This community offers the best combination of features and value we could find in this area of Alexandria. The staff is generally friendly and helpful and my interactions with other residents are positive and polite. If you have a dog or like dogs, this is a great community.

The office and front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is prompt and effective. The concierge organizes special catered events that create a great opportunity to meet neighbors and staff.

The community is quiet and friendly. They host small events practically once a month which allows you to mingle with other residents, or just grab some free food or snacks and head back to your place. The location is convenient for the metro and it allows easy access to the highway if you need to drive anywhere.

I've been at the Meridian Eisenhower Avenue for about 7 months now and have enjoyed living here. The staff who work here are very friendly and responsive. The building is in pretty decent shape, although starting to show a little wear and tear around the edges. People here are friendly and a refreshingly diverse lot--mainly professionals who tend to be quiet and keep to themselves. The facilities in the building are so-so with the fitness center in real need of an upgrade. The unit itself is good; not fancy but spacious with a decent kitchen. Noise within the building has never been a problem for me--I very rarely hear my neighbors. The noise from metro/Amtrak/VRE can be annoying at first, but I got used to it. If that could be a problem for you, make sure you know which side of the building your unit is on--some of them literally look down on the tracks.

I absolutely love living here! The building is always well kept and maintained, the management and staff are great and always responsive, and it's a quiet building in a great location. I would not choose to live anywhere else.

I love my community as it's very convenient, I'm across the street from the metro, walking distance from old town, walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops and a movie theater. Community is very clean and friendly staff.

I really enjoy living at this apartment complex. I moved from out of state, so did not know much about the complex or area before moving. But it has been fantastic living here. The people that live in the building are all very considerate of each other, the concierge hours are convenient, meaning I can still pick up a package, even if I get home from work late. Any maintenance requests I've had have been taken care of promptly. And last, it's so conveniently located! It's right across from a metro station, a 2 min drive to 495, and within walking distance of Old Town. I would definitely recommend living here!

Great location. Great management staff. Not far from Old Town Alexandria...within walking distance. Movie theater and various types of restaurants located within blocks of the apartment building. Yellow Line Metro directly across the street from the apartment building.

Previous manager was exceptional and insures that all concerns were resolved in a timely matter. Their has been significant staff changes that appear to effect organizational management although everyone is nice.

I will have spent almost a year here, and I've enjoyed every minute. The building is well maintained and updated, the staff are professional and absolutely wonderful, we're extremely close to the metro, and any maintenance issues I've had were taken care of almost immediately. While you can hear the metro, living within a minute walk is worth the occasional track noise.

Meridian is the best apartment complex I have lived in yet. It has great privacy, the walls are very soundproof, there are great deals and events that happen every month. I really recommend moving in to the complex

Kind, responsive staff and clean, quiet building. Very convenient location that is close to drugstore, multiple restaurants, dry cleaning, grocery store, metro. Rates are fairly competitive for this area.

Loved it. Professional concierge, fast elevators, and a nice pool with life guard who helped teach my son to swim. When something broke, they were right there to fix or replace the issue. Plenty of parking.

The Meridian at Eisenhower is a great place to live! The neighborhood is safe, and staff are friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is responsive, and the building is kept very clean. I am happy with my choice to live at the Meridian at Eisenhower.

Great community! Quiet and clean, with a professional and responsive staff. The leasing office, maintenance teams and the front desk personnel have always been polite and professional. The response to the COVID-19 pandemic has been impressive.

The apartment is nice. The only problem is the Metro trains are so loud. I know that isn't something that can be controlled. Otherwise, we have been enjoying our apartment for the time that we have been here, so far.

I chose this location based on access to the METRO - right across the street! Convenient 15 minute walk to all that Old Town Alexandria has to offer. Great building - apartments are quiet; I rarely hear any of my neighbors. Responsive maintenance and office staff - will happily renew my lease.

Overpriced, appliances constantly break and windows aren't insulated so it's freezing in the winter. Elevators are super slow. It's an old building and the apartments are nice enough but they charge you like it's state of the art.

It's in walking distance to old town and the Eisenhower metro. It right across the street from the exit to the the highway so it's easy to get to work. The maintenance staff is quick to fix things and the front desk is always there to answer questions. The place is convenient and safe place to live.

So far the community as been great. JohnPaul made the whole move in process very easy. He was very responsive to questions, and very patient when we couldn't decide on which apartment to select. He definitely knew his "product" and how to sell it. A real joy to work with.

It is a great place to stay. I am very happy with the quality of of the apartment and the available facilities. The staff is very friendly, respectful and supportive. The events organized nearly every month are lovely and help getting to know neighbors.

Great community and apartment. Only diwn side is the windows are not very sound resistant. The noise travels and takes getting use to. The apartments are very nice, clean and up to date. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Building is directly beside Eisenhower metro station and an AMC movie theater.

The staff are friendly, professional, and respectful. Other than the train, it's nice and quiet (I live on the 10th floor facing the metro so it can be a little loud if I don't keep the dining room areas sliding glass doors closed).
