Living here has been a pleasure! The communication from the front office has always been consistent and reliable, a rarity compared to other complexes. It is impeccably clean, and maintenance is quick and easy to work with. The whole front desk team is outstanding and continues to go above and beyond for residents. I couldn't be happier with my choice to move here!

I moved from another state, having done extensive online research followed by travel to see the buildings I thought had potential. I met with leasing agents and clearly relayed my requirements. Assured I was renting an apartment that met my requirements I paid more than one month's rent to hold it pending the sale of my home. Despite that, the apartment was in need of extensive maintenance and I was a victim of a bait and switch - the apartment I received was not the one I was promised and did not meet my requirements.

Be very careful before moving here. We wish we hadn't. * Ask careful questions of the leasing agents, and take a cynical view of what they say. They will not tell you about issues with the apartments. * It's very hard to get the new building manager to help you; then, she will only do the bare minimum. * Be very careful moving into #516 and those nearby since you can hear noise from the Orange Theory gym dropping weights starting at 5 AM despite efforts to soundproof the place. * They will nickel and dime you for additional costs, so be aware.

Our time here at meridian at Eisenhower has been great. The staff is friendly and helpful, we've always had maintenance resolved quickly in a timely manner. Our apartment is clean and we've had no problems living here in our almost 2 years. The metro is right next door so we can hear the trains and that is something to consider if noise is a deal breaker but it's pretty well insulated

Visitor parking is tough to navigate. It's not a good convenient location. Very far if you don't have a car.. Wagmon's is a few blocks away. A few restaurants in walking distance. The area is safe but it's disconnected from enjoying much especially if you are new to the Metro area. I chose here because rent is few hundred less a month but I average $50 round trip into DC near Capitol Hill. I would have been better off in city. Lastly, the hwy noise is very loud and is not conducive to opening windows on nice days.

I truly enjoy living at the Meridian. Lived here almost 2 years now. Leasing was easy, all done on line. Came to see the apartments and made my decision that day. Move day was a piece of cake, they reserve the elevator for you so the movers are quick and you're ready to go. Front office and concierge desk is always friendly and willing to help. I work from home and the building is quiet (I don't hear any neighbors) and it's so convenient to the metro, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Any of the small issues I've had have been resolved very quickly. Maintenance staff is always courteous and conscious of any mess made during repairs.

The front desk staff do their best to make living at Eisenhower the best experience possible. The building is clean, and the apartments are large and reasonably priced for the area. The apartments are close to the metro, restaurants, and Wegman's and Whole Foods.

So far we have been pleased to find the community clean and quiet and we are very happy to have 4 working elevators. The outdoor space is perfect to keep a pre-schooler safe and entertained. Looking forward to spring when the pool opens!

I just overall had a good feeling with everyone I came in contact with. From the first phone call with Michelle and the coffee she saved me with to the tour with Aun. The apartments were lovely but maybe a little too expensive for my rental budget for a one bedroom. If I didn't need a guest space I'd definitely rent at the Meridian.

The community is clean. But one of the elevators doesn't work since the first day I moved in. And the maintenance process is not as efficient as my previous apartment. The online assessment is really unnecessary. If I can fix the problem by myself, why do I bother to request for the maintenance. It's totally a waste of time by chatting with online services.

Great location in Alexandria. Eisenhower Metro is right across the street and King Street Metro is a 10 to 15 minute walk. Shopping, entertainment and restaurants are also within walking distance. Plenty of amenities in the building, looking forward to the renovations in the Very happy with my move to this apartment building.

Very positive experience. Well-run apartment complex. Everyone from the leasing office staff to the maintenance crew are responsive and helpful. The apartment building is conveniently located. Some of the apartments can be noisier due to the proximity of the metro.

It's fine. Elevators suck, always down or doing weird things. Towing is absolutely unforgiving and has ruined my day several times. Area is getting kinda dangerous. Crackheads loitering around the building and when they get into the lobby they cause a ruckus. Leasing staff and concierge are a bit stingy and can be rude at times, but also very helpful and nice other times. Like, it would be nice to get a freebie parking pass good for 1 night every other week. That would make me feel valued.

I've had minimal problems living at this community. Great tenants and staff. Parking can be questionable on busy days but other than that, I've had a great experience living here for almost two years.
