I have been living here for almost a year now and everything has been great except the staff in the front office. The only person that has ever really been helpful to us is Andrew and the rest of them are not very helpful and are rude. Notices appear on our door every once in a while that have nothing to do with us. We were also told that the rent is increased once expanding your lease. Seriously? You would think that they would want people to stay in the residency instead of raising the rent to kick them out. The apartment itself has been very nice but I would not recommend living here as far as working with the staff goes.

Outstanding front office staff! They are friendly, courteous, and remember who you are when you come in! The front office itself is beautifully maintained and smells wonderful with or without the cookies! It's great to have an exercise facility on the property for those who work out and the pool and hot tub are kept up daily!

Pretty bad, we have to have stuff fixed every week and the grass is torn up and dead all over. We have had maintenence requests in for four months now and they still have not fixed it. Parking is horrible and I often have to walk five minutes to get home from the closest parking spot. The roads are a maze and guests get lost on their way in all the time.

Good central location. We liked the atmosphere of the community with the pond and mountain views. Laena at the front office was great to work with. We don't like how there are only two entrances into the complex when there are almost 500 units. Makes it complicated to get to our unit and explain to anyone how to get there.

Good experience for the most part. Some upgrades to units need to happen, windows are very old, A/C is not efficient, bathroom counter tops are too short for anyone over 5' 6" and interior lighting is poor.

Has been pretty good up til a couple days ago when I witnessed the groundskeeper/maintenance man power washing our stairwell and using the end of the power washing wand to knock down a small birds nest killing 2 baby birds inside the nest. This is totally unexceptable. I don't understand their non-caring mentality when it comes to killing baby birds that are protected by law! Even the property manager didn't seem to care. He said he didn't know why the grounds keeper did that and just kept saying that, over and over. At the end, he said sorry, but not once did he really mean it.

These are great apartments. They are super close to the freeway which is very convenient and makes our commute to work a breeze. We haven't had any troubles with parking--we have always been able to find an open space for our second car. The community is quiet and has a lot of kids and pets. We love living here.

I recently moved in. The leasing staff are always polite, courtous and respectful but most of all the always helpful. The Apartments themselves are very nice, well maintained and quiet. It's a pet friendly complex and there are always several people out walking their dogs. The landscaping is lovely and very well maintained. On site maintenance personnel are friendly and very skilled. I had 2 plumbing issues come up and they were there within 30 minutes of when I reported them and had both properly repaired in very short order. My daughter and I couldn't be happier with our decision to make ADAGIO our home for a while. The two swimming pools and hotubs plus other amenities are just icing on the cake.

So far so good. But the wood squeaking sound.... if you live 1st floor you will hear your neighbor walking running. But everything else is great. Very nice maintance. Smart workers. Nice neighbors. I would recommend.

Great area its easy access to the I-15. Close to shopping and we have a park right across the street from us. Perfect location for us. We love everything about the apartment and the community. It is a wonderful opportunity to be living here.

I like living here. It's pretty good. I don't like young tenants who come and go. I like long-term residents that I can get to know, not in transition. Management seems to do a good job keeping the riff-raff out.

Biggest mistake of my life. Dryers take forever to dry clothes, they say they buy these dryers with temps set down for safety. The refrigerator leaks all over the floor and they say this is normal. Hydronic heating means you have to set your water heater to the max heating capability or you will freeze. The old idiot in the office put a note on my door telling me I had hit an awning and was going to pay for it, I had to prove I didn't it hit and do the investigation work to find out who really did and then be able to prove it. I told them when I moved in, I just wanted some peace and quiet. I got none of that. What they do not seem to understand is, I have three apartments in here with my kids renting as well and we will not be renewing our leases, in fact If my attorney tells me I can break my lease due to the things Adagio management has done to me, I am so out of here. The upstairs neighbor must own an elephant there is slamming and banging 24 hours a day. My garage door stuck in the closed position, that was funny because the office told me I had to remove my car so the garage door guy could fix it, I asked them how I could get my car out with the door stuck closed. I have been here just a little less then four months and the office has put enough stress on me I seriously had a heart attack and was hauled out of here in an ambulance. The apartments turn quickly. People move in, find out it isn't the place to be and move out. On the flip side of the coin, the office is very nice, They offer free cookies, coffee and bottled water. Dog poo bags are free. Overall, management, meaning the old guy in the office, could have used some training in management and verbiage. The worst thing they did was pave over the bricks at the entrance that used to make this place look unique. Adagio seriously needs a better resident retention program. Adagio has a $400 bonus for getting friends and family to move in. I recommended it once and won't do it again. The lawn mower guys blow leaves and garbage onto your patio.. My experience with adagio so far has been very negative, your experience may vary. I wouldn't recommend adagio, I will be happy when I can get out of here.

All staff and maintenance personal have always treated us with respect and have been very informative and helpful when we have needed information or help. The only noise problem we have experienced is the lawnmower, which is not heard often and NEVER early in the day.

My experience has been good. I have mo concerns with the apartment, neighbors, or staff. My year here has been really good. The staff is outstanding and friendly. The maintenance crew is very good. They have fixed the two issues we had quickly and they even clean up after themselves. The apartments are nice and somewhat quite.

They are friendly, on top of things and always happy to help going above and beyond. Our appt flooded and they checked on us every day for a week to make sure everything was OK. Everytime they came and checked on us they would check/ fix something.
