I love living here! The office and maintenance staff are friendly, professional, and responsive. They keep the grounds of the community immaculate, it's a very safe place to live, and there is ample parking for residents and guests.

We have lived here twice. Once before going overseas and again after returning from overseas. There is a quality difference between the two different buildings we have lived in. However, the staff is AMAZING! They are constantly hosting events for residents. Their customer service is the best I've experienced and I've lived around the country. If we pcs again and then sent back to Northern Virginia, we would 100% live here again!

We are so glad we found this apartment. We looked for a long time for something that felt like 'home,' had the amenities we wanted, was safe, and felt like a place we could stay for a long time. We finally found all of those things at The Elms at Kingstowne. The staff is all professional and attentive to the residents from the office team to the maintenance team. They are all so kind and care about the residents. They go above and beyond to make the living experience here positive including making changes and updates to the property but also bringing events to us to create a sense of community among the residents who live here. I have lived many places across the country, and I have never experienced such a great staff who seem to genuinely care about the people and the community they are creating. We hope we can stay here long term.

It has been great! Staff and management is attentive and easy to approach and talk with. Occasional events where staff is present and they make an effort in getting to know you. Almost always a parking spot all the time. Great place to live!

We absolutely love the office and maintenance staff and how well the grounds and buildings are maintained. The staff thoughtfully answers our questions and respectfully lets us know when we are not being compliant with the rules. Our community does feel safe and has felt like home the entire time we've lived here. We are sad to leave our home here but the Army is sending us on a new adventure. We have been absolutely completely satisfied with our time here and would highly recommend the Elms to anyone looking for a new home.

The complex is well run. The staff is quick to respond to the residents needs and create a caring sense of community. The grounds are well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful. As older members of The Elms residents, we enjoy seeing the children and of course the pets that live here too.

We have always had great staff here at the Elms. From the top Dawn. Lisa, Brooke and Mauricio are always great to deal with. The same can be said about our maintenance staff with Moe and Johnathan . Grounds are always great looking too.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for about a year and 4 months now. We had to renew since the community is very relaxing, welcoming, and always finding different ways to have social events. We also love how close it's to the highway, different shopping centers, and in the middle for us to visit family or explore the city life in DC. The Elms has continued to exceed our expectations especially with the new amenities they have brought this year to the community. We rarely call for maintenance but when we do the staff is quick to attend to our issue and fix everything within the same day. The staff is always willing to answer any questions we may have and we've never had any complaints living here. We highly recommend living here if you're looking for a great and welcoming community.

Living in this community has been a wonderful experience for my family and me. The cleanliness and safety of the area are top-notch, which gives us a great sense of comfort. The staff is always professional and respectful when interacting with residents, adding to the positive atmosphere. Additionally, the convenient proximity to supermarkets, stores, and other amenities makes everyday living much easier. While the neighbors aren't as friendly as we had hoped, and the parking spots could be a bit wider, these are minor issues in the grand scheme of things. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer two-year lease options at a reduced rate, which could provide more stability and financial benefit for residents. Overall, we are very happy living here and have no major complaints

The Elms at Kingstowne provides a great apartment living experience! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, as are the buildings. The staff is excellent - pleasant, helpful, but not intrusive. And the residents are considerate and friendly. Plus there are lots of great dogs who enjoy the dog park!

Great experience so far except the laundry machine is just too small? is there anything i can do or anyway for my unit to get a bigger laundry machine? I want to enter a chance to win a bought washer/ dryer. Also, the dryer doesn't dry much?

Overall, this community, while on the price-high side, is one of the best communities to live in if you want something simple and quiet. The location is excellent for getting to both Springfield and Alexandria, with high metro accessibility and a safe area. The best part is the staff, who are super friendly, honorable, honest, and straightforward. While some parts of the apartment aren't 2024 modern, they can service and assist with everything they provide. It's a good compromise, and they do good work, too. Overall, you get what you pay for here, and I plan to make this where I would like to live long-term.

The community is very nice, quiet and clean. The appliances are due for an upgrade but they work. I some apartments have carpet and some laminate with is nice. I have had great response for the front office. They are nice and professional. It's a great location and pretty good price for the area. I would recommend.

It's has been okay, alot of maintenance issues since being here. Flooding in the apartment, mold in the bathroom requiring a rebuild happened right after moving in which was difficult to go through with having a small child.

So far so good. I like the neighborhood it's close to a shipping center and it's very quiet But they need to have garbage and recycling disposal closer to the apartment.Also the apartment can use a larger washer and dryer as well as new electric stove.
