The leasing team at Baileys Crossing (especially Pilar) have been excellent! Questions are answered in a timely manner, all the information we needed was nicely laid out and provided to us, and our new apartment is wonderful just to top it off! The couple of maintenance issues we have had since move in have been dealt with quickly after submitting a request. We would definitely recommend Baileys Crossing!

Amazing community, the amenities are quite, nice, and accessible. The staff and residents are all polite & knowledgeable, always willing to say hello & speak. Nearby access to grocery stores, general stores, and food choices is amazing. The nearby parks are well kept and popular but nice. Super accessible, VERY secure, parking is easy. The apartments are well sized, the master bathrooms are beautiful, and the balconies are private and spacious. Updated appliance and carpet everywhere but the entrance and kitchen. Exactly what I wanted in a new apartment. Pilar, Bedar, and Raven were informative, and not pushy at all like a lot of leasing agents. They assisted me through the process(Pilar basically held my hand at times) and are always patient and willing to answer any questions. My experience has been a 10/10!

By far, this is the best community to live in. The front office staff know you by name, the building is kept clean, maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner and are always professional and kind, and unlike our last place (a couple of blocks away) we havent experienced any issues with pests. Plus, you cant beat having Target across the street and anything else you might need within a mile or two from your place of residence. We couldnt be more pleased with our experience living here. We highly recommend considering Baileys Crossing Apartments if youre looking for a new place to call home.

Ive had a wonderful experience living here. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious and all of the amenities are top of the line. When my friends and family visit they are always impressed with the community. Staff and maintenance are professional and effective, and the best part is with so few issues I barely even interact with them.

We moved in last summer and have enjoyed our experience living here. This is a very pet friendly community and we are loving the newly renovated dog park. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and there are a lot of amenities. We’re excited to use the pool area this summer as well. The staff is absolutely outstanding. Everyone in the office has been amazing, friendly and always addresses any concerns quickly. I look forward to running into them and catching up from time to time. They plan fun events, deliver treats on holidays and always say hi to my dog by name. I can’t say enough about them! Maintenance has always been great too. The managers and their managers are terrible. I will never ever recommend any of my friends or family members to move into this community where managers that manage this property could careless about their residents. They honestly need to find new jobs.

neighborhood smells marijuana and you could hear the people above the unit. not satisfied with trash service. maintenance service are good. however it's difficult to deal with the office management when it comes to rental issues/changes.

OPEN THE SWIMMING POOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why do we need to wait until May 31 for the swimming pool when it's already warm out there? Please open the pool, I have kids and they are anxious to use it

overall it has been good. the grounds are clean, i love the underground parking garage, and they are very efficient about the trash. the package system could use improvement, and the elevator to building A always seems to go out which gets to be very annoying

Horrible place to live. Residents smoke marijuana at all hours of the day. Multiple noisy dogs who bark all day. Noisy neighbors who blast music and their TVs all day. Management does not address noise or smoking complaints. Garbage man comes multiple times a day starting very early in the morning and is extremely loud. Management has no problem leaving you without water to even use the bathroom or without heat during the winter for over a week. Go somewhere else. Multiple water leaks and electrical fires occur.

I have lived in the Baileys Crossing apartments for just over 5 years. It has been a great place to live, and is a competitive price for its location and appearance. I do feel like the noise level in the apartment complex has gone up in the past year or two and I increasingly smell marijuana in the halls, elevators, and garage. Also, my bike was stolen from the supposedly secure garage last year. Not sure if this means the area itself has gotten worse or the clientele living in the apartments have gotten worse, but it is something to consider.

Its been a wonderful experience living here. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment. The location are accessible. Close to the high school and community college. Close to the shopping mall, grocery stores and restaurants. Close to the kids park where we like to go for walking. My kids loves to ride their bicycle out side the building. We also love the swimming pool and there is grill stations that we like to cook out sometime in the summer time. I like the fact that i can just walk to target and grocery store. I also love this place because it is so quite.

