Just moved in. Seems nice enough. Would have loved things to work right when I moved in but I know things will never be perfect. I called the normal line and left a message. Had to call back later to get a result. Once the ticket was opened to was resolved pretty quickly.

So far so good. It's not to great to live by the pool though when kids stay in it super late screaming. Other than that the the Ac in the apartment is amazing!! And our neighbors are nice. As I said before my only issue was the maintenance staff coming in when I told the office staff to cancel first thing in the morning.

The maintenance department is wonderful here. They are courteous and prompt. The grounds are kept clean and up to date. The cost to live here is a bit pricy. I don't like that my rent can go up each year. It would help to have 24 month contracts. Uncovered parking near my building is difficult to find. When the reserved uncovered spaces were added it made parking even more difficult. Those are my only two complaints.

Love the community. The Staff is amazing and very attentive. I have held a corporate apartment here for several years and have no intention of leaving. The Freeway noise has lessened now that they have sound barrier installed and the construction is getting close to completion.

The staff in the actual admissions office is great. The maintenance crew seems more than lackluster, even lazy. The community isn't bad, and pretty much anything but public transportation is within walking distance. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Adagio, until they actually improve their maintenance staff.

The staff is extremely helpful and always greets you with a smile. You definitely feel like you're a part of the community and not just another "renter". Close stores, pools aren't overcrowded, and the duck pond is a favorite for little family. You'll love it here!

So far so good. Had a few complaints earlier but the Staff and Maintenance took quick action and sorted all the mess! Thank you so much! The property is really clean and affordable! The lake with the ducks is an add on! Love staying here. Thank you again

My experience with Adagio is not good. You should not force the things to your tenants. Ex. You are charging 39$ per month for cable to your tenants. This should not be mandatory. We are from India and we don't watch local channels. Because I don't have time for this and my wife don't know English. So there is no use of this. Web are simply paying 39$ per month. When I went to your leasing office to discuss about same. The response from your manager was very rude. He simply said, we cannot do anything. If you want you can vacate and go. That shows that, how much you care about your tenants. Also I lost 200$. I come to know about your community from "ApartmentSearch.com", and I asked to mention about same as refereed by column. but they mention something else, so I lost my referral bonus.

Great. I've had a good time living here with my 2 roommates with the lake view. I enjoy the sense of community I've seen with people running along the lake, and the pool. It seems like people are easy to get a long with which is very valued. I love adagio.

This community is very pretty and quiet. They do a great job of maintaing the common areas and the apartments. If you have a problem they come quickly. I live downstairs and i do have a problem with the noise from upstairs. It's not because of my neighbors but because the floors seem very thin and are not soundproof. Otherwise it is a great experience living here!

Love it so far! We have only been residents for one week, but the experience pre-move-in was wonderful and so far the staff has been extremely responsive. there were several maintenance things that needed to be addressed early on but maintenance was quick and thorough and responsive to everything. I love the office staff as well - much better than previous apartments we have lived at.

Love that it is pet friendly. Extremely impressed with maintenance crew and promptness to repair requests and upkeep of premises. Crews take great care of the landscaping and snow removal. Enjoy having garbage & recycling picked up at doorstep. Apartments are very well maintained!

Parking assigned to me is not near to my apartment which cause little trouble. Otherwise overall a nice place, apartment seems quite old but clean and nice. Overall a nice place to live, school assigned was the motivating factor behind chosing this place.

excellent; quiet; proper size; front office is very helpful. Maintenance is very responsive. Problems have been minimal and handled well. Rent is confusing on first go around. That is all the comment I have at this time. Please use up the 200.

Easy application and move-in process. Leasing and maintenance are prompt, courteous, and professional. Some maintenance issues at move-in were fixed immediately. Recommend Andrew (leasing) and Jones (maintenance). They are the best!

I've been pleasantly surprised by how quiet and pleasant life is in Adagio. I barely ever hear my neighbors. Maintenance responds quickly and the staff is generally very nice. The complex is usually pretty clean however I'm often surprised at how little effort some of my neighbors are willing to put in to keep common areas clean. For example, people are alarmingly bad at aiming for the dumpsters and there's usually trash spattered all over the place. People are not good at cleaning up after dogs neither do they realize that cigarette butts are not biodegradable. When the snow melts, all of this negligence is exposed and it's gross! Aside from that, I enjoy living here.

