Its Nice. Only problem is that they allocate car parking for some of the houses far away and for some houses very close to apartments. They should change this approach. Dog poops are very common in the community which needs to be addressed and severe action should be taken to avoid dog poop in the community.

The experience has been great, the maintenance man was nice and did his job fast and well. The apartment I'm in came with some damage to the walls and paint and things like that, but regardless it's been a nice place.

The office staff is really easy to work with and super nice! Communicating with them was really easy and made the move-in process easier. I am also impressed with the maintenance work, maintenance was completed quickly and easily. They are very responsive to helping us be comfortable in our new apartment. The grounds and community are very clean and comfortable

Great community! Lots of fun things to do around and most of them in walking distance! Great people in the leasing office and maintenance! There's a lot of good parking around too! Any spot that's not signed or covered is free for parking.

Adagio is an awesome community with beautiful views all around, nice walking trails, close to Smith's park, conveniently close to shopping & banks, good school district as well. Maintenance is prompt and excellent.

Um- to summarize. My experience here at adagio- and with Thompson-michie has been very good. I keep my end of the bargain. I pay my rent on time all the time. I'm relatively quiet and non-caustic in terms of my impact on my neighbors. Again- I pay my rent on time all the time. In turn- the Adagio team has in return been courteous, timely and responsive, professional and competent. Do the same and I'm sure your experience will be similar to mine

The staff here is amazing. If you need any thing they are very prompt in response time but yet they stay in the background and don't bother you when you don't need them. I wish they would update some of the amenities in the complex & in the apartment's though. Overall I am happy with the Adagios.

I've lived at Adagio for almost 6 years. The team at Adagio is professional, the apartments and surrounding areas are well maintained and they take any tenant inquiries seriously and act promptly. Adagio is conveniently located to shopping and the freeway, which makes getting to work super easy when you're in a time crunch. The maintenance team is a group of friendly individuals who take the time to say hello and can often been seen throughout the complex. I feel safe at Adagio and have great neighbors!

The location is good, I love the grounds here. Lots of trees, grass, and a small pond for the ducks and geese. The building are old but they have kept everything up quite nicely and the appliances are pretty new also. I wish they had more hard floors and less carpet, but that's not a big deal. Management has always been very friendly and quick to help or explain what steps need to be taken. Club house is gorgeous and the hot tubs are maintained well. Thank you adagio < 3

I really enjoy living here so far. In the past i've lived at apartments and i never saw any of my neighbors and the complex seemed like a ghost town. Here at Adagio the complex really seems lived in, I always see people walking, kids playing, and people playing with dogs all the time and everyone i interact with staff or neighbor is always so friendly!

Maintenance is quickly done, very convenient location, walls are a bit thin so you'll definitely know when your neighbor is doing laundry but it's a safe and generally quiet community. Across the street from splash pad and big parks for kids, dog park a block away, it's great.

At first there were no available listings but I requested to be contacted when one opened up. I did get an email once one as available and I was able to apply. The process was pretty easy, and I was able to provide a lot of the information over email so it was convenient. The apartment itself is in very good condition and it was very clean. I'm very happy with my decision to live here!

You get what you pay for. This apartment is not fully upgraded with top of the line appliances. You can tell it is an older apartment. The master bathroom vanity is the lowest counter I have ever seen in my life and I think the toilets came from a preschool because they are also tiny. With all that being said, I love it here. It is full of mature trees and landscaping. I have a massive patio and a good sized apartment especially for the price I am paying. The windows are huge so I get tons of natural light. Everyone is so friendly and it feels like a community and home. I placed a work order to fix something and it was fixed that day. I know there were reviews complaint about lack of parking but I have not had a problem with that.

we came here from California on a job relocation. I was so glad to find these Apartments so close to my job. Also I was so happy that my apt. Came with a garage. I was not use to the Snow. But having a Garage close to my Apartment was a lot of help. Also having a washer & Dryer in the apartment is a Plus.

The appliances are a bit outdated, but most work properly. The staff has been nice and helpful, and besides pushing back my move in day, the move-in process went smoothly. I don't have a pet, but the community is very pet friendly as well.

Friendly and professional staff. Maintenance work is quickly handled by competent employees. The maintenance employees will keep at it until the problem is fixed correctly. The grounds are kept clean. The complex is quiet and beautiful.
