Always courteous staff. All work orders always completed quickly. Very clean grounds and apartments and safe. Apartments are spacious and I have moved into 3 different floor plans last few years and the process is always smooth.

Overall its a great place. No real big grievances here except for neighbors and their B.S. Nice home, great community, nice grounds and feels safe. Don't have to worry about the tires being gone on the car when you go out for work in the morning. Would recommend especially given the location with almost every possible need you might have being close by....shopping, doctors, local govt. buildings etc.

This apartment complex is by far my favorite one I've ever lived in the stuff is so nice the community is so well-kept. I would renew my lease here in a heartbeat. Neighbors are nice to is kind and always there to help.

It's been a decent time. Great commute & nice area. I would Definitely recommend this location to fellow friends and family. There is nothing to complain about, it is a great area to live in. Quiet, accessible to many locations like the gym, parks, stores.

It's a great place! The apartments are spacious and attractive. There's lots of places to walk around the apartment. It's close to the metro and the grocery stores, and you can walk to grab food! There have been some issues with maintenance requests on issues like getting the AC to cool properly, but overall, it's a great place to live!

Great community to live in. There is plenty of room for people to go for runs/walks in the neighborhood. Many stores are in close proximity (Wegmans, Safeway, Kohls, Walmart, etc.). The Staff were super friendly and helpful when I first moved in. I love my apartment. The layout is open and conducive to hosting small gatherings. I am renting a two bedroom apartment, with using the second bedroom as an office/guest bedroom. There is plenty of room for storage and all of my furniture without it feeling too cluttered. I will most likely renew at the end of my lease.

It is a friendly community, everything is fairly clean, the location feels safe, the rent is affordable, it is super pet friendly with high weight limit and a nice dog park, staff are helpful and prompt, convient online portal for paying rent

This is an excellent apartment with new appliances, grant ice countertops, flooring, and paint. Great amenities like amazon locker and plenty of community involvement. The location is conveniently near the HOV, Franconia Metro stop, and multiple food, grocery, and shopping options. A safe and clean community that I've recommended multiple times

From the way the area looks to the people you encounter it's a fairly great place to live. You have a shopping center that is a walk away as is a high school and elementary school. Services and requests for maintenance is always prompt and ready to be handled.

The entire team is remarkable. They always go above and beyond to maintain the grounds, complete in-home service and take care of the community. The apartments are beautiful and the neighbors are super friendly! There is a strong sense of community here and the amenities are amazing. I love the dog park and I have actually built great friendships with my neighbors since moving here! Would recommend this community to anyone who wants to enjoy a remarkable renting experience. I have been a resident for a little over three months now and I couldn't be happier with my choice of home. The grounds are immaculately kept; my apartment is spacious, updated, and equipped with all modern appliances. Residents are respectful and considerate towards each other, with community based activities scheduled weekly creating a sense of caring that has no rival. Never a need to call for maintenance...they do such an excellent job with inspections and upkeep. Fabulous place to live, with a wonderful management team. Absolutely LOVE my new world and life as an Elms resident! ~ Thank you Elms for all your daily efforts at creating a fantastic community! Donna F.

Love the Apartment so far. Staff is friendly and prompt. The breezeways need some up keeping. I would like to be able to select who I get internet and cable service. Other than that I would recommend this complex!

Management here is knowlegable, courteous and helpful. Especially Dawn who was patient with me asking alot of questions and being undecided on what unit I wanted. All the apartments are spacious and remodeled therefore it was extremely hard to decide which I wanted. The maintenance staff are the best here!!!

I have enjoyed living at the Elms of Kingstowne. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. Maintenance have always answered my requests quickly. The location of the apartments are so close to a lot places.

It's my home. Everyone here is so kind and the workers are amazing. They are very on top of everything so no matter the request you have they handle it immediately. I really have an appreciation for that and their positive attitudes.

Very quiet, plenty of parking space. Staff is very friendly and do go out of their way to assist you. There is a do it yourself car care on the premises except in the winter months. They do have and inform you with community activities.

I lived here for about 9 years, so I would think that tells you how great they are. The maintenance was always completed in a timely manner and the office manager was great to work with. I would definitely recommend these apartments to any one looking.

The leasing staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is as well and also very effective and timely in handling issues. I am always very impressed with all of the community events that the leasing office offers, as well as civic-minded opportunities too such as donations to charities. I appreciate that they send an electronic newsletter each month to communicate what is going on. The Elms is a much different renting experience than what I am used to.

From move-in to currently residing, the staff goes above and beyond to help residents. Everyone is responsive and professional when a need arises. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The staff is friendly. They provide a sense of community even during a pandemic!