So far I have only lived here for two weeks. It's been awesome though. Office staff is super nice and attentive. They take care of things when there is an issue. Hoping it stays the way it is. Really enjoying the place so far. The only complaints I have is that the sidewalk up to my building has been flooded with water at times because of snow melting and rain. Other then that I'm really happy

Let me start out by saying that I warned them that if they did not make things right with us, I would be writing this review on every website that would take it. We have had a terrible time living here this past year. And to be clear, this is our 3rd apt in 7 yrs. we lived by a crackhead in LA for a year that stole from us AND I LIKED THAT APARTMENT WAY BETTER. Anyway, this is everything thats happened over the last year: -maintenance worker UNLOCKED MY FRONT DOOR AND LET HIMSELF IN WHILE I WAS NAKED COMING OUT OF THE SHOWER. yep. they just let themselves in your apartment whenever they want. we had an appointment to get something fixed and since they didn't keep their appointment from days past, they decided one day that they would just show up and let themselves in. EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE ON FILE THAT WE DO NOT PERMIT ANYONE IN OUR APARTMENT WITHOUT US THERE!!!! we have a cat that is a flight risk and a dog that doesn't take kindly to strangers walking in unannounced. who knows how many times they have been in my apt w/out me knowing! -my dog has been bit by another dog. the issue here is that even though they say they are pet friendly, they really aren't. They just mean that for a fee, your pets can live here too. people walk their dogs off leash and let their dogs crap EVERYWHERE. there is just no accountability and we have complained that they need to put up signs or something. the complex does not clean up what their crappy tenants leave behind so there is just dog mess EVERYWHERE! I work late and have stepped in it many times because it is dark and you don't typically except crap on the SIDEWALK! -our mailbox has been broken for a long time. we have to wait in line at the post office any time we want to get our mail. if you've been to the draper post office then you can imagine the huge waste of time that this has become. -when we first moved in, it was noisy but tolerable. about 2 months later, a family with 4 kids was moved into the 2 bedroom that shares our bedroom wall. all we hear is kids. how romantic for us right? and the walls are so thin that i can hear the man upstairs working out, the kids next door, the teenagers behind/above us screaming. the ---------------- woman that shares a wall with our kitchen yelling all day at a crying toddler, and anyone that walks up the stairs in the hall sounds like a 900lb gorilla. -they charge you for EVERYTHING. we are charged $39/mo for cable because they partnered with COMCAST (THE WORST) so if you have any other service, you will have to cancel it or pay for both services. They also charge you a "trash valet fee". This means that they will carry your trash from your front door to the dumpster (about 30 ft or less from your apt). HOWEVER, they refuse (and leave you a note) if your trash is: too heavy, leaky, sticking to the trash can, not in a trash can, etc. They have successfully picked up our trash maybe 5 or 6 times this year without complaint. I pay about $18/month for this service. my monthly rent on a 2 bedroom that is not remodeled is somewhere around 1055/mo. with all the fees it ends up being about 1160. -The facility does not have enough parking spaces for the amount of people living here. And because they are scammers, they recently started reserving uncovered spaces to people for an add. $20/mo. So now a bad parking situation has just become terrible! Unless you want to pay more of course. -If you live by the "lake" there is bird crap everywhere. You will track it into your house all the time. and random people (especially people with kids) are always hanging around by the "duck lake" to feed the ducks. its so loud all the time! -FINALLY the thing that threw this all over the edge: We moved here at the end of March last year. FEB 1 we get a notice on our door saying that we need to let then know by FEB 15 if we are going to sign another year lease with them (at a heavily increased rate) or else we would have to pay $1320 a month in rent to go month to month. $265 more then my current rate. Not to mention that they said the lease ends FEB 29th and they aren't counting the other weeks of March that we didn't live there. SCAMMERS! When I asked ------- (TERRIBLE MANAGER) he said that the market rate on our apartment went up $115 and there is a month to month fee of $150. i told him that i will pay the fee that i agreed to pay when i signed the lease, but that market rate increase is ridiculous. he said that there was nothing he can do. BULLSH**! total liar scum! they have empty apartments! My apartment is not remodeled, same carpet that has probably been here for over 10yrs, old squeaky cabinets, and BAD neighbors. PLUS ALL OTHER COMPLAINTS! Overall, this has been a money pit! When i mentioned all this ------- smuggly handed me an intent to vacate notice and told me i could leave if i wasn't happy. So I told him that we were leaving and I would tell anyone who will listen that they would be a MORON to pay 1175 for this apt!

It's definitely pricey to live at Adagio, but I like that I feel safe and secure in my apartment. I've had really good luck with the few maintenance problems I've had - they were all taken care of quickly and effectively. The kitchens look a little dated but function well.

We have lived here for almost 6 months. The parking is HORRIBLE. The maintenance guys walk their dogs and don't clean up after them.the people in the office are very rude (except Andrew) they have no interest in helping you. Good luck living here

I have only lived here for less than a month, but I love it already. Its a safe and clean community with friendly neighbors and staff, very glad I chose the Adagio for my new home! I do wish they had better parking but overall the place is wonderful.

There is a good amount of storage available in the apartment: outdoors off the deck, and two linen closets. The apartment feels roomy, even with a family of four (except for the kitchen). The maintenance staff is responsive. It's very quiet - that is, I don't hear noise from the other units in my building. Love the area - park nearby, shopping is within a mile, great freeway access without freeway noise.
