Excellent location and excellent staff in a clean, safe enivornment. I made all leasing arrangements online and sight unseen, what was advertised is exactly what I obtained and I have been very satisfied with my selection. The only down fall for me has been the cost, with it being an older and established building I would have expected and apprecaited for the leasing terms to have been considerably lower than they actually are. The elevators need attention, some of the button are not working... Thank you.

The apartment complex is clean and the staff are nice. The maintenance team is great and always responds in a timely manner. I would recommend this also because the apartments are large with big rooms and good appliances.

I just moved into the building. It has been a great experience so far. The staff has been friendly, and I am looking forward to using the amenities and facilities when the weather gets better in the Spring and Summer.

This building is very well maintained and in a perfect location. I only need to use my car a couple times a week and when it's not in use it is protected from the elements. I really enjoy this building's amenities, especially the rooftop garden. This is a very noisy neighborhood due to the proximity to the highway and train stations, but the building itself is pretty soundproof and I don't hear other residents.

The apartment complex's location is great. It is close to metro, Wegman's, a theater, and several restaurants. Old town is within doable walking distance if you like walking. Staff members are friendly and helpful.

It has gone downhill since the management shift about a year ago when Nancy left. There is an extremely large turnover level. There is also a huge problem with the daytime concierge. The temp is extremely rude and makes you feel like you are inconveniencing her when you pick up your package. She has an attitude everyday and management does not seem to care. All of this is happening while rent is getting raised. It is very disheartening to have some many problems with the community I once loved.

Meridian at Eisenhower is a wonderful community. The lobby area is elegant and welcoming. Inside parking is secure. The apartments are well appointed. The office and maintenance staffs are receptive and responsive to the residents' needs.

Everything is perfect, the apartment, the building, the amenities, the neighborhood apart from the metro station and train honking noise. Maybe if they install the noise canceling windows, then this place would be awesome to live

Very satisfied as a renter at this building as seem most of the residents. The building and management have met my expectations. I've only had a couple small maintenance requests and those were promptly handled.

Very nice facility, good tour and helpful. Great location with plenty to do! The apartments are good size and good amount of floor plans to choose from. We also love how it is so close to the metro which is a big plus

Terrible experience with maintenance office multiple times. Apartment complex is clean and quiet, but if something goes wrong in your apartment, you're on your own to get it resolved. Amenities are as good as they look in photos.

Conveniently located but the metro is above ground and it's very loud at late hours of the night and very early hours in the morning. The apartment building is kept clean, it's pet friendly and has decent amenities. The staff is professional and for the most part helpful. Service tickets are handled expeditiously and if they don't get it right the first time, they are quick in coming back. Overall a nice place. Just getting everything and I mean everything in writing that you were promised.

I have lived here more than once. Moved into town in 2012 and stayed here while I shopped for a home to purchase. I eventually came back here again to rent after being stationed overseas and a divorce (lost the house). I was NOT happy with the previous manager however there is a tangible attitude difference in all of the residents with whom I've spoken regarding Michelle our new manager. She is terrific. Am glad she is in charge now. The question below about noise isn't reflective of my neighbors....it is the stupid construction work and the people that replace the temporary 30 cubic yard dumpster behind our building at FIVE O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING with back up alarms ringing all the way up to and through my apartment on the 21st floor. I filed an official complain with the city and no one, by code, is allowed to work before 7 a.m. in the morning. This is constantly violated. Apparently not much can be done b/c the city workers don't come to work until 8 a.m. and can't catch anyone in the act. I'm considering filming the people making this noise and submitting it to the city however I shouldn't have to do this. Metro noise? You have to accept that or not move in here. But what I described above is driving me crazy. The security is good b/c of the fob requirements but me and my dog were recently attacked (daylight house, on our block) by a homeless guy. That's not Meridians fault but I will highlight it because I called 9-11 THREE times and no one ever showed up. No one. Third call APD dispatch said "we are short handed b/c we are sending officer to DC. Meridian could be a better voice than me to express residents' collective anger at paying taxes and our PD is being send to DC instead of patrolling here in Alexandria.

Meridian on Eisenhower is an awesome community. Have hardly had issues here and if I do, the leasing office staff is extremely polite and addresses it right away. The professionalism of the staff is next level. Really make it a great environment living here. The new amenities are awesome and love to see the effort to improve the building! Rent is a little pricey for some, but still one of the cheapest on Eisenhower so definitely competitive.

Meridian at Eisenhower is a great community. The community is great, apartment is clean, modern and safe. The office is always responsive and helps correct an issues that arise. If you're looking for a home, Meridian is a great one.

The location is really good. Easy to go to grocery market, many restaurants coffee shops are near the apartment. Maintenance, and community service are nice. I recommend this apt. Hope more event for neighbors.

Very nice and helpful staff. Move in was smooth. Cleaning staff was nice and prompt with repairs and cleaning. Freight elevator was very helpful in moving a lot of heavy stuff in a fast and efficient manner.

The apartment we are in is quiet and comfortable. I wish there were some ceiling lights in the rooms because we are in a middle unit all with windows facing west and our dining and living areas are quite dark. The hallways could use a refresh--paint, trim and carpets look tired, but they seem clean.

Great community! Staff are welcoming and helpful. Great apartment layouts. Near restaurants, stores, movies, etc. Quiet community. Staff worked with us on the move in day and time. They provided our cats with a welcome basket with toys and food bowl/.
