My experiences was very good, move in went very well. I got into one of the apartment overlooking the tennis courts, lights are everywhere, very important when going and coming in late at night or leaving early in the morning for work.

Great place to live. Don't plan on moving out anytime soon. They are very responsive and make this a great place to live. The area is also very quiet and nice for someone who has to get up early. Also, friendly neighbors makes it a good experience.

The Elms at Kingstowne is a great place to live! The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are very nice and well kept, and it's a quiet place to live. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff responds same day as work orders are submitted. There are a variety of community events that are offered throughout the year. The amenities were all recently upgraded and are very nice. The complex is in the Lane Elementary School boundary and Hayfield Secondary School for Middle and High School boundaries. The Metro and lots of shopping and restaurants are close by. You won't regret moving here!

Nice but not worth the money. Expect to have problems that need to be fixed and then having to pay for them every time. Expect to pay for your own scheduled maintenance and ------ air filters. At least they cut down the pine trees dripping sap all over people's cars, destroying their paint.

I have the pleasure of living at The Elms at Kingstowne and I can't recommend it enough! The property is consistently clean and well-maintained, making it a wonderful place to call home. A special shoutout to the property Manager , Dawn, who goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcomed and supported. Her professionalism and dedication are truly commendable. Additionally, the maintenance team deserves praise for their efficiency and expertise.The new Service Manager Rayan is very professional and address any issues promptly and always with a smile. If you're looking for a comfortable and well-managed living environment, The Elms at Kingstowne is the place to be!

I have lived at the Elms for more than 20 years now, in two different units. Have had opportunities to move elsewhere, but chose to stay here because of the good maintenance and customer service, the way they maintain the grounds, and it is very conveniently located to schools, shopping, medical facilities, etc.

Me and my now wife moved into the Elms and fall of 2022 and were immediately impressed with how comfortable the space has been. The grounds are maintained beautifully and the staff have always been extremely kind and responsive. The workers in the office have addressed our issues with confidence and expertise, the staff that come to fix our utilities are always kind and hard-working and very, very excellent at completing The job. Me and my wife and our new son have really been happy to call this place home. Thank you!

This is a great community and it's maintained very well.They are very responsive with any maintenance issues. There is always events to engage the community to participate. Love food truck Wednesdays. Community is close to a lot of stores and that the community is very walkable.

Neighbors and residents are generally quiet and cordial. Close proximity to shopping as well as Kingstowne community centers (gym/ swimming/ tennis). Annual rent increases over the last 3 years have been very significant, with each year progressively getting steeper.

Convenient location, nice amenities, and good windows inside the units. It's the first apartment community that I've ever been to that is actually clean. There is NO dog waste anywhere on the property, no trash, the flowers are beautiful, and the neighbors are friendly.

After nearly two years of residence, overall, this has been a great place to live. My unit is the nicest apartment I've lived in, maintenance responds to tickets promptly, the office staff is courteous and professional. The grounds are pretty well kept also, there is more than enough parking, and drainage during heavy rainfall is good (although there is some ponding on and near walkways). Plow trucks reliably keep the driveways clear during snow events. You probably won't find a better suburban or exurban apartment community for the price in this area. This is a safe place to live for sure, although we have not been immune to the rash of "Kia Boyz" car thefts that have afflicted the entire country. I chose this community after reviewing the ratings and my experience is consistent with my expectations - it seems the Elms complexes in the area are better than almost all competition.
