It is quiet over here and facilities are easily accessible. Any maintenance needed are done in a timely manner. We are just 5 mins away from everything. The noise from the highway does not actually get through the apartment.

Grass need to cut more frequently and clean dog poo. This community is old and rent is not cheap. Apt inside is old particularly kitchen. Kitchen is too small and outdated. So moch leaves blowing everywhere, don't see clean up after leaves are completely come down

This is a beautiful community and the office staff are super nice and willing to help. The apartment is bigger than expected and well laid out. It's also conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Great place to live!

I love living here. I haven't lived in apartments for over 20 years. I recently downsized and chose this community. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. The homes are well built and maintained. The layout of the community is ideal. It's pet friendly and even offers garages. This is a great place to live.

I'm not impressed, a lot of people don't clean the dog waste they kill the grass with pee, some guys from the office are nice, they need someone with a detailed eye and really good interpersonal relations

I love Adagio! The office staff are so sweet and amazing and their maintenance department is always Professional and makes sure everything is perfect before they leave. I have recommended Adagio to many! Great Job Adagio!!

This place is the worst to live !! Very deceptive practices from the get go!! . Brandon property manager is nothing shy of a -------...and that's paying him a compliant!! My apartment always had water link problems from tub & water would rise from the floor & dishwasher & oven always had problems they don't fix or replace anything, Everything about this place STINKS!! Beware you've being warned!! enter @ your own risk!! HATE this Place !!

After downsizing from a large home in 2017 we moved to Adagio right before Christmas. We have found the community to be quiet and the maintenance crew to be great. We like the location of the apartments to the park and the splash pad across the street, shopping and the closeness to the freeway entrance/exit (I-15).

I really enjoy living at Adagio. Very pet friendly. Close to alot of things. Shopping, parks, dog parks, hikes. Friendly people. You don't see unusual people. Cute pond with ducks on the grounds. The staff is very helpful and kind.

I enjoy living at Adagio, my one bedroom apartment is perfect for me - it's roomy enough for me to have everything I need but not too pricey either. Staff is friendly and polite, apartment is well-maintained. Maintenance responds quickly (though they did track snow on my carpet). Area is good - within walking distance of a grocery store, UPS store, and coffee shop. I love how it is close to where I work. Neighbors are friendly, though some of them could be better about picking up pet waste.

Just moved into the complex. Overall its been a decent experience so far. Granted we tend to keep to ourselves and don't expect much so its kinda hard to let us down unless you really screw up. It has all the amenities we want; a few pools, gym, and a man-made lake with some ducks. Geese are chill too. They haven't assaulted us so far. Management will keep packages upfront for you so thats good since we already did have something taken from our door. It's close to a lot of shopping and other resources like a splash pad, skatepark, picnic area, dog park, playgrounds, etc . Perfect for young families and priced well for the area. Neighbors are ok and people seem to keep the noise level reasonable. Only other concern is that we got a letter a few days after we moved in falsely accusing us of leaving behind dog waste by an anonymous neighbor. Management didn't really seem to care about the validity or even respond to my email so just be cautious and don't expect others at the complex to have your best interest in mind. Work orders have been getting fulfilled so I got that going for me which is nice. Overall I'm content. I'll do another evaluation in 6 months and then another after we move out.

This is a very dirty and old place as soon as i found another place i will leave All appliance very way old place isn't well maintained that's why there are mice and bugs and that may cause diseases the pond is very dirty the carpet is very old i think if i stay in the street it will be much better I need a manager from Thompsonmichie to call me in regard to my issue as i want to leave as soon as i found another place without paying the early move out fees and i am also expecting to have my refundable deposit as this isn't my problem that i had a mouse cause of this very old place and you even can't solve my issue and get rid of it

Unfortunately, you're not made aware that this is the ------ apartments of Draper when you move in. A racist resident made a headline in town. Cops line up on the street for a raid of some type, it looked like? And screaming children everywhere. Please take time to walk the property after the office closes maybe about 8pm-ish. Check the pool areas. But please walk around before you sign. If you want to relax while you work hard in life, this is not the place.

I love this community because it's very calm and the neighbors are so respectful. What I loved more was having the opportunity to move to another apartment when I moved in and the first apartment I got was not big enough; the complex manager immediately provided me a solution that fulfilled my requirements.

Maintenance is always respectful, prompt, and friendly. The adminstrative people are always courteous and helpful. Whenever I call in a request, it is met with professional but friendly and relaxed attitude.

I was so excited to move here. We have lived here almost a month and the people upstairs are awful. AND he works here! I've called and complained but I guess if you work here you can party and let your kids play tackle football all day upstairs! Worst mistake ever!

We just moved in but we are really enjoying it so far. We love having a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher! We also love the dog park that's so walking distance from the apartment complex! And it's so close to the freeway which makes it easy for commute!

It has been a great place for my three boys and I. And the staff has always been extremely helpful with any questions I may have etc. It is close to the elementary school. And my kids have loved how close the park , skate park and now the new splash pad are to our apartment. The landscape is always kept up. Snow removal is always handled. Any matience issues I may have. They are always prompt in addressing those.

Andrew is honestly the most helpful and knowledgeable of the staff. We were told wrong information by others and their friendliness level was not up to par as Andrews is. Overall the move in process could have been made easier if things didn't change right before move in after we were under the impression everything was figured out.
