The meridian is a well run, clean, modern, and convenient place to love! The front desk and leading office staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartment's community activities and social events are also very enjoyable and a great way to meet neighbors!

Overall, it has been good. We like the location and proximity to the Metro. We also think the value is pretty good for the area. In terms of maintenance, we have always had our issues resolved very quickly.

This apartment is alright. I chose it because of the proximity to work, and it is adequate. Building service is great, otherwise just okay. The metro is a little noisy every 5 am. Stores are close enough.

I love living in this building! The location can't be beat (I work a couple blocks away and the Metro station is just across the street to go elsewhere. Maintenance requests are usually very timely done and the staff is friendly and courteous. I love the facilities and frequent social events.

Great location, steps away from Metro Yellow line. Easy access to freeways. Minutes away from shopping centers and Old Town Alexandria. Friendly staff and clean building. Reasonably priced for the amenities it offers.

I've enjoyed living in this complex. Its clean, people are nice, I never hear my neighbors and office and concierge personnel are friendly and helpful. I totally recommend this complex. When I renewed my lease there was only a 2% increase.

The staff are friendly and helpful. We don't run into neighbors much except on the elevators, but all seem very friendly. The location is terrific (Metro across the street and Old Town very walkable). The building and the apartment are very nice.

Convenient location but apartment is loud because of train, metro, and outside traffic. Different locations in the building might be better than others for noise. Short walk to CVS, Whole Foods and a few restaurants.

I think it's pretty good value for the money. The elevators could use some maintenance as there always seems to be an issue with one. sometimes the concierge's can be a bit abrupt or not overly friendly.

I love this community! The apartment staff has always been great, the leasing office and front desk are super helpful whenever I need their assistance, and anytime I put a work order in I don't have to wait any longer than a day. The leasing office also puts on great events throughout the year, such as taco nights, which are a great way to meet new people! I really enjoy the area and love the size/layout of the apartment- I've really enjoyed my time here and the amenities are great!

This is a fantastic luxury apartment community that is both affordable and convenient in this location. We have lived here for almost 3 years and have enjoyed the experience. The apartment is cozy and comfortable with minimal noise from what is expected in an apartment building.

The community is extremely welcoming and very diverse- everyone from young professionals, to mid-career professionals, families with young kids, and retired folks. I really appreciate that the apartment really feels like a community- not just a place to live. I love the hosted events that the management puts on. Maintenance orders are always handled fast, and what's better than living across the street from the metro? Transportation is easy to use- which is nice, because it's so far from downtown DC.

Great place to live. We recently moved here from another complex in Alexandria but can tell we are going to like living here. To date, Meridian at Eisenhower by far is the best value and most satisfying place to live. Great location and Staff is friendly and always there to support you!

We have an excellent experience with both the staff and the residents. The property is well maintained and secure. We especially like the lobby and the club room. We like being close to the metro, shopping and a movie theater.

Very good facility with good amenities. While the office staff can be challenging, the concierge and maintenance staff is outstanding. The location, across from the Metro, makes the entire DC region (and the rest of the east coast) at your disposal.

It was close to the United States patent and trademark office and the apartments were very clean. The apartment building is very close to the metro so it is very easy to hop on and head to wherever I need to go.

The Meridian at Eisenhower is warm, welcoming, and a great place to call home. The property is attractive and well-kept, and features a gym, fitness area, club room, and concierge. It's well-positioned to both public transit and the Hoffman Center in Alexandria, with a few dining and entertainment options close by but the neighborhood overall is still quiet and low-key. The building is clean, quiet, and management and maintenance have been friendly and responsive to all my requests. I'm quite happy here!

It's been really good so far. I like my neighbors and my apartment staff. I'm a little blinker there aren't a lot of fans in the apartment, but it's nice that the sunroom has one. I'm just gonna keep going till I burn up characters.

Professional staff always friendly and willing to help. Maintenance staff is exceptional. Community has all the things one needs from grocery, drug stores, laundry services, restaurants and entertainment. Concierge staff is always available.

2351 Meridian Eisenhower, lived there for two yrs. Leasing and front desk staff is very polite however, they have limited authority so they can't accommodate for your monies worth. Management kept increasing rent over 6% each year. Increased vehicle parking charge against the lease terms and condition. Irrespective of what floor or quadrant of bldg your apt is, noise from train and announcements at the station from big-voice is heard loud and clear. Elevators and parking garage is dirty, dogs poop is on outside grounds. At the apartment showing and before lease signing they assure to fix wear-tear however, other fresh paint coat job nothing else is done carpet is changed after yrs. Small and easy fixes are promptly fixed but not broken appliances. Management and maintenance crew could be more effective-efficient, they close work orders as "completed" without doing the work. Tenants key and ding your car in the garage, and management is not responsible for it and don't do much to warn tenants.
