I recently moved in the Elms Kingstowne and my experience so far has been positive. Great location, responsive and helpful management, nice neighborhood. The building is well maintained but cabinets and some appliances need replacement or upgrading.

It's great! The area is really safe and quite. The staff is always nice. I've never had an issue with parking. Great apartment living for families with children. The location is also a plus (a 10-15 minute walk from the supermarket). I have really enjoyed living at The Elms at Kingstowne.

Best apartment I've ever lived in. Clean, quiet, spacious. Staff is amazing - responds right away. Maintenance is wonderful too; fixes problem right away. Grounds taken care of and beautiful. Highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Overall satisfied. Good size apartment, decent appliances, responsive maintenance staff, fitness center nearby. Recently had increase in rent, noisy neighbors move in and problems with parking - doors get dinged regularly because spaces too close, so moving now.

I have lived here for 3 years and continue to be very satisfied. The friendly and professional staff promote a wonderful sense of community - greeting you with a welcoming smile and generous help whenever you go to the office, arranging occasional community events, and keeping residents informed about wide concerns (like county-wide spraying for pests). Landscaping and the buildings are well-maintained. Generally quiet, family-oriented tenants, although I currently have some upstairs neighbors, young and courteous but LOUD by nature. The structure of the building resonates with their footsteps, but I have not experienced that with other upstairs neighbors in the same apartment, so just these guys.

Management is very responsive, maintenance staff is friendly and courteous, maintenance requests are always met on a timely basis,grounds are well kept, apartment is spacious and roomy, and the location cannot be beat. I would highly recommend to anyone

This is a great residential place for families. The rent is affordable and our neighbors are more freindly (not overbearing) than anywhere else I have lived in the last 10 years. The management staff is phenomenal and great at their job too.

My overall experience has been great! The location is ideal and is in close proximity to shopping, eateries, and a number of recreational options (golfing, movies, etc.). The grounds are beautiful and the pool is perfect! The apartment homes are nice for the price. The only issue I have is maintenance and management's handling of resident complaints related to maintenance.

It's been good here. I've had no serious issues. The location is really nice and I like the trail around the Kingstowne area. The only thing I would like to see change is parking enforcement. Guests are supposed to park in the overflow areas but they never do and there are no repercussions.

The staff has helped me on numerous occasions! Despite some periods of children being children, the community is very quiet with thoughtful neighbors. Great location and quiet. I have recommended the community to friends. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and varied. They feel like actual houses rather than apartments.

So far, I have enjoyed my time here at The Elms. I have only had a few slight concerns (e.g., inconsistent completion of service requests) but overall the staff has been very pleasant, the apartment and common areas are well maintained, and the location is perfect for my situation. I would recommend this apartment complex to other people.

The community is great very clean and safe. I love this time of the year and maintenance work very hard to keep the grounds well kept and feeling homey. The office is always friendly and eager to help you. I always feel like I can talk to them and they genuinely care about my needs and wants. I certainly recommend this community and plan on staying unless my job decides otherwise.

over all is good and safe. the kids can safely play in the playgrounds and people can enjoy themselves with bbq or family friends in the designated areas. I like the gym hours, they are very convenient and accessible as well as the fact of wifi.

The community is nice. The location is ok. You can get to the metro station using the bus however a shuttle would be nice. The staff is friendly and professional. The apartments offer good space and are fairly attractive inside for the price.

The cost is rather high for the quality if the units. Residents seem fairly unhappy and complain a lot, maybe there 'a a lot of turnover which isn't conducive to community-building. Utilities are extremely high, which indicates poor equipment.

Overall have no complaints. Mr Aufforth was exceptional inhelping with in coming to the ELMS and correcting issues. The problems like new counter tops was completed, apearance of apartment on move in was good. Also Gary is and staff is easy to reach and always follow up.

The Elms at Kingstowne has a wonderful central location, close to work, shopping and great public schools. It is surrounded by enough trees and forest that it has a nice secluded feel to living here. I will recommend this place to others at my work.

The community is nice. The rent is way overpriced for the value of the apartments. I have new neighbors above me and it sounds like a herd of elephants up there. My dryer takes two hours per load which is frustrating. Other than those issues things are fine. It's a nice place to live that has a great location. Staff has always been very courteous. I recommend putting in a light near the mailboxes as it's a bit creepy getting my mail after dark and also hard to get my key in the lock!

Staff has been helpful when needed. I do a lot of traveling for work and they are mindful of that if I have packages arrive. etc... very thoughtful. I have referred this place to other co-workers. It has been a nice place to live these past 3 yrs.

a wonderfull place with a wonderful staff, very close from marketing areas and pedriatrics for my children as well it is very close from my work, we have a clean and very good areas for my children to play, i feel comfortable when i am paking my car
