I have lived here for more than ten years and it is a great building, well run and maintained. Location is very convenient and there are plenty of things to do nearby. Building is across the street from Metro.

The building is located in a phenomenal location. Has a large parking garage. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues. The leasing staff had my lease and other information together when I arrive in the early morning. The freight elevator made moving east an quick.

The apartment area or neighborhood is very descent and safe community. Moreover, there are some stores near by the apartment like Whole Foods and Walgreens. I like the apartment staffs are professional.

Pros: -Convenient location -Large Unit for the cost -Timely Repairs - Friendly Office Staff/Management Cons: - Elevators are a major issue. It's very rare to have all four of the elevators working at the same time, which is unreasonable with 25 floors and one is used for freight services. - Front Desk staff can be callous and unfriendly at times

I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience living at the Meridian. The staff is friendly and always helpful with any request. Maintenance is timely and eager to assist. Lastly the community and local area is a great location to live! The only downside might be being so close to the metro and how loud the tracks are from the apartment units facing the metro.

So far so good. Very capable and friendly staff, they've been accommodating with any issues that I run into. Overall, I'm more than satisfied with the apartment and the common areas. Neighbors are friendly, and I haven't had any issues hearing others through the walls, except for the occasional muffled dog barking. Good value for the area.

This is a nice friendly place to stay. There's variety of people in this neighborhood. They seen to enjoy alot of the fun activities: for e ample bike riding, movies,and walking. People enjoy shopping and walking dog during,ng the day.

My experience living in the Meridian at Eisenhower Station has been good thus far. The community is clean. The gym is good for an apartment. The garage is good. The leading staff and front desk concierge team are nice. I have a lovely view.

This is a very safe building, pet friendly, and close to public transportation. Not only is it across the street from Eisenhower metro station for the yellow line, it's also a short walk to the King Street metro station for the blue line and the dash buses. I feel very comfortable in this building, both staff and neighbors are very cordial and welcoming.

I have been very happy living here. The office and maintenance staff are very responsive and helpful. It's a quiet building and for the most part all renters are friendly and quiet. I wouild recommend living at Meridan Eisenhower.

The staff at Meridian (a Paradigm property) were very helpful and accommodating during the move-in process for my roommate and me. Not only were we able to move our furniture in seamlessly, we were blessed with a beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood for an economic value.

Really love living here. The staff is nice and the community's amenities are wonderful. Please continue to sponsor community building activities for the residents. I would be great if you could reschedule the document shredding event again, given that the service was cut short last time.

I love living here! The quality of the location for the price can't be beat; and my 1 bedroom is one of the largest I found in the area. The staff is amazing & it's a quiet apartment community in a great location.

Friendly and courteous staff. Property is well maintained and clean. Any issues are resolved professionally and promptly. Property is pet friendly and residents are respectful. Great location close to Metro and plenty of food options within walking distance.

Great customer service from the Meridian team. Consistent, responsive, kind. Would highly recommend this building. The building is quiet; the amenities (pool, outdoor space, community room) are clean and accessible. Would highly recommend this building that is almost directly across the street from Eisenhower Metro.

It has been an amazing opportunity so far! I have only been here since May but the process has been nothing short of smooth. The staff helped me throughout the application process, answered every question and were more than happy to do so. I am impressed and grateful that they've made this process and my time here so easy.

My experience at Meridian at Eisenhower has been great thus far. I really have nothing negative to say about this place. I have provided many comments in the past to express my appreciation for this apartment complex, and I still stand by that. Prospective tenants need to take the opportunity to visit the place and have a walk through to explore as many apartments as possible as well the amenities offered. I think they are going to like it

Parking is expensive. Long term residence are not valued. Rent keeps increasing at a drastic rate. Front office staff (not office manager) and evening concierges are nice and friendly. The evening and weekend concierges make the community feel like home.

I've enjoyed my stay here, but there have been moments where I wanted to get away. We had the apartment flood the second week we moved in.. There was a pipe break from the pool several floors above us, and it was kind of a horrible start to a new apartment.

Great community, friendly staff, clean common areas and great communication on upcoming events, maintenance,etc. Community app is very similar to NextDoor if you like the social aspect of an apartment community you will likely love that.

We have loved being here and raising our children. Staff are so friendly and always try to solve issues quickly and professionally. The building is very clean and neatly maintained and our children love playing in the garden and pool!

From my experience. Great office staff and very good community. Kids and pets friendly. Near to almost everything, restaurants, movie theater, CVS and grocery stores. Over all the environment in the community is great

Overall, I've enjoyed being in this building. Convenient to all my obligations and location is close enough to old town without being too close. Normally cannot hear my neighbors and parking is good. Depending on where you live in the building you may be able to hear the metro, but you'll get used to it.
