The staff is very friendly. The grounds are very well maintained and the apartments are in great shape. If you have a maintenance request it is answered very quickly. I am loving living here and am so glad I signed a lease!

Great move in experience so far. Leasing office is very attentive to emails and needs. The maintenance staff have also been very quick and responsive to any orders weve put in. We love the apartment and could not be more happy with our decision to choose Baileys.

Conveniently located but depends on what type of apartment you rent you may be making a house payment . Also you will need to be careful cause heating and cooling could cost a small fortune. So ask lots of questions

Secure, quiet, clean, bug free and friendly community. One of my favorite things about living here is that there is always ample parking at anytime of day or night. The office staff, especially Ms. Pilar is always friendly, professional, prompt and eagar to assist. I would definitely recommend Bailey's Crossing in the future.

I have been very happy living here and I enjoy my apartment. It is very quiet here which is great. The location can't be beat and the apartment layout and amenities are very nice. Some of the common areas are starting to look worn, but I think that they are continuing to work on that.

Bailey's Crossing Apartments are really awesome, because they have a lot of upscale apartments, but it is not too big. It is just right. We live in a two bedroom, two bath with a loft. We have so much room. Very classy and spacious. The maintenance crew is amazing, they come really fast, even during COVID19, if it was an emergency. The office staff, well I cannot say enough about how wonderful each one is and has been since we lived here from 2014 to present. We looked at over 45 places and of course at online ones too when we were choosing our home. We both needed to be close to the DC area. The amenities are life most places, but our pool is awesome. It is easy to pick up our packages in our Luxer lockers. This has more square footage in all the apartments than any other apartments that we looked at in the whole Metro area. Come visit the staff, come take a look, you will not be disappointed. They have a shuttle too, if you need to connect to the Metro at Pentagon too.

I love living at Bailey's Crossing! The floorplans are very spacious and the closets are huge. The grounds are nicely kept, and the flowers and trees are beautiful. All the staff is great, and helpful. I would recommend this property.

The maintenance team is always available and attentive. Leo does everything he can to make sure we have what he need. He takes great pride in caring for this buildings and residents. Leo is very responsive and is always eager to help and make things right. They recently cleaned my carpets and they are like new.

Bailey's Crossing is an amazing apartment community. I have been here for several years and I have really enjoyed my stay. The maintenance staff is fantastic and our local managers (Jessica and Brooke) are two of the best.

I live in my unit for almost 6 years now. Large unit with huge closets and storage space.I am very happy with the upkeep and services. Friendly leasing office staffs and excellent maintenance team. Shoutout to Pedro and Leo, they did excellent jobs for the upkeep of my unit and I really appreciate it. These men deserve a big raise for their hard work! Would highly recommend living in this place.

This is a great community to live. We are nearby schools and restaurants and a few minutes away from old town Alexandria and downtown D.C. The leasing team is great, helpful and always provide assistance in a timely manner. Amenities are always clean and overall, a great place to live.

Staff are professional and courteous. Apartments are in great condition and seem very quiet, I rarely hear other tenants from 3rd floor unit. Apartment complex common areas are well maintained. I would recommend this community to live in.

Moving in to Baileys Crossing has been an overall pleasant experience. The community is very quiet, clean and the grounds are well kept. Gated parking is a plus and we are in proximity to many shopping options, supermarkets, highways and restaurants. Baileys Crossing was a great choice to make our home.

With the COVID-19 epidemic, I understand the need to close down the amenities. However, I felt that it was poor business practice and customer service to offer new residents the amenity fee waiver while continuing to make current residents pay their monthly amenity fees. At the very least residents should have received a partially refunded amount for these many months and not a gift card for the entire apartment.

They have a great maintenance staff they help us when our appointment full off water they came quickly and bring their machine to take off all the water it takes 5 minutes from them Thank you so much Mr Leo , Mr Anthony, Mr Pedro , and Mr Nelson

The community is beautiful and quiet and the variety of floor plans available is phenomenal. The leasing staff however can be slow to respond and dismissive in their response. Though there is a business center and conference room there is no WiFi provided in the common areas so these spaces are not functional at this moment.

Moved in Bailey's Crossing at the end of May and had minor issues. Before I could unpack my boxes maintenance came up and fixed/corrected the small issues. The maintenance crew were polite, professional and courteous. Dante G.

Quiet area. Modern apartments. Spacious space. Family oriented. Close to stores and shops. Neighbors are friendly. Staff is also friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Good place to live in. Clean and the amenities are nice.

I just moved in and dont have a lot to say yet about my experience living here. The apartment/amenities meet my needs and the community is very dog friendly. I did have some issues during the process of signing the lease, but that was resolved by the leasing manager, Jessie.

I love living at Bailey's Crossing Apartments because of the overall atmosphere and the staff anytime there is any kind of issue they are very quick to respond and handle the issue.The amenities are great and it's very quiet also. Highly recommend others looking to rent in this area.Ive already renewed my contract for next year!

I've had a wonderful experience living here for the past year. Our unit is spacious and has modern finishes. They keep the amenities and landscaping looking great year round. The leasing agents are all super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend living in this community!

The staff says they will fix youre issues but do not. We have had multiple issues, especially above us of things dripping onto our porch and NOTHING was done and now our chair is stained AND SMOKING!!! But we picked the apartment for no smoking purposes. Management is professional in email but not to your face. Except Ashley, shes great!