I just renewed my lease at Bailey's Crossing after my first year living here. Though I only entertained moving to find a lower cost apartment, the benefits of Bailey's Crossing won over again and I stayed, in spite of my renewal rate being much higher than the current rate as a new resident at this property and others. I don't care for it, but understand that as a resident coming up for renewal that I am not able to get the "current" new resident rate. In the end, the experience I've had with Bailey's Crossing over the last year was what convinced me to stay. The staff, including maintenance, is extremely responsive to questions and issues. The few mundane maintenance requests I had were handled promptly. The property is well kept and management has adjusted due to the pandemic to allow amenities to continue to be available. They also brought in food trucks during the height of the first wave of the pandemic as an additional perk, and worked to coordinate several virtual community events. Most importantly though, my unit/floor is quiet. You hear more in the halls, which is irrelevant to me, but inside my apartment, it is quiet and peaceful. I have not had any issues with pests or things of that nature. All residents that I've encountered are very approachable and cordial, offering good mornings and "have a good day" greetings in passing or in the elevator. I am very happy to have found this community after moving here from out of state.

Bailey’s Crossing has great amenities, is in a great location for a great price, super clean, has awesome maintenance and staff, and is very comfortable and safe. It is also close to a very nice and convenient running/walking/biking trail, as well as many restaurants and other services.

I've lived in the Alexandria/Arlington area for 6 years, and really enjoy Bailey's Crossing the most out of them all so far (and have been a resident for more than a year). A few positives listed below: - Spacious apartments with updated appliances/cabinets/counters for a good price. I also appreciate that the walls are not super thin, as this was an important aspect of our apartment search that knocked some others out of the running - Love the parking situation; plenty of room, reasonable price, easy access, guest parking available. Not metro accessible, but I believe there is a shuttle service. - Love the area even more. Very good location to pretty much all you could need - restaurants, shopping, fast food, pharmacy, close to highway. There's also a high school across the street with athletic fields that we love to take advantage of. - No complaints about maintenance. They've always been quick, professional, and completed the requests. - Amenities are nice (when we're not in a pandemic). Recently updated gym equipment, spacious outdoor pool, and package pick-up with the locker service is easy. There are minor improvements that could be made here to ensure that they're taken care of in terms of upkeep and convenience. - They do make an effort to have community events and I appreciate opportunities for residents to win things, get discounts, etc. Overall, I would definitely recommend living at this community and have enjoyed my time here thus far.

Baileys Crossing is an amazing community to live at. There are a few issues I encountered while living here like annoying neighbors, garage gates being broke over half of the year, and the fire alarm going off more than normal. With the bad there is also plenty of good. The staff here is amazing and the layouts of the apartments could sell themselves. I really enjoy how we have food trucks that come to serve our community. It gives you a vibe as if you're living in the city. The pool, grill, and community area give you an extra option to get away be still be at your apartment complex. Overall I been happy with this complex, but there is room for improvement.

Great space, nice apartment homes. Easy to access in the community. Nice surrounding area with shopping centers and food! Also nice area to walk around in the neighborhood. There is a high school in the neighborhood and its not even loud over here.

This is a great place to live and Im happy I chose the right unit for my needs. The leasing office was extremely helpful and the process to move during covid was very smooth. The layout of the property is a little weird as it was a challenge to find a place for the movers to park. I highly recommend this community for potential residents.

Community is a little noisy, but that's expected from a community that allows dogs. My experience moving in this past month was fair. My bathroom was dirty, despite the front office insisting it had been cleaned. Thumbtacks were still in the wall, which makes me question the staff's attention to detail. They had also forgotten to turn on the hot water. That said, they were quick to remedy these issues once I pressed them on it. Renter beware: there is no loading dock or elevator reservations, and it is almost impossible to find a legal, safe place to unload a moving truck. Definitely better for local moves where you can make multiple trips back and forth in a pickup, as opposed to one long move in a large truck.

I moved from the city to Alexandria and I couldnt be happier with the location. The staff at Baileys Crossing is unbelievably helpful and I have zero complaints moving in. I came from the city and I cannot underscore enough how different and pleasant living in this community is. Pilar, from the leading office, was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure that everything was perfect. The staff here is great, the location is great, and Im very happy with the community so far. I was worried initially that it was too far from the metro, but I learned that the community offers a shuttle service. This community literally has everything that you could want or need, and my neighbors are really pleasant. 100% recommend without reservations
