Myself and my family are enjoying our residency in the Adagio Apartment complex, it has been an all around good place to call home. Our neighbors have been friendly with few exceptions, and the staff is always helpful and friendly when interacting with them. Items that need repair either within the apartment or complex are fixed quickly, efficiently and by a friendly facilities staff. Haven't used the pool or volleyball courts yet, looking forward to that in the coming summer. Would like to see all apartments get some updates to balance the rental price or rental price drop a few $$$ or no trash fee, and the addition of a fenced-in dog park... just maybe? Wish more of the dog owners would be responsible and courteous by picking up ALL their dog feces at ALL times of the year!

The maintenance staff is great but neighbors can be a little loud after hours I wish it was more soundproof here but I understand that is apartment living I feel like in the day it's alot quieter so hoping neighbors can be more respectful.

Love these apartments they are clean and well kept. Maintenance is always there when needed. During the winter they keep it clean and safe for all making sure the sidewalks are cleared so you don't have to worry would recommend living here to everyone

Very clean, staff is super friendly and helpful, rent reasonable. Matinence is handled the same day or the next day and is professional, courteous and friendly. Pet friendly, and easy to work with. Love living here.

It has been very good living at Adagio Apartments. It's very clean and quiet and the neighbors are friendly also. I find that Utah is a very beautiful state as other states. I find that people here are eager to help, very friendly. I have been satisfied living here and only the rising cost of living worries me. Thank you so much Adagio for having a great community. Thomas-Mitchum is a good apartment corporation. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to live. Thanks again for your service in providing good living.

I love living here at Adagio. The people here are very friendly and helpful. It is a community and not just a place to live. This is a caring, kind environment. There is a lot of fun things to do with kids and families.

It is such a wonderful apartment community. We have wonderful neighbors, my kids can play safely outside, and I the staff and maintenance folks are extremely responsive, considerate, polite, and helpful. I love the ducks and geese that we can walk to feed at the stream. The pool is kept clean and has enough chairs and space every time we go. The surrounding area is awesome, with a splash pad, park, skate park, and dog park all literally bordering this complex. So grateful I was able to get into my apartment here almost 2 years ago. Management is also extremely on top of maintaining the buildings and grounds--repainting and repairing the buildings, and even building additional dumpster alcoves (they are hidden nicely) which helped tremendously to stop the overfilling that happens at so many apartments.

We've loved our time at Adagio. It's a perfect location, it's nice being close to the freeway and all the grocery stores, but I love being so close to all the parks to the east. I also love our pond at the center of the community. Both the maintenance staff are great and very helpful, and the office staff are great as well. I also like using the pool and the gym. All in all a great place to live!

The best community to live, near everything, the staffing for the apartments provided great service, all apartments are in a great conditions, also you have area where you can do a birthday, etc, with your family.

We haven't been able to see much yet but so far the community is great. The commute or work is good, the apartment is right next to our church SMCC and the few people we've run into have been very kind and welcoming.

The apartments themselves are very nice. Appliances and style are a little outdated but nothing bad. The layout is great for organizing rooms and the balcony is a great plus. The cleaning prior to us moving in could've been much better as we keep finding residue and overlooked issues. Other than that I look forward to living here and the staff is very nice.

our little community here is friendly clean and nice we have all we need to make things easier and comfortable the hub is a good service to have and walking along the compound is easy all so. we don't have to worry about shoveling snow in the winter or mowing in the summer. .

Overall, the experience has been positive, with one very negative experience whereas I was accused of property damage, I not only had to prove I didn't do it, but I had to find out who did, so I could be exonerated. I never got an apology.

The experience here has been truly amazing the staff and everyone here is super friendly. When you request something to be fix it gets done super quick. The ladies in the office have also been amazing they are super friendly.

We just moved in a few days ago, the neighbors have been very nice and the community seems great! The grounds are very clean as well. We are confused as to the add online that claims units have hard wood floors because ours is all carpet and vinyl tile. There also seems to be some water damage under the kitchen sink and possibly mold.

I have been here for just over a year and the staff has always been wonderful. It is a safe place to live and the surrounding are is awesome as well. Really feels like home. The maintenance staff is the best.

I am so happy to live here. I love Adagio! It is beautiful, cozy, and things are repaired quickly. Only one request/ When I moved here the lawns were EXQUISITE. Perfection, like a golf course. I would recommend to many people to move here to Adagio because it was so beautiful in every way. Something happened around 2014. The lawn care has gone down. Way down. I don't feel inspired to refer people anymore. Please look into the high quality lawn care that was contracted in 2010. It will then make everything classy again. The pools are cared for and kept up beautifully! Thank you for everything, Adagio!

The apartment itself is comfortable and a good size. It's quiet. The grounds are well maintained. Parking is fairly easy to find. Love the package hub! Most of the office staff is helpful and courteous. The assistant manager can be rude and unhelpful.

I have never had any real issues while living here. Any time I have ever had a complaint the office has been quick to act on it or if there has been a maintenance issue they have been fast to fix it.
