Very nice community! I have enjoyed living here! I would recommend to anyone to live here! Grounds always look nice and neat. Maintenance is quick and responsive! Office staff are nice and helpful! I'm starting my 3rd year living here. Lastly the location is good.

Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Problems are addressed on a timely basis. Very attractive and inviting grounds. Many tenant activities...food trucks, contests, etc. Close to all shopping in Kingstowne as well as great public transportation.

This is a beautiful community. Everyone helps each other if have problem. Maintainence worker are knowledgeable about any problem with the apartment & make sure issue is resolved. There is 24hr hot line if you need contact maintaince worker about any appliances in apartment after midnight.The community is well groomed; lawn, flowers, bushes & pool area. Everyone is so nice including pets people have. This is pet friendly community. Also, should mention that on Fridays . a different truck comes with different food for peole that live on premise. One just has to purchase food they want. Importantly, I feel very safe here.

DONT DO IT! Management is Horrible and the Apartments are Archaic

Do not move in these apartments. The apartments are archaic - they have heating and air issues, no insulation and the appliances are old, Management is very rude and their main office is even worse. They task their old creepy maintenance men with spying on single female tenants, to the point where they had one to follow me to my apartment. I would never advise anyone to move here.

Have been living here for the last year and we are VERY happy here. It is clean, quiet, well maintained, and modern. Ample parking is a huge plus. We love the loft and fireplace in our unit. Property management is super friendly, helpful, and responsive. I highly recommend.

Very responsive and friendly staff. The condition of the land scaping and grounds in general are very well maintained. Rapid response to any maintenance requests and are typically completed the same day or the next at the latest. Leasing was quick and easy with quality on line vertical sighting options. We feel very welcome here and enjoy the amenities along with the community events.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The community has events for residents that are interesting and enjoyable. Maintenance staff responds to repairs quickly when they are requested (not a lot of repairs needed). I enjoyed my time here.

I'm living here since October 2022 and renewed my lease agreement as well. This community has number of plus things like Metro Station is less than a mile, you can find a bus at your doorstep, you can enjoy multiple community services like Gym, pool services and others with no extra cost, no parking issues, nearby schools has good ratings, have a wider greenbelt, lot of walking spaces. At the end i must say their leasing office staff is professional, friendly and ready to help whenever you steps in & their maintenance staff is expeditious ????

The Elms at Kingstowne is great, my wife and I have lived in the complex for about 6 years. We have never had any real issues. The front office staff are wonderful. The maintenence team is responsive and half the time, if not for the survey (and the fixed "thing") we wouldnt have known they came to fix it. My only (very minor) complaint is we are forced to use Cox as an internet service provider. As an avid gamer this is not ideal, they are just the worst. But, I can't really fault Elms for another companies shortcomings. All in all, great place to live and I would recommend to anyone.

It's a very great place to stay at. It's a very loving and caring community and the houses are very cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood is very safe and secure. The stairs need to be power washed, especially during the spring when there is a lot of bugs and leaves.
