Solid experience from the start. The staff is exceptional and the community is clean and location ideal for me. My neighbors are great and I look forward to coming home. I'd recommend the Elms to close friends.

The community is generally nice, quiet, and friendly. However, we have a neighbor that blasts music and has been confronted many times. Apparently, this has not fixed the situation. If the neighbor magically dissapeared, it would be great.

We have a great experience at this community so far. The staff are great. The appearance of the community as well as the apartment are very nice. Great customer service. Very prompt response to our requests and most of all, we feel very safe and secure.

Safe, amazing location , well maintained community. Somehow manages to feel private and set outside of what is a pretty busy city.Staff is extremely professional and quickly attends to any needs that arise .

Maintenance staff has responded quickly to calls and the automated system has been great for tracking. The there maintenance staff (Joe, Mo (Mohammad) Zek (Zekembae) were profession, quick and efficient. Property is well maintained. Overall we are very satisfied with our experience.

This is the nicest apartment community that I believe in the kingstowne area. We have lived in other areas but the elms is a more quality sound and friendlier staff and maintenance crew than previous places we've resided.

From the moment I viewed the apartment through the day I moved in to today, o am so overwhelmed with support from the staff and pleased with my choice to live here. If I could pick this apartment up with the community and staff and drop it down at home in Austin, TX I would live here still.

I love the area and the community. Very clean and quiet. Very accessible to different shopping centers, restaurants and movie theaters. In addition, it is only about five minutes away from Springfield mall and Metro station.

I looked at a lot of places before moving myself and my family into The Elms. Even though they were top rated in Kingstowne I still had to do my own research. Ever since I moved in two years ago my expectations have been exceeded. From the time I came to tour the apartment and the warm welcome I received to every service request I have had (and not that many either) being completed very fast and the office staff always happy to help I am proud to say I live at The Elms. It was also so nice to hear that I am a part of a community that won the PACE awards is even better. Keep it up Elms!

The manager was very supporting , by speeding my moving and I like the community, the maintenance personnel very respectful and fix the issues in timely manner , I expect from the staff understanding as human being

Nice community, the area is near everything and the staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The Maintenance staff is also quick to respond and ensures the problem is resolved quickly and correctly the first time around.

The staff at the Elms at Kingstowne is very helpful and kind. There are different community events throughout the year. The area is fairly safe and clean. Some of my neighbors above me have been nosy over the past 4 years I've lived here.

I am a individual that believes residents are instrumental in their communities. Residents have to be responsible for the cleanliness and quietness of their community. Since I have been a resident at the Elms at Kingstowne, the aforementioned has been my experience. Although my experience has been limited, because I have only been a resident since November 2017. I am quite confident that the experiences will remain common occurrences, because of the residents. Everyone seems to place their trash in the proper receptacles, and also observes the No Noise timeframe.

The apartments appear ok, but the remodeling was definitely completed by the lowest bidder. The location is convenient for shopping, visiting Alexandria, or commuting to Fort Belvoir. There is no sound proofing or insulation in these apartments at all.

We moved into The Elms after selling our home in the area. We have lived in this area for 50+ years and decided to move here. It was the best decision we ever made. The staff is friendly, they know us by name and very attentive to our needs. This is our home!

Elms at Kingstown is very good community to live in. Overall appearance and up keep of community is very good. Everything looks nice and parking is good. Office and Maintenance staff is very good and everything is done in timely manner.

I enjoy living in this community. The apartments are spacious, beautiful and updated and the grounds are kept very nice. The office staff is always professional and very efficient in getting any repairs done on time.

The community is ok, rent is high for the 1bd apt and/or the condition of it. It is closed to work so I guess is ok for the mean time. Inside you can hear the neighbors above me sometimes can be frustrating.

So far everything has been great. My only complaint is that the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors sometimes. I love the style of the apartment and I like that I have all of my own appliances. I like that there is always parking available.

I moved in with my roommate 3 years ago. We have always had a pleasant experience with both the office staff and Maintenance. We LOVE living here! Parking is not an issue for us. I appreciate that the visitor areas do not require passes. We love having 3 pools and gyms to choose from.

The facilities and staff are quite good, and the apartments and grounds are well maintained. The complex is close to Metro and excellent dining/shopping areas. Management is very responsive to requested repairs, and maintenance staff are professional and courteous.

Moving in was a breeze due to Vijil's AMAZING help through the process. The leasing staff is very attentive to email and if you need to reach them over the phone during business hours, they are there. They are very communicative about community events and policies over email and through notices on our doors. The maintenance crew are very prompt in responding to requests, especially emergency requests where they give you an exact time frame of when they will be entering your home. I enjoy living in a community where the grounds are maintained daily. There is ample parking, even late at night. The farthest I've had to walk to a spot after midnight was probably less than 100 feet away. The location of the community is conveniently located near Kingstowne Towne Center and Springfield Town Center so there is no need to go far for things you need. If I could change one thing about my apartment, I would definitely upgrade the dryer. Even set to the highest heat setting and frequently changing the lint tray, I still have to go through 3 medium load drying cycles. Other than that, I am still very satisfied with everything else.

Excellent neighborhood and nice clean pest free apartments. The location is perfect with easy access to everything. Quiet family neighborhood with great access to all shopping. If I were in the market for house shopping this is the area I would look.
