Quiet community and very helpful maintenance crew!! I'm about to talk to the anyone in the community and they are super friendly! That includes the employees and anyone they contract with to upkeep the grounds!

It is a very nice community apartment, have very good neighborhood and nearby Parks and water splash park, play area for kids is good, easy access to i15 freeway, lot of activities for kids near the appartment

Overall location is great. Lots of investment back into the property to keep looks modern and pleasant. Maintenance issues handled quickly and correctly. Polices are fair. Amazon hub on property is a big help.

Its been great, everyone is always great to work with, office staff is friendly maintainance is fast and efficient, through 3 winters i have never had to scrape my car windows and i leave for work early. The grounds are well kept and there are 2 pools

STAFF IS NICE ENOUGH HOWEVER I AM ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIED AT THE INFESTATION THAT HAS MERELY GROWN, AFTER THE SUPPOSED FIRST TREATMENT. THE WALLS ARE MOVING AND THE BUGS ARE MOVING OUT OF THE BEDROOM INTO THE HALLWAY, INTO THE BATHROOM AND ONTO US. WHO THE HELL WANTS BAT BUGS CRAWLING ON THEM ARE YOU PEOPLE LISTENING? THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING AND DISGUSTING. YOUR BEST CLAIM IS THAT "THEYRE NOT HARMFUL" THAT IS ABSOLUTE BS AND I DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE COME HERE BECAUSE THERE IS NO LONG TERM SOLUTION AND YOU MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE AN INFESTED HOME FOR MONTHS ON END AS A RESULT OF MAINTENANCE NEGLIGENCE.

Very nice community, cozy and well maintained. Apartments are dated but well cared for and clean when we moved in. Parking is a bit tight but not bad. You can hear your neighbors upstairs a little bit but not bad. We have really enjoyed living here so far.

The staff are friendly and helpful and we have felt welcomed here. The grounds are well taken care of and the maintenance team took care of every issue quickly and efficiently. So far we love living here!

It's a nice quiet community. Close to park, splash pad, dog park, walking distance to high school, and shopping center. Parking is limited but street parking available. Close to I-15 On and off ramps, and bangerter highway.

Maintenance and office staff are wonderful. We love the amenities in the apartment and complex in general. It's a quiet community, but friendly. We love living here. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, parks and splash pads.

Adagio apartments is a beautiful community, with tons of space. I feel safe and comfortable to raise my children here. The maintenance staff is on point, the value is very fair, the little river is really pretty. I'm happy I live here

Maintenance is great, quick and polite. Dog friendly environment. Large rooms and closets. Open kitchen. Plenty of storage space. Friendly staff at club house. 24hr access to the gym. 2 pools for accessibility.

I have enjoyed living here, the grounds are well kept, maintenance is on top of it and I love the layout of the apartments. Plus the location is amazing. Definitely my favorite apartment I have lived in.

Love this place. It's clean, close to work, quiet, low crime... Honestly it's a fairly dramatic change from where I moved from. The storage in the unit is absolutely amazing, and I love that I have a garage.

Good except people not picking up dog the maintenance people are always courteous and come pretty quickly for any problems we come across. Everything is fine and I like it here if the residents who have doggies would be courteous and pick up after there

I adore adagio. The management here has been so good to me. I have lived in a few other apartments and have felt the management did not care for their tenants but I have never once felt that way here. I have stayed so long because of this. The neighbors are all awesome as well and they do a pretty good job up keeping the community here. They are also very pet friendly which is amazing! ??

I have been here for two weeks, office staff has been so kindly and helpful since the first time I arrived to ask leasing information. When We moved we experienced some troubles with the washing machine, the refrigerator and hot water. Maintenance staff has been so kind, professional and always willing to help fixing out any issue.

Adagio is a great place to live. The environment is peaceful and clean. I always comment that we are in the middle point of the south and north side. I have many places near me: the dog park, school, restaurants, hospital, and temple.

I've lived in several different apartment communities throughout the Salt Lake Valley over the last 30 years which has made my expectations and standards a bit higher each time I begin the search for a new apartment to call home. The very first thing I noticed about Adagio was the size of the apartment complex and how well it was being maintained. It showed me that the staff and the people who live here care about this place. I knew at that moment that I wanted to live here and be a part of this community also. My experience living at Adagio has been wonderful!

So far my experience has been great! They are very quick with any maintenance requests I've had, normally same day fixes. And all of the staff are very kind and very helpful with anything you need. The grounds are very quiet as well! I would say the only issue I've noticed is that a lot of the dog owners don't clean up after their pets. ??

The three bedroom (cottonwood) is very spacious. We enjoy living here and we enjoy the overall atmosphere. This is a very family friendly community with tons of room to run around and two spa areas. We rally enjoy it.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the nice community here. I love that there are plenty of places to walk my dog and nearby amenities. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, movie theater, bowling alley, park, skate park, dog park, and splash pad. It is also near the freeway and yet not overly loud do to that proximity. The apartments are nice although not as nice as the model apartments that you get to tour. My upstairs neighbors were VERY loud and many noise complaints (during quiet hours) were not handled (there was no change). Maintenance for the most part are great! The one time I was not happy was during the HOTEST (literally broke records) week of the summer my A/C stopped working and it was more than 80 degrees in the apartment. I called after hours/emergency maintenance and they said that wasn't an emergency and didn't come until the next day. That was a miserable night that could have been easily fixed and was an emergency in my opinion.
