I've always found the office staff and maintenance crew to be very helpful,professional and dependable. The response time to getting things fixed as well the appliances they use are great. As a general rule, the community is very pleasant, the neighbors are good-natured and friendly, and the staff is incredibly helpful and always do their best to assist with anything that is within their scope of assistance. Overall, Adagio is a great place to live!

I have been living here with my two kids and one dog for a few years now. The apartments are clean, maintenance and office staff are very helpful with anything that might need to be taken care of. This is a great community with friendly neighbors of all kinds... and have not had any problems with neighbors, etc. easy access to a few stores, schools, restaraunta and a few other businesses, and the freeway, Smithfield park is across the street, with one of the nicest dog parks I have seen in the greater Salt Lake area, within walking distance, and a new community water park is also being built now, as well.

We have had the best service since the first time I walked through the office doors of Adagio at Canyon Corner. The staff are very professional, yet personal. I have felt cared for, and safe from the time we moved in. And when there has been a need for maintenance, as there will always be something, the staff here get the job done quickly and to a level that continues to be above my expectations! I keep having to revise my expectations upwards! That is rare these days, and I am very grateful to live here!

Great apartments. They are kept clean and if you ever have issues, it takes less than 24 hours for the maintenance workers to fix whatever is giving you trouble. There is a playground in the middle of the apartments that allows kids to play. Adagio is also right across the street from a park and baseball field. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The price for rent is reasonable. Especially when compared to other apartments or town homes that have (recently) raised their prices.

Despite a few issues with landscaping and noise from neighbors, I love living here and plan to stay for a while. My unit is on the corner of the building looking out at the duck pond. When I moved from Myrtle Beach I lived one block from the ocean. I was worried about having withdrawal from a body of water, but the duck pond effect has been tremendously helpful to me. Thanks to the staff for recommending this unit to me. I am really happy with it and my friends and family always comment on how peaceful my apartment is looking out on the pond. Thanks!

We have enjoyed living in our community at Adagio in Draper. We have lived at Adagio for almost three years. Every time that we ask for something to be fixed in our apartment, it is fixed promptly. We have worked with the manager Laena a number of times and she is always willing to help us and problem solve.

We've been in our apartment for a couple of years now and have never had any major problems with anything or anyone. The staff is very professional and friendly and are always willing to come fix anything when needed. Our favorite aspect of the complex is that there is a lot of open space for walking our dog around.

It's a great community! I feel safe here, the apartments are very well kept, and the management is awesome. The only complainant I have is that the wall are very thin. I can hear my neighbors conversations, TV, and music, not to mention very loud footsteps.

I love living at Adagio. The apartments are nice and big! The office staff is great, always helpful and the office has a very inviting feel to it. The maintenance guys are very efficient and nice. I never mind having them come to my home. Any time I've had to have them come over it's been within the 24 hours as they promise and they fix it right the first time. I've lived here for years and plan to stay!!

I love to live in adagio, the personal treat the Texas excellent and always that I have an issue in my apartment they come right away (in less than 24 hrs to fix it) they keep the apartment complex nice and clean and always making sure to clean the snow in the winter which I love, I definitely recommend to live in this community

I think that this is a great place to live. Nice people all around. The leasing office and maintance people are just wonderful. We do have a light by the garbage can that needs a new bulb as it's pretty dark there. I would recommend this place and have to all my friends

This is my sixth year in Adagio, it has been a wonderful place to live for us. Wonderful people, safe place for my family, close to shops, parks,library,nice schools. People in the office are nice,always willing to help, very good maintenance in the apartments!! Pet friendly.

I just thought management should know that Dave inappropriately hits on potential applicants to the point of disgust, my friend and I were going to rent there but Dave's consistent flirtation made us both feel really uncomfortable the property is nice the rest of the staff is wonderful but if you have the unfortunate luck of having to deal with Dave and you're female, run the other way!!!

Move in process was simplified by the staff creating a nice (Excel)spreadsheet of all the charges, contact info and general info. It was a life saver and really helped. The walls are a little thin as compared to other places I have lived, but that is why you get to know your neighbors.

Adagio is a Wonderful Clean Safe Environment for myself, my daughter and grand daughter! Not leaving anytime soon, have looked elsewhere that is much smaller for alot more money and not even close to the same location as we have here. ...wonderfully courteous staff and and the service is prompt and efficient. My Grandaughter loves the pool and grounds to play in and I feel very safe bringing her out at varioustimes of day and evening. My Daughter and I love the location and how quick it is to get anywhere from home especially our jobs and daycare. My little dog BeBe loves the grass areas and I so appreciate the doggy bags to pick after her! We enjoy our walks and when my 90 year old mom comes to visit she feels very safe getting out and walking around the whole complex by herself! My friends love coming over to sweim

The office management has been wonderful to work with. The office staff, when the management is out, rarely answers the phone or return phone calls. When I had my first water damage issue - when the apartment was being flooded by the apartment above, the girl in the office who did answer the phone told me that she couldn't help me and to wait and call back after hours and maybe they could. Two months later I now have mold growing in the walls of the room that flooded and the Master bedroom where the walls connect by evidence that the mold grew through the dry wall and through the paint of the Master bedroom. The maintenance tech elected to paint over the mold instead of properly handle it. This was my determining factor for moving out at the end of my lease.

This is a great place to live! Everyone in the office is so nice and willing to help in every way. I really enjoyed having a work out room and pool that was cleanly and efficient. There were no problems with any of the staff or neighbors in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

The community at Adagio is safe and quiet. The maintenance staff are extremely quick to respond to any problems you might have. The amenities are nice, but unfortunately, you cannot use the hot tubs throughout the winter because they're not maintained properly in the winter ie. not heated enough or cleaned well. There is a volleyball court also, which I was excited about when I moved in, but they don't put a net up so I had to buy my own net to use which was a bit upsetting. They are improving the landscaping, but the shrubbery in front of my unit is hideous. I was told that I can plant my own stuff if I like, but I'd rather not spend the money on landscaping myself. One thing to keep in mind is that the walls are extremely thin in these apartments so you can hear everything, and I mean everything including your next door neighbor snoring and moaning and the upstairs neighbors stomping all around. It doesn't really bother me, but for some people who are light sleepers or less tolerant of surrounding noise this might be bothersome.

It has been a really good experience for the most part. Ive lived here for almost two years and management is really nice. The only really annoying thing is that we live in a non smoking apartment and all the apartments around us smoke like crazy, so our apartment still ends up smelling like smoke and we can neve open our windows, ao they should have like non smoking buildings or something. But overall its really good, just getting pretty pricey!
