This is a great place to live if you have a dog. The apartments are very spacious. Limited parking is one of the drawbacks. We have two vehicles so one of is always searching for a spot and rarely is it close. The grounds are well maintained and management has been great to work with. Overall it's a great place to live but slightly overpriced.

We have enjoyed living in this community. Andrew has been fantastic to work with from start to finish. We would stay just because of his attentiveness and customer service. Maintenance has always been so helpful so quickly and have always fixed the issue without needing to be fixed again.

Pros: ~ Maintenance issues handled IMMEDIATELY. In 100% of the cases my issue was resolved immediately and fully. Whether it be something small like a burned out light bulb in my garage, or something major like needing to have my dryer replaced, it was done quickly and efficiently. You are going to have maintenance issues at any apartment, but never have I lived in a complex where issues were handled so well. ~ Very friendly staff. Cons: ~ Incredible amounts of dog poop in the common areas. ~ Poor lighting in parking areas. ~ Poor drainage on walkways meaning puddles in the warmer weather and icing in cold weather.

So far I haven't had any problems. Neighbors seem nice and friendly and I love my new ward. Great access to everything! Great and fast access to freeway. Clean and quiet. Love the dog park up the road.

We love it at the Adagio. It is clean, quiet, and the management is very responsive to any problems or needs. The apartment itself is well laid out and all of the amenities are also well cared for and easy to access and use.

I like the community , the place is nice and the neighbors are nice too, the apartment is great I love the place but I really have concerns regarding office every time I request something at office I have to show up like 2 or 3 times to get it done for example I have provided a proof of insurance long time ago and every month I still pay 10 dollars . I came to office like 4 or 5 times and until month of Jan (last month) I am paying insurance . Hopefully this gets fixed next month . I have requested over phone a maintenance order to be on Saturday and I knew the staff is limited so I said in the call "if possible make it Saturday if not then we can make it on a weekday and I gave permission for worker to access apartment" No-one came and I waited for 4 days then I had to go to office to know that the request status is "waiting on me to reschedule again as Saturday is not possible" . So I have rescheduled on a weekday and worker came last week .

My wife and I have really enjoyed this community. The amenities are really nice. The staff doesn't come by to bother us at all which is great. I like having the gym close by and not having to worry about a ton of people in there trying to share machines. These apartments are the perfect size for my family of four plus our dog.

The apartment has been great. They do seem to try and get things taken care of quickly butt it seems that they need a little more training in certain parts of apartment maintenance or maybe we just need a better heating system in our apartment.

Community is nice and mountain view is amazing. We do have access to big park opposite to my apartment. Also the new Splash Park right across the street is very good and kids will enjoy a lot. we also do have a small park right beside my apartment.

The community is very clean and well kept. Any issues are handled immediately and done right the first time. Very courteous staff. The location is also great. Everything you need from grocery shopping, clothing, and fast food variety is within a few minutes driving distance. The schools are also pretty amazing.

Poor maintenance of apartments. Water heater from 1994. Heater so old works intermittently. Appliances need updating. Blinds need replacement. Staff friendly. Lots of mandatory fees get added on like cable with no option to remove. Disappointed.

Community park, swimming pools, gym, pond is all well maintained. The staff at leasing were always helpful in helping the residents. Maintenance requests are completed well in advance of expected resolution date. This gives the awesome experience to the residents

I love living in Draper and was thrilled to find an apartment that allowed pets and offered a spectacular view of the mountains and a pond with waterfowl. This apartment is very convenient and quiet and the tenants and staff are friendly and welcoming.

So far Adagio has been really good. I feel like the process of moving in was a rough. They should have told us all the things that were needed but didn't. Other than that the apartment is really nice and the grounds are kept up well. They are good at getting repairs done and parking is easy.

I've been here for a month and the staff and tenants are very nice. The apartment is clean, quiet and close to a park. When we had an issue, maintenance came out a couple of days after it was reported to fix the issue. Trash is emptied on a regular basis however towards the end of the month when tenant are moving in and out it does overflow and is unsightly. So far, it's a great place to live and convenient to the highway and shopping. We are very glad we choose to live here.

I first lived at adagio from 2012-2013. I recently moved back into the adagio apartments in 2016. One thing that stood out to me is that the manager (Lana) remembered who I was and she was so helpful with getting me qualified and moved back in. ??
