I love this community. The office staff has gone through changes and Unfortunately for the worse. The maintenance crew has almost been the same and they do work diligently. For a short stay, it works. The longer you stay, its becomes something else!

I love my community, and because of that, I look forward to being a resident for many years to come. The Maintenance Staff at the Elms at Kingstowne are top notch. During my 4 years of being a resident at the Elms, I haven't had to utilize the maintenance team very often, but the times that I did my experience has always been beyond satisfactory.

Great experience- The apartment has been updated and the community is perfectly located. The employees are considerate and professional. I am a pet lover, but I feel there is a need for some guidelines for where dogs can go to the bathroom. The area outside my window is used as a "bathdoom" area all day.

great area, office staff are excellent, maintenance staff are excellent. Pat, Elizabeth, and Pat are greet. Love the area and closeness to stores, schools, etc. I would recommend to friends and family.

First, these apartments are in a great location. Second, these are pretty nice apartments, they give off a "suburbia" vibe. Third, all the staff has been friendly and courteous. The price is a bit high, but before I moved here I was in a different state and area that had a lower average income than in the Northern Virginia area; so the price for these apartments are actually pretty fair comparatively for the area, especially for the value you get with one.

From the moment my bf & I came to view the property we fell in love with the community! Dawn, from the leasing office made everything such a smooth experience for us. Definitely recommend living here!

This is an amazing community and maintenance staff personnel are awesome. They complete work promptly. Parking is never an issue. Community staff are great to. The rent can be little higher but that's Fairfax county.

Very responsive maintenance and staff at Elms at Kingstowne and well maintained grounds and apartments. Very modern apartment features and appliances as well as a quiet location; apartment has large windows so lots of natural light, working wood burning fireplace, open kitchen concept, and spacious porch with a view of the woods. Average sized dog park, but all dog owners have been friendly and considerate of other dogs/owners at the dog park. More expensive rent than other locations in this area, but recommend this apartment complex!

We're very happy with our apartment at The Elms at Kingstowne and would recommend it to anyone. The area feels safe, the neighbors are nice and the buildings and grounds are kept up well. We've been here for several years.

We are very pleased with our home at the Elms. Service response is quick and courteous. Landscaping is attractive. Neighbors are well behaved, and helpful. Office staff is always pleasant. The grounds are kept clean. Overall we are happy to live at the Elms.

The Elms apartment have been our home since 2016. We love the location, the community, the apartment unit and the staff. The community is clean and well kept. The staff are very efficient to respond to any call. We definitely recommend The Elms Apartments to any one who wants to have a place where they can call a home for a very long time.

This is a very well managed facility. Routine maintenance is proactive and conducted seamlessly. The staff are knowledgeable and responsive. The apartment is significantly more energy efficient than previous apts i've lived in in the area.

We have been very happy with our time here (almost 2 years). We love our apartment and would recommend this community. The office staff are professional, yet caring. They are also responsive when we've had to contact them. We feel safe and there isn't a lot of noise. The community is beautifully maintained, too.

The community is great and the apartments are very well taken care of. The staff at the leasing office is very attentive and helpful when it comes to answering questions, and the maintenance staff is very prompt to resolve any issues that might come up. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Amazing Community. Staff is extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. They take the time to get to know you so you feel like part of a family. Very pet friendly and a really quiet and quaint community. Great for all ages and life stages.

So far I have enjoyed living in this complex. The community is very welcoming as well as the staff. The amenities of the apartment are nice, such as very hot water and efficient appliances. I wish they had more up to date appliances and features, but it works well for the price

My experience has been great. The pool and gym are clean as well as the tennis court. The Landscaping is also neat and pretty. I feel safe at night. I love that I always have parking. The community is family and pet friendly. Great location to everything

My experience at The Elms of Kingstowne has been very welcoming. The community is clean and safe. The residents that have pets also do a great job with keeping the community clean. The apartment has modern amenities and very spacious! The leasing office continues to provide excellent customer service and creative community activities.

We love the value for the amount of space we have at the Elms. It's quiet and feels safe to take jogs around the town. Pet rent is not ridiculously expensive and the area is great for walking dogs. The location is near several different shopping areas, and is also quite close to a military post.. The community is very family-friendly. Overall, our experience has been great while living at the Elms.

This is a good enough community. Amenities offered are standard and usual. Rent increases are pretty steep year over year. Grounds could be better maintained as could be the building exterior. Centrally located.

The move-in process was good. At the time. I did not like that the apartment that I wanted was given to someone else even though I paid a $50 reserve fee. However, management acknowledged the issue and was able to give me an apartment that meant almost all of my requests. I have enjoyed my stay here and would recommend these spacious and upgraded apartments to anyone.
