Well. Neighbors above my apartment created some noice that had some disturbance but was resolved with the management. Other than that, the lifestyle and home is amazing. I’m happy and feel safe. Enjoying my time here.

I want to share my overall satisfaction at Bailey's Crossings Apartment Homes.. From the moment I moved in, I’ve appreciated the friendly and professional staff who are always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. The leasing process was smooth and efficient, making my transition into the community hassle-free. The community amenities are well-maintained and add to the comfort of living here. I especially enjoy the clean and inviting outdoor spaces, which provide a great place to relax or meet neighbors. The apartment itself is comfortable, spacious, and kept in excellent condition. I have lived in this apartment for over 10 years, and I absolutely love it. The property is always clean and well maintained, and the staff is kind, professional, and very helpful. I have lived here for several years and I love it and plan to stay several more years. The office staff and maintenance team are very responsive and kind. I appreciate them a lot. Another thing that I appreciate is how safe it is. It’s really hard to get in and out of here if you don’t have proper access.

No place is perfect but how the staff responds when an issue arises makes the difference. That is exactly what happened for me upon move-in to my new apartment. Some of the cleaning was not quite right and the management immediately stepped up, apologized for the oversight, and made it right. Big thumbs up and much appreciated.

Love the maintenance crew at Bailey’s Crossing
I watched this maintenance crew work, smart, and around the clock to assure that our community had sidewalks that were passable during the recent snow and ice storm. . This storm kept dumping more surprises throughout the 36 hours it immobilized the area. As a dog walker, I observed their work from beginning to end. Even though the work was hard and demanding, they always took the time to smile and offer a greeting to me. This is a special crew I would highly recommend living at Bailey’s Crossing Apartments.

A lot of issues have been happening since we’ve been living here for the past two years. Management is not very helpful or accessible for the residents. Many of us have complained and asked for reimbursement and no response is usually the answer.

I love Bailey’s Crossings. It is the most beautiful property. I have no complaints about it here other than the incident with my phone. I really feel there was some dishonesty around it. It doesn’t sit well with me. I keep going into further detail, but I don’t think it’s gonna change anything there’s nothing I can prove about it. I’ve had wonderful dealings with ----. But when I ask him about details surrounding my Samsung and my Apple phone, both which were lost on this property, he became highly uncomfortable and refused to talk to me about them and let the lobby area. It was just weird and made me question why he was so uncomfortable talking about the phones if they were turned into the rental office, you should have information about what happens to peoples phones.

Nos mudamos hace 3 años y todo era bueno . Con el tiempo los vecinos que fueron llegando tienen malas costumbres y dejan los pasillos sucios y con mal olor, el personal de limpieza hace todo su trabajo para tenerlo limpio , pero los vecinos No lo mantienen limpio. La entrega de paquetes es lo Peor !!!! Llega 1 dÃas después de ser entregado por la tienda (con suerte). Y el olor a Marihuana !!!! Es asqueroso , pero es una lástima que este condominio se esté volviendo como los edificios altos que hay al frente (SKY LÃ�NEA !!!!) Una pena deberÃan de encontrar la forma de corregir y mantener las buenas costumbres .

We have found the overall facility management & maintenance to be sorely lacking. Hallway carpeting is filthy & threadbare. Elevator has been out of service since February 2025. 2nd elevator out of service 2x for 2 days each episode--incredibly difficult for old residents. Hallway paint touchups needed. Very poor communication from management office.

Buildings are becoming increasingly shabby, especially hallway carpeting, which is very soiled and worn down almost to the concrete flooring beneath. It’s an embarrassment to have guests visit. We are still without a 2nd working elevator—out of service since February. This is a very great problem, especially for older residents like us.

I notified the office manager and he put in a request for me (I am 86) to fix the switch on my garbage disposal. A maintenance man came the same day and installed a new disposal, which fixed the switch problem.

Maintenance guys have always been great since I moved in. Efficient, respectful, and very helpful! I’ve enjoyed my time here and hope the places I stay in the future resemble the professionalism I’ve had at Bailey’s crossing.

