Love the neighborhood, washer and dryers in the unit, garage space and plenty of parking that does not cost extra unless you want a specific spot reserved for an additional car. People are always working on the grounds so the place looks and feels good.

Apartment was dirty when we moved in and there is an ant problem. The grounds are kept well, and they respond to service requests on the same day they are requested. Office staff is super nice. Neighbors are quiet and very friendly. It's a quiet complex, with lots of lawn/lake area for playing, barbecuing, etc. We like it here a lot

Love this place. It's family friendly. The staff is kind and welcoming and professional. When you go to the office there always there with a smile. Repairs are fixed super fast and when who fix and repairs things are super data and great!

Buenas instalaciones, c?modas con estacionamiento. En las ?reas Verdes exteriores se observa Mucho excremento de animal, lo Qued? resulta desagradable. El personal de mantenimiento y Shantel del ?rea de la oficina ofrecen un excelente servicio.

We've been here for about 4 months, but so far, so good. The maintenance staff is the best part of living here, they always come in either the same or next day, fix what needs to be fixed and leave. The amenities are really nice as well. Staff is courteous and professional. The only problems would be the grounds are usually filled with duck and dog waste. Which is unfortunate. But honestly, with the amount of pets there are in the complex I am surprised it's not worse.

We love it at Adagio. The staff are so friendly and it has been a great home for me and my family! The property is so well maintained and provides so much value in providing a gym, swimming pool, hot tub, and playground. The location is perfect as well, it's so easy to get anywhere!

We haven't lived here long but so far everyone has been friendly and quiet. We're hoping there will be more kids out once it's gets warmer so our kids can make some friends. Parking isn't the greatest with spots filling up quickly but we have managed to find a spot every time so far.

Great staff! Maintenance always taken care of quickly, especially if it's an emergency. Great location. Fast food and grocery stores close. Limited parking. Animal (Dog and duck) feces on most grassy areas and sidewalks.

The maintenance team of the Adagio is great. They are prompt at responding and are willing to help in any ways. We had microwave and dishwasher perfectly fixed (We've got a new microwave!). And also, when I asked for a help with my car battery being dead. One of the crew members brought the charging tool, helped with charging and gave his hands in taking out the old battery. I should have asked his name. But, I really appreciate it!

So far so good. Keep up the good work. The buildings are old, so, noise insulation isn't very good. But I can live with it. The buildings can do better with display of the numbers. Otherwise, all is well.

Excellent in every way. Staff friendly and work orders are done promptly. Very clean and well kept. Moving in the place was very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only draw back is parking for visitors.

Very nice community and very nice and on the ball office staff. Everyone around is always friendly. It was nice to find a place that is pet friendly close to my work. Having a patio and garage of my own has been awesome too

It's a very friendly community with extremely helpful and efficient staff. The complex is well cared for, the apartments I have seen are in very good condition, and overall it's been a very positive experience.

Wonderful community. Our walls are a bit thin, otherwise it's perfect. They've really worked with us throughout, and work hard to make sure everything is up to standard. Very nice community overall, would recommend.

Very nice quiet area. Parks are close. Pet friendly. Close to the mountains and trails. Fast courteous staff. Maintenance same day response. Reasonable prices. Many long term neighbors in the same complex. I enjoy living here.

Beautiful buildings and modern apartments. Love the views! It's also a very convenient location for school and work and there's plenty of culture in the surrounding area. I love everything about the Adagio apartments.

I love the layout of the community. It's very open and the landscaping is very well maintained. The other residents seem to be very friendly without me feeling like they are in my business. It just has a great feel here! Also very safe!

This apartment suits our needs within a relatively reasonable price. It has been a nice community so far. I love that there is a 24/7 gym on site, washers and dryers in the unit, a pool and a playground, and it is right across the street from a big park.

The appliances are a little dated as in they dont seem to work as well as they could. I do like how prompt the maintenance staff is. I dont blame them for the appliances having issues. I do like that they allow pets, but dont like how many of my neighbors are smokers. Sometimes my apartment smells like a cheap hotel. My carpet really should be replaced since one of the previous tenants had a bleach accident in the hall way. So in summation... I love the staff that keeps this place going, but i wish my appliances could be updated as well as the kitchen in general.
