The administrative and maintenance staff members are very responsive and helpful. Very nice apartment in a central location. We enjoy the underground parking and being able to drive to grocery stores, restaurants and major highways in just a couple of minutes.

We are new in the community, so far everything have been so good, and nice. Hope to like here long time. I really enjoyed the fact that everything seems to be close and the parking is covered and easy to access.

I do enjoy living here. I wish the dumpster situation was a bit better, and that the management cracked down on smoking. People on my floor A building, smoke weed. The hallway and elevator constantly smell like it.

Lived in the community for 10 months. Enjoyed the time at the area. The only recommendation would be changing the washer and dryers to newer models. The blinds break easily. It’s hard to get packages delivered due to access issues.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
was interested to rent at this apartment and arranged a tour to check 1 bedroom apartments. JOSE CEDENO was able to help me for the tour, and confirmed he will send follow up the next day, I drove more than 20 miles ,took my unpaid timeoff from work, gave my driving license copy literally wasted my time. I email and called for feed back but no one responded , never experience this much ARROGANCE and DISCRIMINATION from any leasing office, I don't even know why fairfax county housing allow them to post it in their website for us to experience this actions. definitely contacting Grystar and the county hope I find a reason.

I Love the staff made it such a smooth move in for me. Help you understand and very patience with you during the process! The best managers I ever came across while going through a move. The playground is my son favorite part lol.

Bailey’s Crossing is a wonderful apartment complex. Many amenities are offered and the apartments are spacious and welcoming. It’s a quiet community and has easy access to Fire department and Police. The upkeep is great and it’s nice having an enclosed garage which is only accessible to residents. Guest parking is available and if they are staying overnight the receive a pass. Lots of wonderful eating areas nearby, grocery store and pharmacy,

So far I've had a good experience. The move-in was rough because there is no way for a moving truck to get close to the building. We had to park far from the apartment. The front office staff was nice though.

The location is convenient, that is the best feature. The apartments are overpriced for the quality. Security is a huge concern, with residents moving out as a result. If you are interested in mediocre, Baileys Crossings is the place to live.

Good, initial impressions were better than my old apartment. Staff were helpful. Community looks and feels better than my old apartment. Only complaint I have so far is that it is pretty noisy around 0800 so having the night shift and trying to sleep around that time is difficult.

I appreciate the staff, and they are always friendly. I've had several instances where staff hasn't returned calls left with the messaging service, which has been annoying. For example, I called with questions about how to light my fireplace this winter, and never got to use it because of that. It's little things like that, and the incredible amount of time the call box has been out in the building, as well as the exorbitant cost for a 2BR that give me pause about the community.

Very new resident but feel a sense of community. Think I will like it here. Residents are friendly and neighborly. The leasing office is also helpful. Apartment homes are spacious, clean and homely.

Love Bailey's! 5-year resident
I have been at Bailey's Crossing for 5 years and my experience has truly been wonderful. When I viewed my unit prior to moving in, I knew I was at the right place. I have a one bedroom and a den and it's so spacious (although a woman could always use more space!). My friends always compliment my apartment. They make mention of the size, high ceilings, and always the bathroom. The shower and garden-style, soaking tub are separate and it's a luxury that one never knew they needed! Although management has changed over time, the current staff are AMAZING! I had to highlight them in this review because they truly are great. Nate, the Community Manager, Charrell and Jose are extremely responsive and helpful. I've had quite a few needs over this last year and they've been right there willing to assist. Very grateful for their professionalism and helpfulness. I'll close by saying, Bailey's is great. I truly wouldn't have stayed this long if it wasn't. It still is "apartment living", so I've still experienced some issues, but that really comes with the territory. Nothing I've experienced though has been so egregious or intolerable that has made me decide to leave. Anything I've had issues with, Management or the also great Maintenance Team have come to my aide! I support Bailey's hands down and highly recommend the community. The only thing I would absolutely love to change is the rent...but anywhere you go these days is costing you a fortune sadly!

A relaxing home to get away from the hustle and bustle of northern VA
Baileys crossings has truly lived up to the expectations. The community, staff, and environment have all made me feel at home. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, it was solved almost immediately. The residents here are all friendly and you rarely hear your neighbor. The apartment is set up so that you never have to worry about hearing footsteps above you or TV from next door. My favorite part about living here has been the environment. I love walking my dog around the complex and always feel very safe. It’s like your own little neighborhood that is beautifully kept. The gym here is tiny, but very doable- I never had a problem finding a spot with an open treadmill or weights. Overall, a lovely experience and wish my work was a closer commute so I could stay. Don’t forget to mention plenty of parking!

elevator has been out for 6 months and no one has given updates on repair , and when you ask the staff they dont even give a accurate info, leaves the idea that management has no concern about tenants in C building

I looked at apartments for 2 1/2 months and Bailey's Crossing Apartments was the ONLY one that reviews were not negative for any reason going back a few months. All others had mentions of roaches or other insect/bug problems and that worried me. Bailey's Crossing was a bit more, but I believe it has been worth moving in... it is quiet and with underground parking, it really isn't bad at all.

I've just moved in a week ago, but so far I've been pleased. The leasing office gave me a WELCOME GIFT when I came to pick up my keys. A gift! Never in my life has the leasing office been more than a transactional, impersonal interaction. I am also very happy with my apartment layout and the design of the grounds (plenty of places to walk the dog, lots of green, lots of trees). So far Im very happy with my decision to move here!

Decent Apartments, Better Locations Available to you
My apartment itself and pool are the top two reasons I love living here. Unfortunately, for being pet friendly, the dog park has been unusable since May due to a mosquito infestation. My dog also has gotten ill several times due to residents/community members not picking up their pet’s waste. I understand it’s not the most glamorous part of pet ownership, but it could save someone like myself the 1000s of dollars I’ve spent in vet visits to get my dog treated for giardia, kennel cough, and other ailments vets haven’t been able to pinpoint due to the lack of clean-up/responsibility on the pet owners’ part. Additionally, the security of the apartment is to be desired, 80% of the time the doors which are supposed to have fob entry are not locked and the garage doors are broken often. Overall, I give this apartment complex a 4/5. I am moving in October to a location that is more easily metro accessible. I would stay if the rents here were not comparable to some buildings in Ballston/Courthouse that are closer to where I want to be.