Worst management ever. No working elevators and no one seems to care. People with disabilities stay AWAY. The manager is always hiding in his office expecting the leasing team to do his job. Neighbors always making noise and weirdos keep sticking notes on people's doors. Made several complaints about the issue however management does not care. Rent is very expensive compared to other communities with better amenities in the same area. As mentioned m, if you suffer from any health issues be very mindful. As you will not receive any accomodations here in this property

Baileys Crossing is a great place to live and raise a family. Baileys Crossing is located near many shops, which is very convenient and helpful on those days you need to pick something up really quick. Great location and spacious rooms.

I am very happy with Bailey's Crossing. The property is always kept up. I like the dog run and playground. I especially like the community activities and get togethers. I feel the staff truly care about their renters and in my case, feel they have gone above and beyond to help. There has been a couple of hiccups with maintenance but all in all they get the job done.

Baileys Crossing is a blend of modern living and aesthetic styles. The property is quiet and well positioned for commuting. In my building we’ve had 5 false fire alarms in 1 month— which to managements credit has been resolved. The property is mostly pleasant and peaceful. However, the property amenities leave much to be desired. The gym is rather small and most of the equipment needs maintenance, the pool is shallow (good for kids), and the fetch package system adds a middle man to the already efficient Amazon delivery service. Overall, nice place to live in my experience.

When I say staff I mean the managment. Mice infestation on going for 6 months and finally has come to a stop. I went on and on with management and pest control for 6 months and finally a resolution has been solved from my idea to put the door stopper on the door since multiple other units are having the same move issues and being told to sign nda? I have to go to court in August now and provide all the evidence that I have been keeping record of for the last 6 months. I have over 70 photos and videos from this on going issue, along with numerous unanswered emails. As I am typing this I see a mouse run across my floor. Wild. I really love my apartment unit so much and I just wish these mice would get out of my house so I can enjoy my unit. I have been having panic attacks because of this. In the letter from the lawyer it states that they offered to pay to move my stuff when they did not. They offered me to change units but when I asked if they would move my stuff and put everything back the way it was they did not respond. It’s clearly stated in the emails when I asked if they would do that or not and they did not respond. My lawyer just went over all the evidence and I explained numerous times that I would not like to go to court but I had to pay over 3000 in air bnb during this infestation along with a care taker for my mother with dementia since they only offer pest control on Fridays and did not once try to accommodate my schedule.

Fix the elevator or no more good looking reviews from me. And you will hear from my lawyer. It’s just ridiculous. I give credit to Jose for doing his best but I feel like Greystar management doesn’t take their customers seriously or doesn’t prioritize things that don’t bring them profit.

The apartment itself is great. But the elevator inconvenience makes the garage messy and more time waiting for the other elevator (longest time I waited for an elevator for 16 minutes and it still didn’t come). That’s why they design two elevators for one building. The trash room usually have a bad smell because some people won’t throw the trash properly. Service team responds quickly that’s the good thing. Pet friendly is also great.security is good and bad the both way. I have been into a situation which my phone died and nobody can help me to open the door I have to go to a hotel. I don’t understand why they stop using the fob. Or just give them to elder people. The package delivery and the trash service are useless and a waste of money.

Packages always being stolen. Elevators always broken. Management is of no help. The maintenance team was great though. The building is cheaply made and I can hear how loud the ac is of other units and can hear my upstairs neighbor loud and clear.

See above. A significant problem here is inadequate communication with residents. Management staff frequently do not respond to residents’ questions on a timely basis or completely ignore them. When something is out of service, no notices are placed, such as at a non-working elevator. No indication is given as to when residents might expect a repair. When we had a recent fire drill, hardly anyone knew it was a drill rather than a real fire and it caused a lot of fear on our floor. I later saw that a notice was placed only on the playground level C entrance to our building but many residents don’t use that entrance. Why not at elevator entrances on every garage level? These actions are basic to good apartment management and all good business practices.
