Things have been good for the most part, aside from sharing a bedroom wall with my neighbors and the pool not being clean when I went to swim. Other then that everything has been peachy. I like this community

I really like living here. It's very quiet. The staff is great and the view of the pond is very relaxing. The community is close to parks and restaurants and has easy access to Bangerter Highway and I-15.

Good neighborhood and office staff. Like the response time for work orders, 0% charges for online monthly rental payments, Pleasant environment and walkable to school, park, grocery store and restaurants.

We pick up after our dogs. I wish more people would follow that example. There are some people with large dogs who do not pick up after the dogs and we have to be very careful in dodging their feces when getting to our cars.

The management continues to show their dedication to their tenants and employees. I've noticed how they continue to provide cookies, hand-deliver packages to those who aren't able to pick them up, and kindly greet you whenever you visit the office. I love that maintenance is always prompt and helpful! We've never had that kind of service anywhere else!

Mostly pleasant so far. The neighbors are mostly younger folks who are working day jobs just like my wife and I. There isn't much riff-raff and those who are end up moving away. Some of the neighbors are quite nice in fact. The apartments with the vaulted ceilings have a great touch and even though the 1 bedrooms are small, the open floor plan and vaulted ceilings make the room bigger and more full of light. The deck is also a very nice feature and something I always kick myself for not utilizing. Maintenance has always been prompt and thorough (even if they didn't get the problem the first time they were very responsive). Branden has also been good to work with. Adagio is really one of the best deals around - particularly in Draper. There is a lot of value.

The maintenance guys were great, whenever we have a problem they come out to fix it every time and they do it very quickly and don't leave a mess. They have come out to fix a few things for us and we appreciate it.

My family is so happy to move to Adagio. We wanted to live at the south end of the Salt Lake Valley in a quiet and upscale community with easy access to the interstate, shopping, restaurants and all types of things to do. This is the perfect location for this. We are next to the Draper Splash Pad and my kids have already been there twice this week end. The 3 bedroom apartment we are in is so spacious with high ceiling. It has all the amenities like fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer, fireplace and even a garage with some storage space. We love the view of the mountains off our deck and fresh breeze that blows through the apartment. This community feels safe. We love it.

The place is beautiful, fresh paint on the walls and I was very excited to move in. With the new paint, they didn't cover anything so door handles, outlets, light fixtures and switches have paint all over them. Not to mention they have a drawer that you can't open without opening the oven first and not being able to open the dryer all the ay because they put it in a spot where the wall blocks it. Other than that, things are awesome!

The place is a big upgrade from our last apartment, for about the same price. Everything is in good repair, fairly new, and looks good. I'm particularly fond of the view of the mountains from our front window.

I feel very safe here. The grounds are kept emaculant and the employees are nice and always very helpful. Service requests are always prompt and well done. Its a very beautiful place to live. I would recommend this apartment to everyone i know.

The management has been amazing so far! There are not a lot of sidewalks around the buildings, so move in was a bit messy. Also, not a lot of parking. Which also made moving in a bit harder. But over all we've been very happy so far with our new home.

Have only been here a very short time, but thus far, any maintenance requirements have been handled very efficiently and the apt staff have been very helpful and friendly. Really like the apt facilities, the gym is spacious and two pools and hot tubs, with a very large pond in the middle of the complex to walk around.

The complex is nice, the grounds are always well taken care of. The maintenance responds very quickly. The office personnel is professional the majority of the time. There were a few instances where we did not feel welcome, not child friendly.

Overall experience has been great. Management paints the buildings every 3, to 4 years, repairs areas that need it. Lawn in cared for. Lake is kept clean. Staff is professional and friendly. Maintenance staff is professional, knowledgeable and quick to repair any issues that arrive.

Adagio is a great place to call home! I feel safe here with my children and the community here is outstanding! It's NOT your typical "apartment complex" with the stigmas that are usually associated. Very little crime, if any. Everyone is sociable and just enjoys coming home there. The units are well kept and the rare occasions that maintenance is required, they are quick and professional. They allow pets, yet you don't see crazy dogs roaming the complexes. I'm very happy we moved here.

The apartments themselves are quite nice here and I've enjoyed living here for the past year. They are a little overpriced for how much needs to be updated and they try to nickle and dime you like most big rental companies but they keep the sidewalks shoveled really well in the winter and I have quiet good neighbors. To be fair, I could complain s lot more about the things that need fixing but I don't want someone constantly in my space so I don't say much if it's not super necessary. Overall, I'd say this is a nice place to live and I'd recommend it. The location is great and being able to have pets is pretty awesome and they have some great amenities.

I HAVE LOVED LIVING IN ADAGIO. MAINTENANCE DOES A GREAT JOB OF FIXING ANY ISSUES WE HAVE IN A TIMELY MANNER. ADAGIO DOES A GREAT JOB OF MAINTAINING THE AREA NICE. THE GRASS ALWAYS LOOKS WONDERFUL WHENEVER IT IS POSSIBLE.

We have had quite a few problems, along with my car getting towed even though it was an accident and instead of just calling me to move it I had to pay $300 to get it back, didn't get to eat that week thanks to that. But maintanence wise they are prompt to fix the problems we have reported

The community is big and very friendly, the apartments are very spacious and clean. The parking is great and the staff is amazing, rent is a little higher but the quality really shows. These apartments are wonderful

Great staff, great neighbors, great location. Love the pool and gym and hot tub, computer room too. 5 minutes from work so great and easy and fast commute. Always up to date on everything in the community
