I just moved in and the apartment was very clean and ready for me to begin moving in! The neighborhood has been quiet and my room has views of the mountains and the pond! I feel very safe here and the proximity to I-15 is unbeatable!

I love living at Adagio. I had to move out for personal reasons, but I moved back as soon as I could. The maintenance staff is prompt and professional. The pool and gym are great. It's a wonderful neighborhood to raise young kids. My only complaints are dog droppings left by other residents and the strong perfumey smell in the office.

I have never had such an amazing experience like this one. I lobe it here and am so happy. Everything is very taken care of and they are super quick at coming to fix any maintenance issues. My only issue is with the neighbors and always smoking.

The adagio apartment complex is one of the best places we've lived. They're quick to respond to problems and they confront the tenant about problems they come across before things get out of hand. Work orders are completed as quickly as they're entered into the computer. The staff is great too

Adagio is a wonderful place to live. It has 2 swimming pools wishing a few yards of my apartment; it's right off of I-15, the staff (administrative AND maintenance are extremely efficient, competent and helpful.

Beautiful complex! Great community, friendly neighbors. Nice and quiet area. Everything is nearby! I absolutely love it here. My favorite place I've ever rented. Super convenient layout, nice sized room with a walk in closet. Best of all is how nice and big the bath tub is! Very lucky to call this place home.

Adagio is the absolute best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The office staff is always very friendly and professional; they are quick and courteous with answering any questions I may have and have truly made us feel at home here. The maintenance team shows up quick for any maintenance requests and always gets the job done right the first time. Their maintenance team is also very friendly and professional and have never made me feel like a bother. The entire team at Adagio is amazing. My apartment is super cute and very affordable. So many great amenities, hands down best apartment complex fitness center I've ever seen, two pools (that my kids live at every day) that are very very clean and enjoyable, lots of cute little pavilions and green space to host out door activities, excellent neighbors, and the community is very well kept, it's quiet here, and very enjoyable to live. Thank you Adagio team for the wonderful place my family calls home, already so many amazing memories here.

I really love this community. It's spacious, well kept, beautiful, and quiet. The staff who helped us were polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of my many questions. The apartment itself is beautiful, and I love that I can spend quiet nights on the porch with my husband. The security system was an unexpected bonus and I'm so glad we chose to live here.

My unit is starting to show its age. There are some minor annoyances (slow toilet fill rate in second bathroom, no vent fan second bathroom, refrigerator breakdown, would like a 110V plug in the garage, smoke alarms WAY to sensitive), but overall I'm satisfied.

We love our apartment and our community. Location, Location, Location. Walking distance to elementary, middle and high school. Harmons is nearby. 5 min drive to Costco and IKEA. The maintenance staff is always helpful. We all like it there.

I've enjoyed my first 6 months so far. There are certainly some aesthetics that could be improved, but nothing in life is perfect. The people are nice, the parking is adequate, and the patio is a nice space to have.

Pros: The apartments are fairly big inside! A one bedroom feels almost too big for my boyfriend and I. The walls aren't paper thin, and garages are awesome. Maintenance is quick and they are super nice. There have not been any hidden fees which lots of apartments have these days. Cons: They are a bit outdated, things tend to break here and there and there's not much parking available after 6:00. But we love it here nonetheless. Pros outweigh the cons!

It is a wonderful place. Management is on top of things. They always are available when needed. The parking is a little tricky not enough open spots. Over all it's not to bad I would recommend anyone here.
