Have lived in the building about 3 years. Main choice for building is closeness to the metro. Building is clean and in my opinion, well maintained. Grounds and surrounding areas are nice. Not really convenient to shopping and restaurants. Inside the apartments, the AC and heat are noisy when they kick on and this has become an annoyance. Get a lot of train noise from the metro but expected this since the metro station is across the street. So far, the staff have been friendly and helpful--no issues. Have had to call for maintenance twice in the last three years and the response has been prompt. Parking in the garage is a pain if you drive anything mid-size or larger. No problems with noisy neighbors so far.

I enjoy living at Meridian Eisenhower. The building is conveniently located to my office and the Metro. The building is well-maintained and neighbors are friendly. I enjoy having a workout room in the building as well as access to grills for cookouts and the pool.

This is a comfortable and perfect location for working in DC.Metro and 495 a block away. A dozen restaurants and movie theatre with in a couple of blocks. Staff friendly , maintenance quick. Only con is train noise at night which one gets used too eventually. The grounds and entrance are excellent. Mail deliveredd and packages accepted.

I have had an excellent experience and would recommend it to everyone. From the attention from the leasing office to the maintenance office, everyone is always ready to lend a hand. Especially Matt, Kourtney, Michael, Zaki. They are an excellent team and lets not forget the cleaning crew. They are very attentive as well.

Great place. Secure. Location across from metro and next to a variety of restaurants and a movie theater. Staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. The amenities include a gym, pool, and business center. Downside for some - noise from metro.

A nice place to live, close to metro, shopping and entertainment. King st. is only a mile walk from the apartment with restaurants, bars and things to do. If you don't want to drive this is the complex to live in. Courtney at the front desk is stellar!

I have been very pleased with Meridian Apartments and the staff here. They go out of their way to make this place feel like home, I feel safe here because of the added Fobs to get in and the elevator system. I appreciate it all and would pick this place again if I was given the option again.

I've lived at the Meridian at Eisenhower Station for 2.5 years and never had anything but a positive experience. The staff is extremely friendly and they are quick to address any needed repairs. The building is well maintained and safe and in a great location. Yes, I can hear the metro, but it goes directly under my window and after a day I didn't notice it. I highly recommend the building.

The Meridian at Eisenhower is a great apartment building conveniently across the street from the Eisenhower Metro. Great views, very well maintained, friendly staff, AMC theater and restaurants around the corner, very dog friendly although I don't have one.

From the perspective of someone who commutes into D.C. for work, I have really enjoyed the location. It is right next to the Eisenhower metro stop, within walking distance to Old Town Alexandria and Whole Foods, and there are plenty of restaurants right outside of varying costs.

Our experience within the last four months has been quite positive. The residents are quite friendly along with the staff. We enjoy our apartment as well as the building's amenities. Our apartment has a spacious layout for our furniture, and the bedrooms are not too big or too small. We specifically love the club lounge. It is great being so close to the Eisenhower metro station as well. The only real complaint I have is the noise from the train going by and the construction noise from the building next door. I wish the windows could have been better insolated. All in all, I love the apartment.

Wonderful staff and facilities with very convenient location. The front lobby has the feeling of an upscale hotel, with the added benefit of familiar friendly staff. Repair service, if needed, is extremely prompt and efficient. The staff does a wonderful job hosting parties and decorating for the various themes of the occasion. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning is a plus. survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in survey fill in

Great place to live. Close to everything I want and need. Great staff, super fast response to maintenance issues (burned out lightbulb was fixed within hours of submitting the request!) super clean building and great amenities. Annabelle at the leading office was my agent and she was fantastic with my constant requests to see different floor plans and ended up with th perfect one for me and my son.

We have lived here more than a year and we really love it. Very safe, nice, convenient, and comfy. Walking distance to everything we need. A wonderful place to be home. Speaking of the staff, they are all very nice and helpful. Whenever we have something in the apartment that needs to be fixed, we just give a call or send an email and the problem would be solved in no time. It is just amazing how efficient and responsible the whole team is. We especially love Michael and Cortney. Of course the rest of the team is great too.

I'm into it. Good location, even tho it's right over the metro tracks, you get used to that quickly. Lots of friendly dogs in the elevators. Gym is good enough, even tho I maybe wish the hours were longer. They've never lost a package of mine or anything.

So far my experience has been nothing but positive. The amenities and location are so above any other location I looked at in Alexandria that I don't know why I didn't live here when I first moved to VA a year ago! You can drop your dry cleaning off at the concierge desk to be picked up by the dry cleaner, they check in packages so nothing is sitting in front of your door if you are not home, the parking is gated and secure and the best part to me is that you need a fob to get everywhere in the building! Even the elevators!! I feel so much safer knowing everyone who enters the building is either buzzed in by the front desk or is a resident. The fitness center is very updated and modern and the pool and clubhouse have great views of DC! The location is right near a movie theater and some restaurants and within walking distance to Old Town. What more could anyone ask for!? I highly highly highly recommend this apartment to anyone new to the area or just looking for a new place to live!

I have been living at this residence for three years. I find the amenities and resident services to be top notch and it has been an excellent rental experience. The lease payments are steep, but for the area and metro access, I find that the cost is worth it.

This is a great location. I love being right next to the metro, the AMC movie theater, and the restaurants in the area. Plus, I can walk to work. The only draw backs are the noise from the metro and the fact that rents are expensive in this area.
