The staff has been extremely helpful at every stage and maintenance is prompt and efficient. It's pretty quiet and a safe area for jogging and pet walks. The grounds keepers are excellent and keep the area in top shape.

I like this community, especially its environment. The gardener spends lots of time taking care of plants and flowers. I was impressed by the beauty when I came to this community for the first time. The staff here are also very friendly. Every time I send any requests or emails, I can get responses very quickly. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

This is a beautiful and inviting community. It is quiet and quaint. I appreciate that Kingstowne home association benefits and amenities are included. My biggest suggestion is that assigned parking would be beneficial to the residents (2spaces should be assigned for 2 or 3 bedroom). By the way, the community events and food trucks are a plus. The units feel like homes. I really love my apartment and wish it was available for purchase.

Great. There is a noticeable improvement since Dawn has taken over. Grounds are much better looking and better cared for. Dawn taken efforts to improve parking, although there is too many handicapped spaces that are not utilized. Also charging stations should not be in premium parking areas

A very safe neighborhood with a convenient location. Pet friendly and staff are all nice. Amenities are good. Minor noise pollution from traffic that's easy to ignore. Neighbors are usually quite. Overall this is a nice place to live if you can afford the rent and don't mind stairwell entries and smaller spaces.

From the moment I moved into the community in 2020, I've felt right at home! I originally picked this location because it's close to family and I grew up around here. The area is so nice, quiet, lots of walking trails to explore, but you're still close to many shops. There's this one trail behind the tennis courts that I love walking and watching the sunset, it's truly beautiful to see! My neighbors have been nothing short of amazing, I made friends with all the dog moms in my building and I love getting to talk to them. It's been really nice knowing the people in my building because it makes it feel more like a community. My apartment is so nice and spacious for it being a 1 bedroom. I love how much natural sunlight comes in during the day with all the windows. I know my cat appreciates it too! My interactions with the leasing and service team have been amazing. They are so nice and are always willing to help me. They have a lot of events throughout the year, specially involving a lot of food, so definitely bring your appetite! It's nice that they really care about us, I can definitely feel their sincerity and I know it's not just me because my neighbors share the same sentiment. Honestly, this community is unlike any other I've ever lived at. It's the true gem of Kingstowne. I'm so happy to call this place my home < 3

The Elms is great. Clean and quiet. The office staff and maintenance staff are also responsive and easy to deal with. I especially like the grounds, which are maintained very well. The location is very convenient, lots of shopping and dining nearby.

The apartment community is very clean and quiet. The staff is always there to help with any questions you may ever have. The new property manager Dawn, is very friendly and a great problem solver. Mauricio and Brooke are so much fun and always make you feel welcomed. The maintenance staff is very efficient. Mo, Jonathan and Abraham are great at what they do. 100% recommend moving to this community.

The community is truly a community, neighbors are polite and very friendly. Security is great. Two years at the elms, I have not seen or heard of any security worries. The staff of the Elms is their greatest asset, very professional and very responsive to their tenants.

I love this community. Management does a lot of nice things for the tenants here. Would highly recommend this location. I am currently purchasing a house. If this community had 3 bedrooms we would stay a little longer.

Lovely community. Wonderful office staff. Beautifully maintained. Pet friendly. I have lived here for 17 years and the management strives to perform major property improvements and in the past has replaced the heat pumps with a state of the art energy efficiency system dramatically reducing utility costs, new windows and siding. Plumbing issues were addressed years ago by a system wide plumbing replacement.

My experience has been nothing short of superb/amazing customer before I became a tenant as well as during my tenure as a current tenant. The only thing I would suggest is ? when leasing consultants are speaking to tenant for resolution of an issue .. keep in mind communication is everything .. to understand a problem through to resolve is key as well as to ensure when properties are selected for move in that the tenant is at least 85 percent satisfied? over pros & cons to a particular location vs another and/inquire what the tenants is looking for besides price? loft features or layouts that are unique that also meet the price point they are trying to stay within ( I think if it was a family member seeking a unit ) .. everything would be provided to make an informed decision.

This is my home. When I called the office and spoke to Patricia about water coming through my ceiling, Mo and Jonathan were there in 5 minutes. They had to cut a hole in the ceiling to repair the leak, close the hole up with new drywall and mud and paint the area. I can always rely on the staff here (Dawn, Brook, Mauricio, Tom and Abraham).
