
