Management staff is always courteous and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The apartment complex is centrally located, close to shopping and the Metro. Residents are friendly.

The Elms at Kingstowne is a great community to live in. There is always plenty of parking. I love that my packages can be left at the management office. The apartments are very quiet and I love having a view of all of the trees off of my balcony. Thanks.

My arrival/move-in conditions were very short-turnaround, and the community worked with me to successfully transition inside of 5 days. Since then, they have always been responsive, and the office staff are very knowledgeable. My time here has been enjoyable, and the convenience of the location is one of the best for DC-based employees who want to live outside of the city.

It has been a very pleasant experience living here. The staff is professional and responsive. The properties nicely maintained. It is very communal. I feel safely living here and proud to cal this community home. I have no issues with my experience.

We have only lived here a month and so far we really like living here. Overall a very nice community. The community and apartments are clean and well maintained. The area is a very safe area to live. Based on what I know now, I will definitely renew my lease.

The best place to live in Kingstowne area. Clean affordable apartments in the area, very courteous and welcoming staff. The Manager Margie is the nicest person you will meet, the office and maintenance staff are very warm and great people, they look like one big family which makes you feel to be part of this great community. The facilities and their social activities/events/community services are great.

I moved into the apartment on Saturday 17 May 2014. After inspecting my apartment on Saturday 17 May 2014, I submitted a work order to raise my dining room light. The dining room light was raised on Monday 19 May 2014. The work was Excellent. I was notified of the completion of the work order by e-mail and by a work order form left in my apartment.

Like good family, the staff is wonderful and supportive The social events here are great I have enjoyed everyone Living in this community of The Elms at Kingstowne has been a very safe environment for me and my daughter that was a very important element. I have been extremely satisfied just wish it was a little less per month :)These apartments are spacious and I like to entry with the breeze way and the fact that they have more than one exit. The staff again I say is outstanding and so very helpful

Love living here! Service is amazing and property is maintained beautifully! We have referred friends and would only move if we decide to buy a 3 bedroom due to growing family. If this property had 3 bedrooms we would stay forever! The staff create a very family friendly place to live!

moved to rock cliff from other side of street. much more friendly neighbors on rock cliff side. staff worked with me to get an apartment that had more natural light and 2 bedrooms at the end of my previous lease. appreciate the new apartment. Parking is a bit tougher, but worth it to have this apartment.

Me and my family, lived in the same apartment for 13 years, than we moved to a big house, where we lived for 5 years, and than we moved here. Of all those years, those past 4 years was the best of our lives, in terms of place that we get in. Everything here looks perfect in many ways, and I wish to knew this place before I moved to the first apartment about 20 years ago, Thanks for your good job.

We have only been here for a month however everything has been great so far! Extremely wonderful staff and prompt maintenance when requests have been put in. The grounds are clean and the location is great. All I am nervous about is the potential rent increase at the end of our lease if we decide to remain at the Elms.

Over the past year and 1/2 we have enjoyed living in our apartment. The location is convenient and the access to everything is great. We still have not met most of the neighbors in our building, nor have we seen many people around the community. Overall, it is a rather quiet neighborhood.

Overall satisfied, but the rent gets higher every once in a while. Neighborhood is quite safe. The only annoying thing is the loud noises of the surrounding neighbor kids. The staff, though, has sent emails to residents to tell them about it.

The staff is the best! Maintenance is quick, efficient, effective. Community events are generous and fun. Communication with the staff is friendly, professional and effective. I have no complaints and only compliments from my last 11 years in The Elms community.

Tremendous staff! Reliable maintenance service! Clean, safe, comfortable! Fun (and generous!)community activities! I raised my daughter here and I would most definitely recommend The Elms. Margie Early and her team are top notch! Yes!

Great place to stay and live. The staff is very professional and personal, they even know you by name. I would refer a family member or friends to live here. I love that they get the residence involved in the function of the community. Great work

The property and location is to our satisfaction for the price. We looked at other properties further from DC and they were not much different in price and the Kingstowne area is great. The metro is close by, my work commute into DC is not bad at all, and the schools are great.

We are not really a part of the community, but we love our apartment. The light and location are excellent. The only two quibbles would be the road noise from the adjacent street. This could be partially mitigated by better-quality windows. But that would be a significant capital investment with slow return. Also, the washer/dryer unit is underpowered and we find it faster to use a drying rack.

This is my second time living here at The Elms and I must say that I have enjoyed both times very much. The office staff is terrific and maintenance is superb. I lived in another community out of state for a little bit prior to coming back to this area and Kingstowne is far better than any apartment community I have lived in. Their events are great! I love the pool party! Can't wait for this years! Crabs! Love the racquetball court. I love the free membership to the Kingstowne fitness center. I have been to all 3 of them and even the staff that work there are pleasant and friendly. It's evident that these folks really care about the place and people. I would recommend this community to anyone!

As a tenant we full understand that the office staff and maintenance staff have an unbelievable task in meeting the needs of all the tenants here in The Elms. My wife and I respect each and every employee here, and we are grateful for the care they bring to us.

I love my apartment but hate the noise. The walls are too thin. I feel like the upstairs neighbors are going to come through the celling. I made a complaint but the noise has only gotten worst. I'm not sure if I will stay here. I can not take the loud.

The staff is responsive and personable. The floor plans are amazing and the location is a prime spot. For an older community, it is very well maintained and I would highly recommend looking into it. Even if you want a 3 bedroom, the 2 bedroom with a loft is a great option and has a private bath and closet.

I enjoy living at The Elms at Kingstowne. The management takes care of the property; curb appeal, common areas and amenities. I always recommend this community to all my friends. The entire staff is customer service oriented and very informative.
