Safe and clean community. Very beautiful. Staff is amazing. Everything is up to par. Everything you need is right here. Grocery stores, public transportation, gym, pool, etc. I feel at home and peace here.

This is a relatively quiet apartment complex with beautiful landscaping. It is easy to access trash and mail, and usually has parking available. The Amazon Hub for packages is a plus! The apartments are spacious with attached baths, a fireplace, and a nice little deck. The staff are friendly and helpful. The walking trails nearby are my favorite part!

I absolutely LOVE living at The Elms at Kingstown's! I tell my husband all the time about how this is the best apartment community I have ever lived at. I love how friendly and responsive the office staff are. The men and women that complete the maintenance requests and keep up on the grounds are so friendly and professional. They do a wonderful job of keeping the community clean and beautiful! The Elms provides so many events for the residents. With the pandemic it was hard to schedule community events, but The Elms did a wonderful job with making us feel cared for and not forgotten. They did a movie night and dropped off popcorn and snacks for the residents. They have food trucks come by (even one for our pets!!), and provide coupons to try the food! They have exercise classes and virtual bingo and tons of other awesome things that I never got to experience at other apartment communities. I highly recommend The Elms at Kingstowne! 1000/10!

This was our first apartment experience and we were pleasantly surprised how we were welcomed into the Elms at Kingstowne. The management and maintenance staff are very experienced and have continued to meet our needs.

We have been living here for a year and half and it has been amazing. It's a very peaceful, secluded community. There's ample free parking which is so hard to find these days. I love living here at elms

Very nice community. The grounds and apartments are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is helpful and responsive. Maintenance is excellent. Location location location?..desirable neighborhood in Northern Virginia. Great shopping and restaurants.

We absolutely love living at the Elms. The apartments are in great condition, parking is abundant and we feel safe. The community is quiet but everyone is very friendly. Management is very helpful and prompt with all requests. The Amazon locker on site and nearby trails are a huge plus.

My experience has been great. The staff (management and maintenance) have been nothing but great. The staff has done a lot to keep tenants active during CVOID with activities such as yoga, virtual activities, and outdoor events. It has been a treat under thw circumstances.

Love the Elms! It's location is very convenient for military personnel. Apartment and surrounding are very well taking care. The difference between a 6 month lease and to 1 year one is significantly higher.

A quiet, well maintained complex, I have had no problems with either staff or other residents. Very convenient to parks and shopping, I enjoy the fact that there are woods and a walking trail on three sides.

It is a beautiful community. We'll maintained and quiet. Everyone seems nice. I am happy with the hardwood floors and the layout of the apartment. Feels spacious. My friends said wow this is nice. So far so good.

Very satisfied with the management. Clean and safe place to stay. Staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Always with community activities for the residents. Hallways are always clean. During winter time, the management makes sure the residents are safe. Reminders and instructions are sent via email and website portal.

This is a beautiful and well maintained apartment community. The apartments are spacious and bug free. There is plenty of parking for residents and visitors. I like the Amazon hub for picking up larger packages.

The management staff work very hard to provide an overall great experience for the tenants. Prior to moving in, the customer service was excellent and all questions and concerns were dealt with in a timely manner. It is a pleasure to live at The Elms.

We really enjoy living at The Elms! Everyone is very friendly, the grounds are very well kept, and anytime we have a maintenance issue it's resolved quickly. The staff is friendly and says hello or checks in when they see you. It's also quiet here, you can hear people walking in the apartment above but other than that there's no problem with noise.

Great management, beautiful grounds, top notch maintenance staff. Close to everything. Quiet. I've been here since 2016 and I have never had a serious issue. The community is safe and neighborly. Yippy!

The Office staff was very helpful and friendly. I was having problems with selling my house and they were very accommodating and flexible to help me get the correct apartment for me. My move in was very smooth.

The staff here at The Elms are very professional, respectful and friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have. The community grounds are well maintained. I love the beautiful flowers planted all over. The exterior appearance is clean. Make you feel good about being apart of this community.

Maintenance not effective, apartment features in worsening quality, and neighbors not following etiquette as well as the size compared to the cost are reasons we are leaving the area at the end of our lease
