Not worth the money
First year living here was great then it all went downhill. After having a peeping tom climbing on a ledge to look in my bedroom window at night, I live on the 2nd floor, and other apartments around me management did nothing about it except tell us to not let other tenants know. You are able to have pets here but its such a hassle. The noise is a real problem as well.

Great Apartments
We lived in apartments prior to this which were about the same price, but half as nice. As far as apartments go, these are very nice and we feel comfortable in the neighborhood. Dollar for dollar I think it´s well worth the money. I would recommend it to anyone. Feel free to email me if you have questions about it as I still live there.

Nice but a little pricey
We loved the floorplans of the Aspen model 2BR, 2BA. Parking is limited and sometimes had trouble finding a spot close to our apt and the real negative thing was hearing the people above us. If your downstairs you can hear everything in the apt above you so we switched to the 2nd floor.

Very nice, but expensive
From someone who has rented most of her life, these were nice, clean, well-lit, well layed out apartments. However, they were quite expensive. After living in these apartments, my husband and I bought a house - and lowered our monthly payments by several hundred dollars. Aside from the price, the only real complaint was that there were no overhead lights in the living areas or bedrooms (there was one in the kitchen and bathrooms) and we were not informed of this AT ALL. As we viewed the model during the day, we didn´t even think to ask, but our first night living there (after spending the day moving) we discoverd that we were stuck mainly in the dark.

It was ok but expensive
Great if you are only going to live in one place for a short time. Overhead lights were not included in our apratment. The grass outside was always flooded in many places. Good play area for the kids. Very nice apartments but costs almost as much as a house payment.

Great place to live. The only complaint I have is that the grass was always flooded in many places. We do live in a desert-don´t we?
