Toured the property multiple times. Never actually shown the apartment I was going to move into. Now I know why. Apartment sits right on top the train tracks, so I get to listen to the trains all day from 430am until midnight. Leasing staff never mentioned that. On top of that, maintenance is useless. They don’t fix anything. Avoid

So far it's been pretty good, love the area, love the view, the staff, the amenities. The only problem I've had is that the a/c hasn't worked and continues not to work. These maintenance guys have been here at least 6 times.

Great location and close to a lot of useful things. There is a lot of value for the rent that you pay. If you have any maintenance issues they are promptly resolved. Great front desk service for packages etc.

Overall the community is nice. Thick walls so sound does not travel, and we are in a great area, but the office staff and amenities can improve. I feel like sometimes office staff gives answers you want to hear rather than help and amenities are limited -- patio seating, no fire pits, pool opening etc...

Building is attractive and well maintained, maintenance typically comes within one day of placing work order, sometimes same day if you call office. Garden is lovely. A wide variety of floor plans are available. Four level parking garage ($100 per month) is spacious but is monitored by outside vendor so you can be towed if you don't have proper tags on car; building offers guest parking good for 24 hours at a reasonable price of $10 per night. Apartments are soundproofed from next door neighbors however building is situated right next to Metro tracks and a track switch so some apartments facing tracks are noisy as trains go by. Tenants don't tend to interact with one another despite building sometimes having food events for holidays but great for those wishing to maintain their privacy. It's about a 3/4 mile walk to the Whole Foods but a new grocery store scheduled to open soon a couple blocks away and building allows grocery and food deliveries, also online ordering for everything else, and front desk stays open to 2AM so you can pick up packages until they close. Restaurants, AMC, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, CVS, Subways, FedEx, AAA, a dry cleaners, a deli store & metro stop all within a 1-3 block walk. Other restaurants about 5-8 blocks away. Neighborhood pretty safe at night. Very dog friendly (and cat friendly) building ($50 per pet fees), see lots of nice dogs but rarely hear them and owners seem to be responsible but there are no parks or dog parks close by but tree lined streets are nice for long walks. There are usual annual rent increases which can vary a lot depending on length of lease available (varies from a maximum of 13 months to some years offering up to 15 month leases). Zipcar is in a lot next to metro about 2 blocks away, and Capitol Bikeshare has a bike rack right outside front entrance! Is easy for large moving trucks to have sufficient space to deliver your stuff to loading dock and access them freight elevator and tenants can reserve loading dock for furniture deliveries or to move stuff themselves. Building has recycling for metal, cardboard and paper, and plastic. Is a pleasant and very attractive place to live and trains normally run regularly at Eisenhower Metro stop up to 1AM, (only 3 stops to Reagan National Airport!) also buses stop there. King Street metro station is about a 15 minute walk away but you could use bus to get there or Capitol Bikeshare. I495 goes right buy and across Woodrow Wilson bridge to National Harborn and MGM Casino. Nice large lounge area with kitchen and pool table on upper floor which can be used for relaxing or private parties, conference room off off lobby available for meetings or just to hang out in. Apartments have large bathrooms, stackable washer/dryers, nice finishes, lots of electric outlets throughout, granite top counters, flat top stoves, nice size kitchens with a lot of kitchen cabinet space, some apartments facing north or west have nice views or overlook garden on lower floors. Overall, has been pleasant living here.

This is a great place to live. Nice tenants. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. FYI...the west side of the building, facing the metro tracks, is noisy that the east side, but not too bad overall.

The Meridian at Eisenhower is a nice, quiet, well maintained community. Close to the beltway, metro, airport with plenty to see and do. Restaurants, movie theater, shopping are all minutes away. Conveniently located.

Not too impressed with the apartment and building. Old fixtures and constant problems with HVAC. Additionally rather than replacing carpet that was flooded twice, ran blowers for a couple days. Allergy issues have gotten worse.

It is a beautiful apartment complex. We have plenty of storage in our one bedroom apartment. The maintenance staff is top tier. Our water heater stopped working due to a leak and they came out on a Saturday night and replaced it. From the time we contacted to the time they worked to get a plumber out was all within 8 hours. They were also able to give us an extra space to stay in while we had no water. Staff have always been kind. Walls are thick and we cannot hear our neighbors. Really love this complex and our apartment.

Our experience has been great! We love where we live and have nothing but good things to say. The neighborhood is friendly with a lot of restaurants near by. The metro is right across the street so it's perfect to get into the city easily.

We love it here. Can walk to many things that we need. Staff is great. The hound are always kept very neatand clean. We have a small dog and there are always bags in the dispenser for poop pickup. We are on some refrigerated medicine and the desk staff will always call us so we can promptly pick them up. Would highly recommend this complex.

Meridian at Eisenhower has been a great place to live. Not only is the pricing reasonable, but it's in a great location close to a lot of things. I think it's the best bang for your buck within the Old Town /Carlyle area.

I like the design of the building, and I know there are a variety of different apartment layouts. Some of the things I particularly like are style of the door and window frames, doors, and baseboards (they are not plain and boring) and the sunroom in my apartment. I also like the large bathroom, which seems to be rare in this area. I have a cat and there is room in the bathroom for a large litter box without its being at all in the way. I have felt safe here during the pandemic. The management staff are very conscientious about following safety guidelines and reminding the residents to do so.

Great location near Eisenhower Metro, I-495 and Old Town Alexandria! I have lived here for two years and the leasing and maintenance staff are the best I have ever experienced! Affordable rent, food trucks outside seemingly all of the time, and very affordable utilities!

TheThe complex is clean, maintenance is prompt, and management, cleaning and front desk staff are friendly and professional. Throughout the pandemic, they did their best to keep the building clean and the amenities open to the maximum extent possible given the circumstances. Very pleased.

Lived here for more than 3 years! The stuff here at Eisenhower ave are extremely helpful and amazing they have been great during this pandemic. If you are a gym rat like me there is Orangetheory under the appointment building and onelife fitness is a 5 minute walk, 10 minutes drive to old town where there is different kind of restaurant and small shops, and also good school district.

Leasing staff was helpful--sometimes I had to follow up a couple of times to get them to answer my questions, but great experience on move in day and in person. Apartment is clean, and appliances are not brand new but well maintained. The people are very friendly.

Meridian at Eisenhower gives great value for the price. Apartments are competitively priced, amenities are solid, and most importantly, they have a fantastic staff. From the leasing office, to the front desk, to the maintenance team, they have always been super helpful and a breeze to deal with. I count myself lucky considering the horror stories I've heard about bad management. Definitely recommend.
