The area is nice and quite, close to the parkway and 95, close to shopping. The staff was very helpful with the move in process. The apartment was recently renovated with hardwood. The place is easy to get in and out of and there is always parking

After 18 moved from Elms of Oakton to Elms of Kingstowne.Kingstowne office nice. I followed all move out steps. Oakton refused a walk through. Kept deposit! Said for carpet. Rip off! I videoed carpet.

Everyone is nice, love the food trucks, ability to donate to various causes. I would like to see donations going to King Street cats also. Cats need help to not just dogs. I do love dogs, but I know that organization could really use some help amd the pet shelter off Eisenhower in Alexandria, VA too. Would love to see a discount for those of us who pay on time. Homebuyer classes would be fun. Set up chairs on Tennis court or local library.

Great location, staff, and community. Grounds are well kept and there are walking trails near the community. They just started Food Truck Fridays, which I think is pretty awesome and convenient. They staff cares about the community and it shows.

I have no major complaints with the apartment complex and would renew again. I am also a big fan of the food truck Fridays. It's convenient to be able to walk across the street and check out a unique food vendor.

the Elms at kingstowne by far is the best place i lived in ,quite and clean all the time ,maintenace staff are amazing all year long if i can give them more stars i won't hesitate .the location is great close to everything.

I've lived at The Elms for nearly a year and could not be happier. The community is safe, clean, and well managed. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, parking is never an issue, and it is very dog friendly with a dog park on the property.

We have been here for a couple months and everything has been great, the staff is very nice and attentive. Very close to many restaurants and stores. Parking is great and always can find a spot close the building.

The experience has been great. I have no complaints. Will most likely renew lease. Look forward to more activities this summer and going swimming. That is all i have for this survey. Thanks and hope i win the 1/2 off month rent

The Elms at Kingstowne is an adequate living experience for an apartment complex, but you should be aware some of the apartments may have significant problems with broken HVAC systems, washing machine components, and bathroom plumbing issues. Maintenance staff is quick and efficient when submitting service request to fix these issues, but I've had several major issues stack up which can create a back-log of requests. Also, I would not recommend military members apply for residence here as you just might have a disgruntled neighbor "report" your personal vehicle with that out-of-state license plate to the Fairfax DTA for "tax evasion." I wish I was joking when I said this, but it actually happened to me and was a major headache to resolve. This does not make military members feel welcome here. Overall, my experience living here has been adequate. The office and maintenance staff are courteous and professional, the appearance on the outside is fine, but the apartment units themselves could use improvement.

We moved apartments back in October because of the neighbor above. The office staff was very accommodating and offered us a new apartment at the same price. New place is great. I just pity whoever has to live under that person.

The apartments are nice and the staff is great. We have been tenants for over 3 years. They take very good care of the apartments and rent increases pretty much every year. However, this past year they wanted to increase almost double the amount than years prior. So although nice apartments the steep increase is making us reconsider renewing lease this time around.

Great community. Lovely neighbors, courteous office staff and maintenance staff. Requests are promptly addressed and served via management. Apartment homes are spacious and well kept. The Elms provides spaces for all resident types.

The first thing I noticed was the level of cleanliness. Upkeep seems to be maintained and the grounds kept cleaned regularly. The scenery of the trees is truly charming, especially during firefly season. The flowers that bloom on the bushes infront of the buildings always draw the eye and warms the heart. I always feel at peace when I come home from a stressful work environment.Thank you.

The Elms at Kingstowne is a beautiful, well maintained community conveniently located close to everything. (I.e. shopping, schools, entertainment, etc) The staff is absolutely amazing. They are professional, extremely responsive and engaged with the community. There are plenty of events to connect with other residents or just get to know the staff. Not to mention, many of the residents we've met were wonderful. If you're looking for a spacious, well-maintained living space, conveniently located next to everything you need, then the Elms at Kingstowne is it.

Great location and responsive staff. The buildings are a bit dated but well kept up. Close to shopping, metro, and interstate express lanes access, you can't beat it. The apartments are a good size and don't feel small. As a single female, this is a safe and quiet community.

This is a great community, and it is a hidden gem. It is very clean, and the appearance is great. Only downside is that there are no elevators and no secured entry (meaning you would need a Key FOB to enter into the apartments. Other than that, it is a great community.

Non-smoking buildings are great. Clean outside and quiet area around most apartments. Well kept appliances and maintenance requests are always answered in a timely manner. Leasing office usually responds within a reasonable amount of time. Overall great place to live.

Everything from the staff to the location convenience was the perfect fit for what I was looking along with the plentiful parking in the area. Also the place was pet friendly as well which was a major factor in my decision.Also love how they organized food trucks to come most Fridays recently as the weather got warmer

The Elms at Kingstowne is very nice apartment complex. The leasing staff are very professional and welcoming. Shopping centers are all around the area, as well as parks, schools, gyms, etc. I would recommend this apartment complex.

Nice place to live. We'll managed and very well run. Convenient to everything. Great location. Ample sized apartment wit washer and dryer. Good closet space. Electric grills permitted. Very quiet and residents are screened.

Move in experience was exceptional! There have been no issues, the amenities are great, and the neighbors are very friendly. The complex is very close to the metric which is ideal for me. Would definitely recommend living in Elms at Kingstowne.

The Elms Apartment in Kingstown Area of Virginia is a nice place to live. The location and apartment size is perfect for my needs. The maintenance crew are great and the leasing office staff are too. The area is safe and clean.
