A good place to live but need more clarification on shuttle schedule because sometimes they never appear. The mainteinance needed to be wait for a week which is a long time. There are events happen sometimes in the community room.

Bailey's Crossing is a great place to be. The facilities are well kept and up to date. The is staff excellent and ever present. Like everywhere there are problems, but they generally are addressed in a timely manner. The location is convenient to most everything needed.

Overall this is a great community and the staff and maintenance are excellent. The neighborhood is quiet. My only concern is that the elevator goes out way too frequently for me and there is never any notice.

Generally positive. It’s been fairly quiet, safe and clean. Staff is generally pleasant and helpful. I don’t have any plans to move anytime soon and have recommended the complex to friends in the past.

My experience has been great except for my upstairs neighbors who are loud....they keep walking hard and running.Other than that I love living in Bailey Crossing Apartments. Maintenance is on point, they respond fast, the staff are also friendly and helpful

Great community i upgraded front a 1 br to a 2br. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. They host great resident events. My favorite part is the huge closets and fireplace. Huge garage and clean pool and clubroom.

My community feels safe and comfortable, but it’s definitely a place where having a car is essential to get around. When I first moved into my apartment, there was a strange smell, but otherwise, it’s been a decent place to live.

The community is great, friendly and peaceful, quiet. The grounds are clean and pet friendly, I love seeing and petting all the dogs. Staff is always wonderful, friendly and willing to help answer any questions or concerns, really happy to have moved in. Floor Plans are great too!

Great built apartment that has sadly been slowly reducing in quality due to poor management by the staff and parent company. Do not take the managing team at face value on anything because they are not just cutting corners but endangering people and even damaging and devaluing their property by do so.

It’s been fair but communication is poor and the prices charged for rent aren’t conducive to the living situations laid out. Also the fire alarm system going off at 2 am in the morning is an inconvenience to all residents.

The elevators are routinely not maintained and have been shut down twice by the country for operating months without an inspection or an active permit. when i called the county to file a complaint and they heard i lived at baileys they said good luck.

When we moved in, the A/C unit was not working, pipes were leaking and we were not issued a trashcan (for the valet service). The apartment was very dusty and obviously had not been cleaned recently. The apartment itself is a nice layout, but it was very frustrating to move in with so many problems. In order to have the A/C fixed, we had to submit multiple service requests because the leasing office kept closing them out before verifying the problem was resolved. The maintenance staff kept blowing off our concerns saying "it doesn't feel hot"; however, given that the A/C was running continuously, not decreasing the temperature, and simply matching the outdoor temperature, it was obviously not functional. The final guys we had come in were very helpful and competent though and got the issue resolved thankfully!

I had a recent experience where a man with a reflective vest took pictures of my door. My ring camera picked it up. I took it to the office and they didn’t know who he was. Jose offered to have my locks changed which maintenance came the same day. This happened at 9 pm.

New to the area, location of this community is perfect! Friendly staff and quiet neighborhood. I’ve entered a few tickets since I moved in and Leo and his team are efficient and complete them within a timely manner. I appreciate the gated parking garage too, it makes me feel safe.

Thus far it has been a positive experience at Bailey’s. Outside of a few minor issues we have enjoyed the community and amenities. People are nice and the staff is excellent. We were also pleased that when we did have a few complaints they were resolved quickly.

Office personnel, very friendly, and helpful. Halls and apartment very quiet. The complex is accessible to many destinations in the area. My favorite features are the security system getting in the building and also the secure parking arrangement.

Overall the apartment was OK. The trash service is disgusting and the package service is extremely inconvenient. The walls are too thin and I can hear my neighbors on every side of the apartment. The water pressure is too low and the floorboards and cabinets were poorly installed. The apartment is spacious and does have a nice bathroom though.

The community itself is really nice, lots of amenities and easily assessable. My experience with the leasing has been the opposite. I’ve addressed an issue for several months and was told that it was going to be take care. It was not and then I was told there was nothing they could do and I could leave the community instead without a fee. I had tried to speak with multiple people in order to find some kind of solution.
