This community is the safest and enjoyable community I have seen. All of the staff are so nice and helpful when needed. Shopping ate is convenient and near by. No any loud noise. Great place to live...

So far really good. It's clean and the apartments are nice. It's close to everything I need and I feel like it is a home. The staff is friendly and they have everything I need. It takes a lot of stress of a person when things like a car wash are offered.

My experience with this apartment complex and it's management staff has been so positive! I love it here, it's safe, clean and modern. It's very well kept and everyone is very friendly. I lived here once before in 2009 and when I came back in 2017, the manager actually remembered me. How cool is that!!!

It's been great. Love living here for the past 10 months. My only complaint is that I wish all the pet owners would clean up after their pets. It's very convenient for my son to walk home from after school.

One of the best apartments I have lived. The staffs are so friendly, professional, & very responsive to the needs of its residents. The environment is always maintained. It has decent amenities. They always have activities that makes me feel a part of the community. Also, it is in a very convenient location as it is close to the metro, school, fitness gyms, various banks, retail stores, and restaurants.

The apartments are very nice and most of them have been updated. Great price for the location and the staff is great! Maintenance is always quick to respond to an issue and are always working to make the community look great! A wonderful place to live and would highly recommend to anyone looking for apartments in this area!

This community is an extremely beautiful, well-kept and peaceful . The office staff was extremely accommodating and helpful with any concerns. We want to thank Vijil Mavronas for her help during our move in and for making us feel very welcome from the first minute. I enjoy the layout of the apartment. It is very open and spacious. Also, it is super quiet. Many members of the community are families or older young professionals! Lastly, located close to everything, super easy to access major highways and public transit.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy The Elms at Kingstowne. The apartments are nice, common areas are clean, and the neighbors are friendly. We also enjoy the many amenities but especially the gym and pool. The convenience of Metro and shopping is icing on the cake!

I love this complex it's quiet and it really feels like home. It's a great private community and it's serene with beautiful flowers in the Summer and The smell of Firewood in the winter. Neighbors are Friendly

The apartment leasing staff was very nice and welcoming. the day I wanted to move in the keys were ready. As soon as I moved in the place was nice, the people were nice and you can never get bored because there are so many things around to do!

Great Community and complex. It is well maintained and clean and has a very nice appearance. The location is great and the apartments are spacious and up to date. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance crew is very responsive.

This is the third time I have lived here. Two previous experiences were great; this one not so much. I am blessed to have a roof over my head so I don't want to complain; but there is a definite lack of a community experience like there was before; I don't know, nor have I met any of my neighbors. I forgot what it was like to live in an apartment; noise from neighbors, parking issues, etc., but again, thankful I have a place to come home to.

Ha sido una buena experiencia tanto con el Personal de la oficina como con el personal de mantenimiento. Los alrededores estan limpios y muy bien cuidados. Los apartamentos grandes, limpios y renovados. Una comunidad donde no se oyen tantos ruidos y los vecinos muy amables.

Great location, nice neighborhood and the floor plan is just what we were looking for. Convenient to work, shopping, dining and entertainment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Move-in experience was without issue.

Great! Clean, safe, well maintained community and the office staff is amazing! I love living here. It is close to everything, metro, great shopping, movies, restaurants, and the people here are very nice and extremely courteous

High level of customer service and an commitment to customer satisfaction. I will be recommending this apartment complex to others. I was on the fence about the area but Vigil helped to make a decision. Her hard work should be rewarded.

Seems to be a nice place to be; once you work out the kinks. Had a problem with one person of the office staff, retrieving my maintenance request from the web site, taking it upon herself to call me to tell me that they did not have what I felt I if I wanted one I could come to the office and retrieve one (fire place grate) that they had been using. Did not appreciate the call.. My request was made on line.

My experience at this community is positive. The staff at the leasing office are proactive and continuously helpful. Commmunication at The Elms is always efficient with email notification and notices left on the door. This I know takes a lot of time and effort to organize and it is much appreciated.

The Elms at Kingstowne is a great place to live if you are looking for convenience of location, cleanliness, a professional and highly interactive staff and closet space (which is very hard to find in apartments complexes of Kingstowne).

All I can say is that Pat and Vigil are fantastic! Regardless the issue (always minor BTW), they both make sure everything gets done in a fast, friendly, and courteous way. Maintenance issues are handled within 24 hours and at a high standard, every time. They ensure dog poop is picked up by the tenants. I'm probably a high maintenance tenant - and they have shown great patience with me. I would highly recommend these guys and the apartments to all who want a caring and considerate staff - and, they have cookies!

Through the leasing process Vijil was so attentive to our needs and dates. She helped with all the paperwork. We are now in our newly refurbished apartment with a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. I did have to call for maintenance for an issue and they were there in a flash to take care of the issue. Prompt and friendly service.

The leasing office staff and maintenance personnel are professional, responsive and provide great service. The apartments are well maintained and comfortable. The community is quiet and feels safe. I have only been living here a few months but already feel very much at home.

I have lived with the Elms at Kingstowne since 2016 December. I am very happy with the staff and the maintenance crew. I have not have problems since my family move in here and the staff is always available for me, Pat the manager always is working to make sure everything is taken care of and the outside is always beautiful. The staff in the office is nice to me all the time and the maintenance staff comes the same day I make request. I would not have rather live anywhere else. The Elms is happily my home.

Parking arrangements should change could be researched to change certain measures in place, the Complex is really nice besides that however some of the neighbors don't respect the value of quiet time at home
