Our experience at Meridian has been amazing. We love the benefits of having the concierge desk and that they accept packages for us. That along with the clean and well-maintained building makes it a happy place to live in.

Very helpful staff from the beginning. I was a walk-in and they sat right down to determine my needs. The concierge is extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this building to anyone interested in high quality living with a superb location.

It has been awesome living in this community. The support staff is very courteous and friendly. They are able to respond to questions quickly and provide information about the local area. Easy access to the metro, makes getting around very enjoyable. Neigbors are very nice and friendly as well and lots of amenities for the building.

It was great, provided a 1st class service and made the apartment shopping experience simple. Was able to specify what I wanted from an apartment standpoint, where I exactly wanted to live and any other specifics that I saw fit to include.

This is definitely a luxury community. Great amenities and apartments, and the office and front desk staff are mostly friendly and helpful?a couple of them less so, but I've had very few experiences with them. The building is very convenient to the Eisenhower Ave metro stop and an easy, beautiful walk to Old Town Alexandria. It does tend to be a noisy building, as you're either on one of the sides right next to the passing metro trains, or you're on busy Eisenhower Ave with all kinds of street noise coming in. My biggest complaint, though, would be that the rent jumped significantly when it came time to renew or end our lease; the lowest rent option was still $200 a month more than we were paying already, and it would have been about $500 more per month if we'd renewed for the same amount of time as our initial lease. This seems unreasonable and, in fact, would have forced us to leave if we had not already been planning to move for other reasons. Overall living here was a great experience (my visitors who live in Brooklyn were always jealous) and I'd recommend it if you can afford it and aren't worried about rent hikes.

Meridian at Eisenhower is a great building, with excellent, friendly, helpful staff, with nice residents. We had a very good experience previewing the building, and the move-in process with the loading doc and freight elevator made moving in a more pleasant experience than most. We've been here a week and have been pleasantly surprised at every turn with regard to our apartment, the building, and the staff. We highly recommend Meridian at Eisenhower!

Location is great. You are in walking distance to Old Town & the Yellow Line Metro stop. There are lots of food spots & just plain educational things to see in the area. I like the walkability and how safe things feel in this area.

The entire process from beginning to end was flawless -- immediate call-back, comprehensive building tour, attentive and professional staff, streamline application process, efficient lease-signing and move-in day -- entire process took 48 hours!

It's a nice bulding and community with a terrific location. The staff is always nice and helpful even when they have a change in personnel. Although the grounds and building is well-maintained, individual service requests are not consistently handled. Service is usually good but resident pre-notification, if sought, and post-work items are inconsistent.

After moving in, i.e. the elevator experience, the apartment has been great. We bought new furniture and their delivery times and elevator availability never coincided. The location to the METRO is the best attribute. Outside noise is the only negative.

This community is a great place to live. You will hear some noise from the outside (train or street, depending on which side of the building you're on) but that's to be expected and it's no worse than anywhere else. Building management is excellent, the place is clean, it's a nice community.

We have been residents at the Meridian at Eisenhower for two years and have always had a wonderful experience. The team here knew we were looking for a top floor apartment and informed us as soon as one was available. The staff here is wonderful and our move here and then to our new apartment were great. The maintenance staff is very professional and always fast. We have had a wonderful experience here for the past two years and plan to stay.

Everything has been great from the time I signed my lease 9 months ago, through the move in process, and through today. It is right next to the Eisenhower metro station, has easy access to the beltway, and is conveniently located next to Carlyle, Whole Foods, and Old Town.

This is a good place to live, with easy access to the Metro, convenient parking garage, and proximity to major highways. My experience with other residents has been quiet and peaceful, with no concerns or issues. The Metro is loud, as it is very close, but I have not found it bothersome. After a week I hardly noticed it anymore. Also, the Metro does not run all night. The staff is generally helpful and cooperative, although they do not go out of their way to smile or make you feel at home. I'm okay with that, as long as they don't make my life more difficult, which they do not. Courtney, the concierge, is an exception to that, as she is always very friendly. The building is mostly pet-friendly in my experience, despite some negative comments I had read in that regard. It is a bit inconvenient that residents must take their dogs across the street every time they need to go out. The building has signs forbidding pets at any of the trees lining the sidewalk. This is interesting because there are no flowers or shrubbery planted in these areas. They are literally large sections of dirt, with a tree in the middle and a sign forbidding pets.

Easy move in, facility is well managed and maintained, staff are friendly and professional, and my apartment is amazingly quiet. I'm on the 8th floor on the back, facing the Metro tracks and there is very little noise. The gym and club room are very nice, and I've always been able to find a good parking spot. Highly recommended.

Was a good place to live until the newer nice apartments became available in the area. Apartments are older and lack any feel of luxury apartment. Leasing office is ok, maintaince staff is helpful, and front desk receptionist are ok until they move which is often.

It has its' ups and downs but if I could do it all over again, I would have never chosen this property for a plethora of reasons. The upsides are convenience, some staff are great, and there are minimal children if that is important to you and your lifestyle.
