I love the leasing staff, concierge, and maintenance staff. Everyone is professional, and the cleaning staff is conscientious with keeping the building and the outside areas clean. I love the location.

My experience has been great. Maintenance is quick to respond to the maintenance issues I've had. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The concierge is always available to assist with any needs.

Love it and will more than likely renew our lease. The staff down stairs are amazing and professional. The maintenance folks were great but I have been rather disappointed with them the last few work ordersand feel like I get the run around with one of them sometimes.

Meridian at Eisenhower is a wonderful place to live. It's conveniently located next to the Eisenhower metro station, and the walk to downtown King Street is just under 2 miles - good for a long walk or a very short drive. Every member of Meridian's staff that I've met has been professional, friendly, and helpful. The apartment I live in is a reasonably priced 1 bedroom with a sun room and a den. Having the den to use as a home office has been very important to my time at Meridian, and it would have been hard for me to find such a nice place with a den at such a reasonable price.

Everything is very good -- the Leasing Office staff, the Concierge (regular daytime, as well as evenings and weekends), the Maintenance staff, the location and the area's amenities, etc. I am quite happy here.

Been here since May of this year and we have really been pleased with everything. Restaurants grocery and other stores are in walking or driving distance. Eisenhower Metro is across the street 4 stops from DCA.

The community spaces are high quality, the gym is slightly better than a typical hotel setup, the pool is great for sunbathing during pool season, and the plaza garden space has some great spaces to socialize with other people. The maintenance staff has been high quality and extremely responsive regarding issues in the units. I had an HVAC issue that was taken care of same day, and a first business day response for a leaky faucet.

We used to live here years ago. Overall, the experience moving back has been positive. Michael (before he left) was wonderful. The staff, from maintenance to the leasing office, to the front desk has been great.

As we narrowed down our choices, we toured Meridian at Eisenhower twice before making a final decision. Both times the staff was friendly and courteous. Unlike a couple of other places we toured, Meridian at Eisenhower's leasing office was actually open and they welcomed us inside; following CDC health guidelines the entire time. Anthony was especially helpful with all of the details and suggestions he provided. He was also very accommodating when we had to adjust our move in date twice. This property is a little on the older side when compared to its sister property across the street, Parc Meridian at Eisenhower, and some of the other neighboring newly constructed buildings. However, it appears they try to maintain this property well. In our opinion, this property may need to step up their game by adding more "wow" factors in the near future in order to be more competitive with the surrounding properties. Overall, we are currently satisfied with our choice; but, it has only been three weeks.

This apartment was a strategic move for my family due to Covid. We were looking for something that offered cost savings as the unit we were in was no longer worth the cost with its prime location given amenity closures. While I think it is a stretch to call this community a 'luxury' the building seems to be well maintained and so far all of the staff have been very helpful. There are a number of oddities that I did not notice during our tour, but none of them are too bad - just required a few creative solutions to work with.

Not bad so far. Haven't really had enough time to judge it but I like it. The staff seem friendly and the facilities seem very clean. I like the location and the neighbors are friendly. Other than that, no concerns.

Incredible apartment and facilities are everything you could want. Most important: the staff are incredibly attentive and responsive to your needs. We have lived here for 5 years and have zero intentions of leaving for the foreseeable future. 10/10

Nice location and friendly staff. I really like our lobby and common areas - always clean and nice decorated. I will say, I am disappointed that I have to pay a parking fee on top of my rent - I wish that was included.

I moved in 2 months ago. Although there was a pandemic, the staff at the Meridian at Eisenhower was outstanding and went out of their way to make my move convenient. Since I have arrived I have had a couple of minor issues (as one would expect) such as needing repairs on my washing machine and refrigerator. I put in a ticket and wow! They quickly solved my problems by replacing the refrigerator almost immediately and by fixing the washing machine rapidly. I have reserved the conference room for work issues and the staff was incredibly accommodating. I have only been a resident for a few months but I would absolutely recommend this place to live! Kume and the team are not only truly professional, they are just really great people who care. Scott Knoer, Happy Resident...

The Staff that manages this building is pretty responsive to anything you need, and the maintenance staff is really on top of things. The hallways are always clean, odorless, and well lit. The best part has to be the amenities though. The gym, grill area, and executive suite are my favorite places to go.

It's a great community, the amenities are all fantastic and I've never had any issues. The location is great for anyone who takes the metro and there are many things to do nearby. I love living here and the rent is comparable to other places nearby.

Changes in demographics recently - people aren't always as responsible for the place they call home as they should be more respectful of the property (common areas, elevators, garage etc). Good property but the residents aren't always the best residents

I've lived here for over 9 years, amazing staff and apt quality and value - my only wish is that I could buy my apt! Quiet And peaceful area of Old Town w 1-3 minute access to 495, metro, and Whole Foods

It's a great building, the apartments are beautiful. The staff is friendly and very helpful. If you have any issues they are willing to talk you through them and help you out. Maintenance is quick to respond to you and they do a great job.

User friendly complex with convenient access to the Metro. This is all I want to say. In my entire lifetime of completing surveys, this is the first time there has ever been a minimum of required comments. Kill this part.
