Very quiet community with friendly staff. Maintenance did a wonderful job cleaning up after the blizzard (2016) and are prompt. I recently moved and bought a condo down the street. I pay HOA fees and they did not take care of us at all during the blizzard. It is noisy and to be honest, I miss Elms.

Great apartment ever live. Staffs are always very kind and very active. there is no dissatisfaction while I lived here. It was great choice and never regret to chose this apartment. I very recommend to move to my neighborhood in the future..

It was nice experience, especially the staff in leasing office were very friendly and ready to help mindset. Also the maintenance was also done good. Two things to improve the noise from outside can be heard clearly and there is no play area for children.

Swift maintenance service group. I appreciate the Office staff that I have encountered; their support has made my living here a great experience thus far. Please keep up the great work you are doing here. The locations is great for family living and the community is an idea place to stay.

We have lived at The Elms at Kingstowne for 2 and a half years and we love it. The staff is always friendly and courteous. Our maintenance requests are always done quickly and efficiently. We don't have to deal with parking and trash problems we had in other places.

Great experience after almost a year and a half in this community. Quiet and connected location, friendly staff and overall pleasant community. I have not had any issues here and would recommend to families as well as working professionals.

The front office staff and maintenance staff are incredibly helpful and responsive. The building walls and floors are incredibly thin; you get to hear every step your neighbors take and every noise they make (which is often very disturbing). That being said, I've lived here for 6 years because the cost associated with finding a new home and actually moving does not outweigh the negative at The Elms.

Nothing but wonderful living here at The Elms. Office personnel very friendly and prompt with fulfilling any requests. Grounds are kept up and maintenance here is also wonderful with fulfilling any requests. I would recommend anyone to live here.

We've moved in recently and so far so good. The whole move-in process was smooth. Every single staff member has been welcoming, extremely professional and responsive. Honestly, it's the best that I've ever experienced. There was even a nice welcoming gift on the counter. My children can walk to school. Everything I need or want is a short distance away. The pool is very nice and they even stay open a few weekends past Labor Day. I've had 2 small repair requests and they were dealt with so quickly. The neighbors that I've met so far have been friendly. No problems with finding parking for me or my guests. Absolutely no complaints.Well, maybe the deck is a little creaky, but that's it.

The apartment complex itself is very nice! The staff are very helpful and diligent It feels like a safe environment. I love my fireplace and porch!The only downfall is that there doesn't seem to be much noise cancellation in the walls. I recommend it to anyone.

Great Community and tons of access to different eateries and activities in the area. Great parks and amenities. Office staff is courteous and know me by name (for good reasons). No complaints overall experience is good

Absolutely love it here! The staff are extremely helpful and responsive. The community is beautiful, and it is located in a very safe area. We can walk to the local schools, grocery stores, restaraubts and even the Franconia Metro (although that's a little bit of a hike)

Safety is key and thid place has it. Parking is great. There are always spaces and they are not strict about parking permits so I feel comfortable inviting family over any time. The gym at elms of kingstowne is lacking but the other 2 gyms are good.

We haven't been here all that terribly long, but we have definitely come to love our apartment. we lucked out and snagged one of the loft-style apartment and would definitely recommend them when they become available. But don't look at ours, because we're not leaving any time soon!

I am really enjoying living at the Elms. The neighbors are nice, the apartment is very quiet and they allow you to have pets. When I have a problem or question my needs are met very quickly. My only comment would be it would be great if they adjusted the office hours to be open daily until 6pm as most days I leave for and return from work perior and after they are open.

I would like it to be less noisy can hear everything my neighbors do.l would not recommend this to anyone who doesn't like hear what you neighbors do in the bathroom or bedrooms. Kitchen is way out of date and breaks offen.

I love living here!! The management staff are always there when you need them and the maintenance team are very polite. I have never been more impressed with an apartment community. The Elms at Kingstowne is definitely a place you can call home.

Was referred here by another resident. Helpful staff, move-in went very smooth. Bathrooms and laundry room has limited storage space but worked out fine by getting creative. Community location is a short drive to the springfield mixing bowl (intersection of all highways) and close to several options for shopping/movies/restaurants. New Wegmans opening up down the street as well.

I have lived at The Elms at Kingstown complex for many years and have been very happy living there. I like that the fact that it is centrally located, near the beltway, Fairfax county parkway, 395 and a lots of shopping and restaurants to eat at.

Since moving in the community, the overall satisfaction has been outstanding. This is a place highly recommended for military members due to the proximity to Ft. Belvoir. The proximity to the highway and metro station is fascinating because you can either get to D.C. or drive down to Richmond fairly easy.

My experience has been great. All work orders have been completed in a timely manner and the staff has been friendly. The area is always clean and neat. I have never had any issues since I have moved here last year. i would recommend these apartments.

A great place for families. Quiet, peaceful, super clean and safe with ample parking; a very rare find in this area! Great design and spacious rooms and storage. Super nice management and techs. Maintenance is always fast and accurate. No problems here at all.
