This community is so quiet and accessible to most public/areas of interest. I like this place due to its convenient location near my work, the metro station and the fact that there only a handful units in the complex. The apartment layout is impressive and functional - one of the best apartment complex in the are.

The Elms at Kingstowne are newly renovated. The apartment is in an ideal location near several shopping complexes. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The complex itself contains several useful amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool, dog park, playground, and tennis courts.

It is a great place to live, nice community, clean Nebour hood, excellent maintenance services and lease office. The swimming pool and the kids play ground is small but good enough. I would recommend this to a friend.

The people at the Elms of Kingstowne are very friendly, professional, and do everything they can to ensure my questions were answered and I was aware of all the details. I looked at over 14 places and chose this one hands down. It's quiet, surrounded by peaceful woods, yet near all the great things at Kingstowne, and so close to DC and Arlington.

We call the Elms at Kingstowne home. Nice to come home and the grass is cut and any work that might need to be done is completed. Don't have to worry about shoveling snow, the maintenance men take care of it. I can enjoy my evening worry free.

Military friendly rates offered through a partnership with the Ft. Belvoir Housing Office. Any branch of service can benefit from offer so long as they set-up direct deposit rent payments. This helps normalize BAH rates with cost of living.

I love my experience here! One of the best in this area. What could be fixed is to maybe have more modern appliances: laundry, dryer. I wish to have hard floors too. Most of the staff is very friendly.

This is a very well maintained community. The staff enjoys what they do and it shows. The grounds are pristine, parking is plentiful throughout the property and it's free. The pool is open seven days a week and it not crowded.

The Elms is a comfortable, clean community for professionals looking for a quiet home. Residents are courteous and the property is well maintained. Within walking distance to shopping and dining and has great access to walking paths and other forms of exercise.

We've been renting here since 2011 and we enjoyed every minute of it. It's a great community safe, friendly and quiet. We recommended it to all of our friends and we'll continue doing it so all of they can enjoy the place that we're happy to call home. We love loving at the Elms at Kingstowne. You are close to everything you could need, and can jump on the highways easily to get to wherever you need to go. The apartments are a great size for the price, with updated amenities, and use of the local gym and pool. It's the perfect place for our young family!

I enjoy living at The Elms at Kingstowne. It's quiet and clean. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. They even remember my husband and I's names and greet us with a friendly hello. I've lived in many other rental communities in the area. The Elms is definitely one of our favorites.

Worest unsafe spied on , threaten to live because I have sick child very cruel manager. Unpleasant atmosphere , discriminate specially if you are black, I felt I lived ther free because I begged the manager for all thie issues she brought

Amazing so far. However there is room for improvement. Maintenance, parking, onsite fitness center, garbage collection, and rent line item expenses. The community has amazing customer service. Newly renovated apartments and is in a great location.

This has been a friendly and helpful community. Great place if you have pets and children! It is quiet! It is also walking distance from school, the grocery store, a pharmacy, and several places to eat while you're out!

Wonderful community. Only negative is parking. Many visitors park in residential parking. Grounds are always kept, staff is super friendly, and community is safe. When our daughter was due the staff sent a card and warm wishes our way, which was super sweet of them.

The community is just amazing. The staff is always easy to get ahold of and they do an amazing job with whatever you need assistance with. I feel like the complex is very safe during the day and night. I would recommend this community to anyone!

Staff is very nice and responsive. Maintenance is always visible and hard at work. They genuinely like to connect with residents and will take care of in-home issues promptly. Unfortunately, the value of apartment doesn't match to price of rent. Our apartment has a centipede problem and the structure is very cheap. We can hear cabinets closing next door and chatting. We can also hear the neighbors stomping around upstairs. The carpet isn't plush and the blinds are cheap. The kitchen is small but a nice selling point. The bathroom is okay but it is infested with mold. It wasn't properly dealt with before moving in. We do have buyer's remorse. The rent really should be decreased. Being in Kingstowne doesn't justify the price of rent. Lastly, the outer grounds is okay. Parking is fine. The gym is horrible and should be a scrapped as an amenity.

Great experience for being the first place I rented in Virginia. I feel this is a safe place for children. Nice apartments, great staff and A+ for appearance. I wish they had pool heater. Other than that, they have reached all my expectations.

Our time at Elms at Kingstowne has been fine so far. Apartments are newly renovated and pretty clean. Free parking is a significant plus and the proximity to the metro and major highways is tough to beat at this price point.

The area is very safe, I come home late at night from work and I always feel safe walking towards my apartment. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the apartments are updated, spacious, and clean.
