The Elms at Kingstowne is a nice and quiet neighborhood. I would recommend it. Unfortunately, the apartments are outdated, but they are clean and it is a great value for your money. The washer/dryer combo is tiny. I call them the washer/dryer for ants.

Overall, this apartment community is quiet, well-maintained and very pet friendly. The Office Staff members are professional and work with residents to resolve any problems. I would recommend this community to anyone moving to the area

We are pleased with the level of cleanliness, security, community and support this apartment complex has given us. It has great features, health club, pool, laundry and dish washers. We never had that luxury up till now. The staff and other tenants here have been warm and friendly. We feel very welcomed in this apartment community.

the survey invitation letter is not under our name, Cho or Kwon. it was under Mr.Lower but we moved to this apartment about 1 year ago. and I love this apartment because so quiet and so calm except right above our apartment(6013 V). I would recommend to one of my friends if i have a chance soon.

Great staff that made sure I was taken care of not only when I moved in but for the entirety of my stay thus far. Great team of office and maintenance staff. I've never had a maintenance issue take more than a few days to fix and they are actively updating the siding and AC units.

The Elms at Kingstowne is a wonderful place to live. The executive and rental staff are always professional to whomever walks through the door, emails or calls the office. And, the maintenance staff works tirelessly in keeping the exterior beautiful and the inside of the personal units and communal spaces running in top shape. The community is conveniently located near almost anything anyone could want. The entrance is beautifully landscaped and welcoming, with the buildings strategically placed to feel open while nestled among supple trees. In my personal opinion, anyone looking to call an apartment a home should truly consider The Elms at Kingstowne.

The location is great - the apartments are just down the crest of the hill from the Parkway and it makes the area feel like a sheltered grove. Surrounded by trees (especially nice in the summer!). You wouldn't know you were right across the street from such a busy area.

I have lived here for 3 plus years. The staff is very attentive to my needs! Landscaping is beautiful and they take care of the property! I got a new air conditioning and heating unit, new windows and the siding on the outside of the building is being done now. It looks like a brand new building.

Very satisfied with apartment complex. Staff is friendly and work requests are handled quickly. Have not had any issues with apartment since I moved in. Office always holds great events for residents. The office is great at communicating events and any construction ahead of schedule.

I have had a great experience living at The Elms. It is a quiet community, that has always felt like a safe and secure. The Community grounds are well-cared for. The pool is a relaxing place to cool off during the hot Virginia summer. Parking is flexible and convenient throughout the year.

The Elms Kingstowne is a great community. The apartment size is roomy and the service from the staff is excellent. Any issues are addressed immediately. There is adequate parking for the residents and visitors which I was concerned about in other communities I had looked at. It's the perfect place to live.

Very clean facility. I have never had any issues with bugs. Responsive front office staff. Maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful and available whenever there is a need. Great location near major highways and wonderful shopping centers.

I just moved in so I cannot speak to how maintenance people fix problems yet. However, I can say that I am thrilled with my apartment. It is not one of the updated apartments but it is nice and was very clean when I moved in. It is quiet and I feel very safe. The people in the office are very nice and they have been welcoming and informative.

So far its been good, quiet community. I hope the management will organize some events for socializing with other members of the community and some events for small kids would be a nice addition. Coming from a crowded place in NJ, I like this place.

No medicine cabinet in the bathroom. Really??? Was told I could out of pocket and install it ... then uninstall it when I move. Really???? Poor cell phone reception due to ground floor location. But maintenance staff is excellent and fast to respond.

Where to begin. I wanted to live here now disappointed. Trash left by a dumpster all week. I had a nice wooded view and now they put all the AC units in front of my window. They give you 80 off to sign the first year then the next lease raise it 100. A month more. I was late on my water so they made it leak in my apartment and left the same day a water late notice. You can hear your neighbors clearly. The installation is poor and windows you have to turn the heat way up to stay warm They didn't shovel the stairs me and my friend did because i needed to go to work.the first month we had a peeping tom at our window and called the police. The good thing is I like kingstowne the shops are nice.

This community really has felt like home. I have made friends and feel a part of the whole. Too often in apartment complexes there is a lack of community, but not here. They staff is kind and responsive, and they do a great job at making you feel as though you matter.

Close to metro and stores which is really convenient (everything you need within 5 mile radius). Close to I95 for convenience in travel. Only complaint would be the lack of parking and car wash area being to crowded to utilize. Enjoy the woods around the complex and the wild life in a city area.

I lived at elms at Kingstowne in 2014 after relocating from Florida, I had very good experience , really loved it , very nice and professional stuff , maintenance are amazing, I would love to move back again. Lot events for resident and very quick response , my move was very smooth . Thank you for making me feel special .

I have enjoyed my short stay at The Elms at Kingstowne. It is a very quiet community that I can enjoy sitting on my balcony with a cup of coffee and not worry about the people around me. I allow my siblings to play around the community when they stay the night and I feel very comfortable that they are in a safe neighborhood. The office staff is wonderful and were always very attentive to my needs and making sure things were taken care of promptly. I recently lived in place where it would take 2 weeks to hear back from maintenance and were hardly ever seen. At Kingstowne I see them throughout the community often and they are always willing to help when I need them. If my job wasn't moving me I would have loved to stay at The Elms longer.
