Adagio has been a wonderful place to live. We have been very happy with our neighbors who are respectful, quiet and kind. I think Adagio attracts respectful neighbors. It has been very kid-friendly. We have two kids, 4 yr old and 1 yr old. We love the park area with sand. It's nice having the community park nearby as well. The duck pond is also a kid favorite!

I feel safe here. My problems are resolved very quickly. I would recommend this community to a friend. I needed a home on ground floor and with a garage. They recently updated several things in my apartment that improved it a lot.

Have enjoyed living here. Would love to see the gym open 24 hrs. Thank you for your quick response to my emergency situation. I would like to see inccreased security for example after hours someone driving the property and security cameras.

Generally very good.We enjoy the pool and gym. love the ambiance of the duck pond. Neighbors are nice. Access and parking are good. We will have to wait and see what winter brings in the way of snow removal and maintenance. We will see if there are any areas of high heat loss and what needs to be done to address them,

Great place to live. Only thing that I've noticed is a lot more dog poop laying around recently, and it makes the apartments less appealing for visitors. We appreciate the maintenance help and availability to fix things quickly. We've enjoyed our time here so far.

The staff is alway helpful, and the community is really beautiful and quiet. If I ever have a problem, the staff in the office is always super nice, and the maintenence crew all are incredibly personable. I love that if I have requests, they are able to get right on it, and the cookies in the office are always a delight.

Moving in to Adagio has been a great experience. The apartment was clean and in great condition. New carpet and paint. I would have preferred that internet were required as part of rent rather than cable since I don't normally have cable. Excited about the dog park opening across the street this spring.

Great friendly staff with timely service requests. Be warned though that our dryer wasn't drying clothes properly when we moved in and when maintenance came to fix it, we were informed that it works fine, the heating element will only run for 30 minutes so the dryer has to be restarted at least 2-4 times depending on the type of load you are drying. Also the heat is connected to the hot water heater so basically the longer the hot shower is in the winter the less heat blowing through your vents and vice versa. Not sure how or why this is but it would have been nice to know beforehand.

we like the area that the apartment is in. it is close to a lot of things that we like. the office staff is nice and very helpful with the different things that we need. the area is clean and nice to look at. there are schools with in walking distant of are home

I think the Adagio apartments are wonderful. They are spacious, quiet, and perfect location for families. The duck pond, a park right across the street from the complex, and stores and restaurants within walking distance. We love it here!

I have only lived here for 2 months, but so far I have been very happy. This community compares favorably with others I have lived in in other communities across the country. It is not as new as some places I have lived, but is has been well maintained. The staff has been fabulous. They are responsive and my experience with maintenance has been better than I have experienced anywhere else.

I was very nervous to move into these apartments. But it has turned out great! The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Andrew. I had seen bad reviews but we haven't had any problems. The apartments are in good condition and they fix things promptly if there is a problem. They are quiet. We haven't been able to hear our neighbors. I've only lived here a month but the experience has been good so far.

Best maintenance staff I've experienced. Every work order has been taken care of promptly (less than 24 hours) and with quality work. We love hanging out at the pools in the summer and hot tubs in the winter. And appreciate the upkeep during snow falls, they keep roads and sidewalks clear of snow in the whole complex.

I moved my elderly mother from LA to the Adagio Apts to be closer to me. We have had a really good experience so far and find the apt quiet and very comfortable. We had a very quick response to the maintenance issues and they were handled very well.

Sprinklers spraying on my car........replace with new heads that can be adjusted better. Just signed a new lease and thinking I did not do a smart thing every time I have to wash my truck after the sprinkler water hits it. How about making me very happy by fixing this on going problem. Know I am not the only one interested in getting this problem fixed this summer and fall. Other tentants are unhappy to the point of not extending leaders. Why aren't you fixing this with easy barriers or new heads.? Feel like you really do not care and that I am a problem tentant.

I love living at Adagio! I was concerned about living in front of the swimming pool for fear the noise would not be to my liking when my kids go to bed. It's been awesome. Everyone is very respectful. The yard is extremly clean and beautiful. Requests are always answered promply. My home is very comfortable!

I love the unit. It's very beautiful and we are very comfortable. The staff SUCKS. Stay away from Selena. She lied to us and scammed is into our unit. Thought we were getting more but we are over paying since she lied about what we were getting.!

Adagio Apartments at Corner Canyon has been a great place to live for the past year. The units are well priced for the space, comfort they provide, and Draper area. The area around my unit is very quiet. The staff and maintenance crews are friendly and easy to work with. The location is great, as it is near shopping, entertainment, I-15 and Bangerter Hwy.

The Adagio staff is amazing, except for the head managers. They make no effort to develop positive relationships with the residents they serve. I would recommend better training for such roles. The apt is nice, as well as the pools & fitness center.

Great place other than dog owners no cleaning up after them the pond is an added bonus for those of us that love nature smith park across the street is also nice to have and nice view of the mountains as well

Cigarette butts everywhere. Also paying way to much for an apartment that had tile coming up. Been here a little less than 2 weeks. These are things I shouldn't be experiencing. Also spider eggs located on the laundry room. Tape around door k
